Seems to be fixed now...I am mining with one GTX980 - getting about 31 Mh/s or so...and I get around 16-20 cxt per day from that.  After a long pause from that pool I got a lump sum of 16.xxx last night.   I think it was a pool issue not a cxt issue.

I was mining but last two days the earnings droped TOO MUCH!!! Anyone knows why?

Seems like a error in the pool, but iīm not shure.

https://pool.coin-miners.info/?address=CMVZCUvC1wkKb26TkHuFbFGwpJQAbn1duL

Difficulty went up.

With how much hashrate you are mining??

4 GTX 1060

I was receiving like 80 coins one day, 75 other, then it became to drop, to like, 20 coins a day or less.

And the time between blocks became many hours, very strange.
I stoped mining.

To this moment I didnīt receive any extra coins for the period the pool became strange and droped earnings.

Canīt acess the wallet too, mining other coin now.

How can I mine with nvidia?

Tried with the miners and instructions from the official pool but nothing works here!

Where did you have a problem? Were you trying to use the miner built into the wallet? Or another mining program? Were you able to setup your pool mining account? Were you able to connect to the pool? Please be more specific where it broke down.

Also you can get a faster answer emailing support<at>artbyte<dot>me
I mine other coins without problem. Iīm not begginer.

tryed cudaminer, ccminer, nsgminer,

I have setup pool and worker.

All i get is erros in nsgminer, cudaminer just stays black and ccminer cant connect.

How you guys mine with nvidia?

cudaminer i used
cudaminer --algo=scrypt:2048 -o stratum+tcp://pool.artbyte.me:3333 -u myuser.1 -p x -i 0 -l T10x20 -C 1 -H 2

tried without specifing algo, tried without the extra strings in the end, not worked. I changed the user name to post here, its setup ok.

Hello All,  I am interested in mining this coin, however, I am having a few issues.  First, how do I modify the wallet miner to use a lower number of cores.  I don't know anyone ... or any computer ... who is cool with running all eight cores 24/7.  Since I also GPU and HDD mine on this machine, I need a core or two free.  I searched the hodlcoin folder under appdata and everywhere else I could think of and can not find a configuration file for the miner.  I'm a novice at code but I know how to create a batch file if someone could help me understand what I'm doing. I did manage to mine a block before it went down so that was nice Cheesy  but I was hoping to wake up to more  Huh

Second, at first, I tried to mine with a pool, signed up at suprnova.cc and the miner was running perfectly... after an hour I still did not see any stats on the website and it did not show my worker as active.  I verified the username.worker and psw were identical... still nothing showed up.  Is the website accurate?  I also tried to mine at http://hodl.optiminer.pl/ but never could get their miner to work, kept saying no response from host.  Were they possibly down yesterday or am I just doing all of this wrong?

Like I said, I'm interested, but need a little help.

Thanks!

I use a .bat file with
hodlminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://hodl.suprnova.cc:4693 -u user.1 -p x -t 2 -d

-t is the number of treads, I can use 2 treads (i3 dual core hipertreated) and mine with gpu nicely at same time.
-d seems to make process a little less intensive

---
hodl.optiminer.pl seems to be down for the last 2 days, I canīt connect.
using suprnova.
configure your account, and set workers properly, make them work and check in 5 minutes, stats will show something

I do not recommend to directly mine to a coin exchange deposit address using hodl.optiminer.pl. The pool still hodls mined block but just for 21 blocks. You are not supposed to transfer newly mined coins before that anyways so that should not be of any disadvantage. But exchanges might not like that.

To be honest that was the easiest change to make the pool still work after the fork so I went with that. As there are other pools available now again I will probably keep things as is on hodl.optiminer.pl. So, just mine to an address of your wallet and transfer it from there. But most likely you want to hodl the coins anywas, right?  Grin

To have that information listed on the instructions of the pool would have been very nice.... how about that?

So I LOST my 300 hodl coins?

Coinexchange replied to my ticket:
"You cannot mine into an exchange address. It is a different type of transaction.

Regards"

I asked them if I can have back my coins...

Sad to lost days of mining Huh Cry

I did not think of that before. I will try to put a warning on the pool in the next days. But to be honest, technically this is not the pool's fault. The exchange should still accept the coins when the coins mature (which is after 21 blocks as I said, so almost immediatey). THEY have YOUR coins, so keep complaining.

I donīt blame you, thanks for the suport.

But I think this kind of information is important to know, to have listed in more than one place besides the pool, people need to understando what they can and cannot do with this specific coin when mining, best practices etc!

I will keep trying to make coinexchange give my coins... any news I inform you guys.

Hi Hodlers Smiley

I have 2 questions but first my hashrate with I3 7100 is around 180h/s using -t 2 (two treads only).

Two questions, besides the oficial miner in the wallet, i found two other miners:

the one listed in the pool: http://hodl.optiminer.pl/

and this one "hodlminer-optiminer-fork"  http://cryptomining-blog.com/8196-new-faster-hodlminer-and-a-new-mining-pool-for-it-now-available/

The sizes are different, but when I use the comand -V, to see the version they acuse the same version.
Which one is the most recent?

And the second question, what Iīm mining NOW in the pool hodl.optiminer.pl, will be transfered to my wallet adress only after 1 year right?
In the meantime the coins stay in the pool?

thanks guys!

Hi Natan,

1. Miner
I have tested both and the Hashrate is the same.

2. Coin Transfer

Quote
the coin has successfully hardforked at block 257000 .....Prior to this hardfork all mined coins were automatically locked in a deposit for 1 year and you had to wait for that period to finis in order to get access to them, but after the successful hardfork you can mine and not have the coins automatically deposited for a year anymore.

Thanks for the answer TobiMD!
