Yes i think ICO is the best way to invest money for buy altcoin. because ICOs give us a super bonus offer. I think it's a great opportunity fou us. so we are make high profit in selling. but everyone do it very carefully because many ICOs are scam.

Do you sell ERC20 altcoin now, first you check which exchange has this coin. then you have to deposit your coin there. you will make a sell order.that's it.

If you want to invest in ICO, then You should first research and check the ANN thread or ERC20 approval. Then you check all information about the team member and read white paper.

sounds good, your observation is correct and informations are most realistic based on the cryptocurrencies marketcap. but all eth holders keep their faith on ethereum that it has so bright future today or tomorrow...including me. however i am now looser to hold eth but i am damn care about it.
