181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi Bubble Burst? on: October 09, 2020, 10:34:27 PM
~
And also, it catches the attention of those investors that are wise enough to dump whenever it is needed and necessary. While you're not yet there, secure your profits, you will never know if you're the next to experience dumping with the token you hold.
we must be able to adapt, with changes in the ecosystem in the crypto world, trends always change, as well as risks and challenges. DeFi does offer pretty good opportunities, but don't get your hopes up for big surprises like what happened before, if we expect too much and rely only on luck without being based on analysis, we might lose. DeFi trains are already running fast, don't force a ride if we don't have enough preparation.
And most defi projects that skyrocketed in a short period of time, we can see that they are also taking a dip. The importance of determining the proper timing of entry and exit is key.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your HODL and favorite project on: October 08, 2020, 11:50:18 PM
In a situation that is quite difficult and full of surprises, choosing a project that is certain and proves to be legit is the best choice rather than trying to join a new project that is like fried food. That's why I consistently choose ETH and BTC, the risk is less. That is my opinion, other people might argue that to take advantage of the market hysteria, to try their luck on a growing trend, that is fine as long as you really understand the risks and don't rush.
183  Other / Archival / Re: DeFi hyip is over? on: October 08, 2020, 11:39:13 PM
The total cost of DeFi tokens collapsed by 25%. And trade volumes collapsed by 30%. Santiment analysts presented their data on the subject:

~
most projects go through a fantastic, rapid rise, then fall free. like fast food, it's good to eat when it's warm, when we lose that timing it doesn't taste good anymore. We have to really understand this ecosystem, if we are just hooked on FOMO without preparing a strategy and analysis, let alone just relying on luck, then we can't survive. Cryptocurrency is full of surprises, but don't insist on getting on an already fast-moving train.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi - The Scam Engine? on: October 07, 2020, 11:24:46 PM
From my point of view, DeFi is for traders and not for investors Smiley . Such volatility and unexpected results for the long term. So long term investors should not fall into this defi scams. Let's see where it will take and for how long it will work or set an example.
There are also short term and long term investments. If the investor studies the project well, understands the roadmap, follows the progress of the project, then the investor will be able to determine the right timing to decide when to sell or hold.
what we need to understand, whether as traders or investors, this kind of trend is like fried food, when it is still warm it will taste good, but when we are late the food will be cold and not delicious anymore. So, still have to be careful, do an in-depth analysis before joining and don't FOMO.
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin so unstable? on: October 07, 2020, 10:40:37 PM
Just like every other commodity in the world bit coin with its current demand and traded value is not expected to remain static. Looking at its current global value and the rate at which it fluctuates we can state that the demand of it is gradually depreciating considering the introduction of altcoins
Bitcoin is just like any other investment product, but bitcoin is decentralized. The more volatile the price of an investment is, the greater the risk if you decide to invest, on the other hand, your chances of profit are getting higher too. In time, the price of Bitcoin has stopped fluctuating as much as it did in the beginning. Even if there are extreme changes, it must be due to certain news or rumours affecting the market.
The strength of the bitcoin market is quite strong, even though there are many new altcoins with new innovations, bitcoin still dominates the crypto market, let alone was adopted first. So in my opinion, the decreasing demand for bitcoin is not an impact of the emergence of altcoins, but only because of a certain time or news or rumours that make it so.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram is trash on: October 06, 2020, 11:54:17 PM
I dont think it is safe not to be on telegram or twitter if you are in cryptocurrency. The 2 are the most active form of communication for cryptocurrency enthusiast, the competition in the space demand lots of development from most competiting project. So it is important to get those information early to save most of the token. However, bitcoin enthusiast may not need telegram at all but altcoin investors really need it
This is the wisest opinion. Telegram is an active forum that is widely used by project developers to gather their strengths. Many advantages, with a large number of members, bot features that are used to make it easier for managers, etc. As with most, telegrams are also used by scammers to set traps. The key is in each of us to create a filter. There is nothing wrong with telegram, it all depends on the user. I think.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: October 06, 2020, 11:05:09 PM
Well that is completely true most of the current Defi bounties are scams .Some do not even have a complete white paper about the project and in some cases most of the team members are not known while in some the team members are fake.People have to be careful in choosing Defi project because many of them are scams nowadays.
The hysteria of DeFi is used by scammers to trick investors who are not conscientious, rushed, fomo, and just want instant profits. I've even found a project that claims DeFi uses an old twitter account that has been used to join airdrops for other projects, even if the post hasn't been deleted, it's ridiculous. Make sure you don't FOMo, and do in-depth analysis, check out social media and websites. do not be hooked on instant profits, keep your assets as possible.
My advice, if you want to join the DeFi project, check the supporting partners, make sure it's official, for example pancakes supported by Binance
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite project these days? on: October 05, 2020, 11:53:14 PM
being the most favourite and the most popular is not easy, there are many processes that must be passed to prove that it is a superior project. So far, the project that I like the most is Ethereum, so many innovations have been made so that it has become the inspiration for the projects that followed. The market position is strong, and look how wide the Ethereum ecosystem is.
For new projects, I am very interested in Tachyon https://t.me/tachyoneco, one of its products, VPN, is quite popular. The project development is promising, supported by a proactive team.
While other projects that are popular today are definitely DeFi and yield farming, but they need to be careful and in-depth analysis before joining. Many projects are formed from small teams with minimal funding. Its development is stunted, not optimal, so it is prone to bugs.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trying to invest in Binance on: October 05, 2020, 11:43:14 PM
It's not recommended to save all your money on exchange for long period of time, if you could you can buy hardware wallet. I personally don't know about most of the altcoin that you mention, TRX and EOS are good investment i think. but i will not suggest you to hold many altcoin. instead if i were you i will sell all those coin and buy some ETH,TRX and BNB or buy more BTC.
That's very wise advice. Storing assets in an exchange wallet are very risky, moreover, hackers will definitely make it a target. Some time ago there was a hacking case on Kucoin, hopefully, this can be a lesson for us to choose a true professional and responsible exchange if there is a hack like that. Well, it would be better if you use a personal wallet such as a hardware wallet, the security is better.
If you want to invest in an exchange, yield farming is now popular, and one of the highlights related to Binance is pancakes, just give it a try. DWYOR
190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Question to Crypto users about its security on: October 04, 2020, 11:48:38 PM
snip---
If your coins were stolen, then it is entirely your fault that you didn't put up the necessary security measures simply because you're the one in control of coins.
In a decentralized system, full control is in our hands, we are the only ones responsible for the security of our assets. Bitcoin does provide the convenience of transferring value, as well as the security and speed it offers, without any restrictions, if it can be used properly. So you are correct in saying, even if there is a case of theft or hacking of a private swallow, it is entirely the user's fault because it does not maintain security so that it is easily penetrated by hackers. Beware, friends, the crypto world is full of risks, we must improve the security of the wallet as much as possible.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi Projects on: October 04, 2020, 11:32:37 PM
Situation is changed now. Defi projects got huge successful, that's why Scammers already start launching fake defi tokens, so that to steal inbestors investment. Since last 2 months, I have seen lots of defi tokens but most of them ends with scam. those are spoiling the attractiveness of defi tokens. That is the reason, people should choice each new defi token carefully before investment
This mode will be repeated. Scammers will try to find opportunities from the market hysteria, which DeFi is currently dominating. Fraudsters will make fake projects with all kinds of tricks as if they are real, targeting new investors or people who panic because they missed the previous DeFi golden moment. So, the scammers target people who are less conscientious and panicked, you should do the best possible analysis before joining.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: October 04, 2020, 11:17:35 PM
I did few bounty rather than made an investment in Ico. I experienced that tokens that i got from bounty, most of them are become shitcoin. Even Still lots of altcoins are available in my wallet as dead. I also don't have any expectation from them. So it's not a bad decision to sold them when they are valuable in market
That is why we must be really selective before joining the bounty, even if we lose because the price is not as expected and becomes shitcoin, we only lose time and energy. Imagine the losses suffered by investors, they must have lost a lot of funds. So we have to be really realistic and understand the project as best as possible in order to determine the right timing to sell it or hold it. Instead of getting nothing, it is better to sell.
There are many facts that exceed expectations? there is also the opposite, so I always advise, if we are involved in the crypto world we must be ready with all the risks and always be patient.

Usually, I sell coins because I need fresh money to make ends meet.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust Active telegram Groups? on: October 03, 2020, 11:53:55 PM
I am not sure an active telegram will make a project successful, because telegram is a place to exchange information between the project management team and also from potential investors who will buy the coins, while the success or failure of a project is seen from the achievements of the investors who invest in the project.
Therefore, it needs to be re-checked, whether the telegram group is active in discussing project developments or is it just a formality to turn the group on to make it look active. we also know that there are telegram bounties and the like that are in charge of making the group active. Of course, this is not bad, seeing the activity of the developer team through the admin is a sign of good communication. but we also have to monitor the progress.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW CAN ONE KNOW A FAKE AIRDROP? on: October 03, 2020, 11:41:58 PM
Anytime I go into my telegram account, I see countless number of airdrop with countless offers but the challenge is trying to know which of this airdrop that is genuine.
the point is in yourself, make it a habit to do analysis before joining anything, and don't be easily tempted by big rewards.
to good to be true.
The first thing we have to do is we have to be realistic and not easily provoked by airdrop offers that promise big rewards. second, make sure you analyze before joining, whether it's an official airdrop by checking the official account of the project in question. third, a fake airdrop will ask you to send some funds under the pretext of being an activation or transaction fee, my advice if someone asks for such funds immediately leave and report the account.

196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Patience above all will be rewarded here on: June 06, 2020, 11:40:02 PM
Patience will only form if we truly understand the bitcoin ecosystem. As explained in the OP, there are some people who are fomo, so they only go along with the flow of hysteria, then give up because the movements are not as expected. So, to avoid that kind of thing then we really have to try to adapt well, so that we can adjust to various situations.

Those who dump bitcoins are not necessary those who have no trust in bitcoins, infact they are mostly the big traders or whales which sell high quantity of bitcoins and later they buy them cheap again. This is how this pump and dump cycle continues and bitcoin price is never stable.

There are scenarios like this too. This kind of scheme is very common, which is why we must understand analytical techniques. There is fundamental and technical analysis. It looks complicated, but this is the only way we can do to be able to adapt and understand market movements, so it does not just rely on "feelings" and "luck" alone.

I am more freaked out with your account rather than the question.

You've been here for quite a long time and you still didn't know about that. (21M BTC fixed)

In addition, I am more interested in the source of the article that TS read, is it really reliable? While we all know that the total supply of BTC has been determined and will not be added. Even if demand continues to increase, it will further strengthen the price of BTC when supply is limited, in accordance with economic law.

It would be better if TS also embed the link of the article he had read, so we can read and review it together. Is it trusted or not Smiley
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Way To Make Money From Crypto In 2020? on: June 05, 2020, 11:59:14 PM
In 2020, bounty is not a top choice to make a profit. Instead you should do short-term trading and invest in IEO, do research and find new projects and invest in it.
However, a join bounty campaign can be an effective alternative to get money from this forum.
Especially if we successfully join in the campaign with BTC rewards and weekly payments, it is very profitable in the midst of many bounty dramas. It's just that the conditions are quite difficult.

Although many are scams, distribution is delayed, rewards are locked, etc. Bounty Hunters still have good hopes in their campaigns. Think of it as savings. Who knows, one day be valuable.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters aren't responsible for dumps on: June 05, 2020, 11:52:42 PM
--
New projects go around giving too good discounts for early investors, an ICO price of 0.01$ turn to 0.005$ for early investors, what are they thinking? The moment this hits exchange and price starts at 0.02$ they will surely dump 💯
This is not a problem if there are no more discounts for sales in the next phase. Early investors should get a good appreciation because they want to trust the project, even though the progress is not yet visible.

The problem is that discounts are continually given regardless of the long-term effects. If there is a dump, the bounty hunter is often blamed. Though investors also have the same opportunity. Isn't everyone entitled to benefit from the hard work and effort that has been done?
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Becareful of new ICO on: June 03, 2020, 11:23:52 PM
Joining projects from top exchanges does not guarantee that the IEO won't end as a scam.  There are lots of projects, especially that were conducted on Binance that runs a pump and dump scheme.  They may not be running away, but their method of milking investors and the unsuspecting victim is the same as scamming them of their money. ...

That is why IEO tokens or coins are not good enough for long-term investment. Since we already know of the pump and dump scenario, we must immediately sell it on first-day trading. If not then we will lose a good opportunity. We must be able to adapt to existing trends, this is to maximize profits.
