181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POLYGON’S MATIC or Solana on: October 09, 2021, 06:23:01 PM
Polygon MATIC is a platform built for Ethereum scaling and infrastructure development,
Meanwhile, Solana SOL/USD is a project that relies on the permissionless functionality of blockchain technology for a decentralized financial (DeFi) solution.
Each of these projects has seen massive growth recently in terms of the value as well as the supply of their outstanding tokens.
I see both have seen a sharp increase in this month of August, and I believe it is good to invest in both.
Well Matic basically it's copycat of ethereum and becoming an layer-2 Solution so for some non-tech savvy it's more easier to understand if they using Ethereum and other web3 before but from my personal perspective Solana have more potential not only for DeFi but the others too, Both of them it's good long term as you said but i will prefer Solana.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the Nft hype-cyvle is over? on: October 09, 2021, 06:54:18 AM
Bitcoin and ethereum have nothing to do with the popularity of NFT. AXS was increasing a lot due to its utility and it didn't even care about the price of bitcoin and ethereum. NFT project didn't even need to wait for the major coin to be bullish to get the hype. It needs to do something useful.
I suppose it's only relevant for AXS or some other big NFT project with larger audience for the smalles one Bitcoin market was really affecting it beside some development, Even though there are some rally on BTC some weeks before AXS seems doing some good performance without affected by the market.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most performing altcoin for October on: October 08, 2021, 06:45:16 PM
Fantom and Ethereum seem to be the coins that I believe will have a positive effect this month. Fantom in 7 days has increased 69% and for me the condition will last until the end of October. Likewise Ethereum which has shown positive signs. My reference is using https://coinmarketcap.com/

I think it's normal for Ethereum since we will some upcoming huge development update in the last year but i never expect fantom will doing some good performance, Even the BTC was rising looks like those two really doing some good development and performance lately, Beside you should check arweave and sol it's also good lately.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How you choose projects for investment on: October 08, 2021, 07:01:28 AM
1. Team (most of the famous developers worked in google and facebook)
2. Strong community (more than 100k on Twitter and a very strong forum)
3. Own blockchain (develop their own structure with their own EVM and cross-chain)
4. Solving existing problems in cryptocurrency (high fees, transaction processing speed, scalability)

This is a very brief description. At the moment I am faced with the choice to add a few more such projects to myself. Share your knowledge.
It's already good step before choosing project to invest but i will advice some suggestion too.
-Partners, On the current market it was very important since most project out there was business-oriented so always make sure it's backed by some good VC or Partners
-Concept, Most project out there it's just an another copycat so it's good choice to seek some new concept and look for the long term potential too.
-Tokenomics, Transparent token circulation and funding allocation it's another important stuff to check before invest on any project

188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitfinex Today Spent Almost $23.6 Million Fees For a Single Ethereum Transaction on: September 28, 2021, 07:03:44 AM
Isn't the whole point of crypto is to reduce this middleman huge fees like banks?
Yes it is but sometimes automation can mess up, Blockchain itself through the smart Contract it's new things comparing to other system and it's also have some drawback where no manual operator checking it (Mostly). Etheruem itself was congested so i think it's Bitfinex mistake, maybe using other alternative network can prevent this in the future or fixing the code.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin/ETH replace fiat someday? on: September 27, 2021, 08:16:19 PM
Almost every currency is volatile, including the Fiat currency. Traders are taking profit from the Fiat currency like "lnstaforex". At least 5-10 years' time must need Fiat currency to twice dump or up. Crypto is a very highly volatile market compared to Fiat currency.  Although world war or war effects we will see in both USDT and crypto. We can't be safe in any currencies, but gold has a real stable price even after any war.
Fiat was less volatile rather than crypto since it was controlled by centralized entity so i suppose it's impossible to replace fiat and i was really agree with you, Some crisis can have some significant impact to the economy including fiat but i think it's will having small impact on the crypto expect global crisis as you said but peopel see crypto as digital gold so it's good as an store-of-value beside gold.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cheapest Way To Withdraw From Binance Account? on: September 27, 2021, 05:41:23 PM
I have an altcoin on binance that I need to withdraw.  I also have a tiny bit of btc and bnb on it as well.

Basically i have roughly 2000 dollars worth of altcoin and about 8 dollars worth of btc and 5 dollars worth of bnb.

I would like to withdraw everything to my hardware wallet nano ledger s.  I only keep btc and bch in my nano ledger s.

My options seem to be

Sell that 8 dollar worth of btc for usdt/usdc?   Then sell the 5 dollar bnb for usdt/usdc?  Then withdraw either the usdt/usdc and the altcoin to my nano ledger?

Sell that 5 dollar worth of bnb for btc.  Sell that 13 dollar worth of btc for that same altcoin I have.  Then withdraw that altcoin whole balance to my nano ledger?

Sell the altcoin for btc.  That altcoin can only be traded for BTC or ETH.  Sell the 5 dollar worth of bnb fo btc.  Then withdraw the whole btc balance to my nano ledger?

It wouldn't make sense to just

Withdraw Altcoin to nano ledger.  Withdraw btc to nano ledger.  Withdraw bnb to nano ledger.  Since the withdraw fee to withdraw btc is higher than my btc balance?

No need to doing some complicated trade like that mate, You are not only paying fee for withdraw but also paying trading fee (0.1%), The best way to do it's converting small balance on your main account to BNB and you can find this feature on binance wallet section, after that you trade it to BTC/BCH as you said you only hold that and then you can withdraw to your ledger, Beside that maybe you considering alts like LTC or BNB, It's costing small withdraw fee rather than Bitcoin or BCH.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China says all crypto transaction are illegal on: September 27, 2021, 11:13:45 AM
I think China has the power to shake the market with a statement issued by them, just look at the market conditions after the statement from that country!! we can see that all prices have corrected or decreased. But we need to understand together that China has banned digital currency for the umpteenth time, but it has not made digital currency worse. Therefore I consider the Chinese state ban has no effect globally but only for panicked people who are afraid of losing their assets.
Yeah, I though they are seriously doing that but after looking some previous statement on some years before looks like they are just manipulating the market i suppose? You can see some impact when China Govt make an statement about this but ended up reaching ATH, beside that it's look like they are forcing or promoting their CBDC. Not sure too but i can't take China statement seriously anymore, They are keep repeating it for previous years too.

193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: September 27, 2021, 07:27:46 AM
I think almost everything in the current market can be called gambling. Especially in cases where a person, not understanding the issue, acts on a whim after reading exclamation headings about NTF.
90% of NTFs are not bought and are useless. Those that buy usually buy 1 or 2 times. This is a beginner trap.
Agreed, Lot of NFT project out there right now didn't have any real use case especially games, You can see lot of NFT games right now have same economic and the gameplay itself didn't even fund and basically just copying the Axie Infinity Concept. I think it's normal since we are still on early phase but there are tons of good NFT concept out there and the if you want to play then i should recommend MIR4, Iluvium (Upcoming and Alice.

196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How good is solana? And can it run along Ethereum in long run? on: September 26, 2021, 05:31:05 PM
More than thousand cryptos with their own blockchain are running around but to be I can only see Cardano and Solana to be a better version. People following crypto since 2015 might have fall or many crypto projects. What do you think about Solana? I would like to learn more from people of this forum
Both of them it's the best Ethereum alternative beside BSC, Solana itself offering tons of benefits and it was simple, Higher TPS (50k+), Cheaper Transaction fees and more flexible Smart-Contract Programming (From what i read on the other discussion) and it will making more wider scalability, Cardano itself it's good too but i think solana it's much better.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: September 26, 2021, 01:43:14 PM
We know ethereum has the 1st  smart contract and would always be second to bitcoin so that alone would always attract big projects but something need to change with the gas fee because that is why most project are going with binance smart chain and things would only get better for binance if nothing changes with ethereum gas fee
It will change i suppose, Ethereum 2.0 Will change the gas fee scheme and the consensus too so we just need to wait atleast until it launched (End of this year) But if there is no significant change on the network later then i suppose Alternative network like BSC, Polygon, klatyn, Sol or ADA will take over the ethereum position, It's just about time before it's happens for sure.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano summit 2021 NFT on: September 26, 2021, 09:39:46 AM
It's just an event. By summit, they are promoting the brand and creating awareness to the people. I'm not expecting that summit will pump the price but by continuing doing it, more people will be aware that something gem is just silently working to dominate the market soon.

Cardano is playing with the trend. NFT trend will be long compare to DEFI. A good play by them to integrate with NFT system.
Not just awareness but basically Summit it's more specified confrence where more high tech will be introduced so there is good chance for some good audience especially individual or institutional investors, On cardano summit itself looks like some good partners was there so i suppose it will giving some good impact to cardano Price even though it's not instant but it's good for long term. Just watching Cardano Summit yesterday especially Chainlink Annoucement and looks like really good so far, We have still a lot agenda until Hydra Protocol so don't miss it!
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CET and its future on: September 26, 2021, 06:53:05 AM
Hey,
i any idea about CET (coinex exchange token) ? BNB has a big market cap however lots of invester move from binance to other exchange due to Binance problem these days .

base on https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/coinex-token this token has experienced a gentle path and may be suitable for annual investment.
Looks like it's native currency issued by Coinex same with the others like BNB, Huobi Chain, etc, Coinex it's good exchange too. CSC source code itself looks like Forked from Ethereum and the interface was same. Comparing to BNB, CSC Validators it's more decentralized (?) while BNB was more centralized, EVM Compatible and looks like good chain since they also offering Supportive Plan for developers with multi-wallet integration too, So far it's good but i'm not sure about the market cap.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you take loan(s) to invest in crypto? on: September 25, 2021, 06:56:36 PM
It is a short no.

Someone who invests in crypto and using not his own money, he's just making himself into trouble. Investing in crypto is profitable but it takes time and is a wise choice.

Not every borrower has that wise choice so they're likely to end up in debt and losses.
Yeah, Just make sure to invest on any kind of investment options with your extra money only that you can afford to lose, You can't predict accurately what will happens in the future so never take any loan any kind of any investment or trading, I have some friends that ended having big debt and strugle to repay it since he suffering some loss.
