182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why difference in Transaction fees on: December 14, 2020, 01:35:46 PM
There can be a slight difference in transaction fees when you transact at the same time but that won't be as contrasting as 1:13. And for something like trx, the transaction fees are too low. If you have enough coins on your wallet and don't have multiple transactions everytime and is transferring to a used address, the energy should be enough on most case to send without a transaction fees. On other circumstances, it won't go over a couple of trx. The wallet you mentioned, Klever, I haven't used it but they sure are overcharging.
183  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: December 14, 2020, 09:48:50 AM
I think if there was an App ever to come out (wouldnt see the point since the website works fine), I think Daniel or RHavar would announce it beforehand.
That definitely, yes. And most importantly, the app would also be advertised on the official bustabit page, which of course is not the case with this one either, which already points to a scam attempt here.
Presumably, the app simply wants to steal login data and thus to drain the balance from the account. A very simple and very effective attack, unfortunately ...

And the website itself works as a web app quite perfectly. When you are visiting the site on chrome on android, you get a message to add the website as app on the homescreen. If you do that, you'd receive an app like icon with bustabit logo that opens full screen directly to the Bustabit and there's no way to differentiate it from an actual app.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 19-Year-Old Ukrainian Politician Owns 185,000 Monero (XMR), Bought In 2015 on: December 14, 2020, 09:46:27 AM
Or maybe he bought the coins very cheap.
But most probably it's a corruption money from his parents. Ukraine has been quite famous worldwide for it's political corruption and how ex-presidents made that country poorer each day. And the choice of currency Monero seems the buyers were interested in keeping that money secret and probably their spoiled child boasted about that when drunk.
185  Other / Off-topic / Re: Betting on Horse Racing, Ethical or no ? on: December 14, 2020, 08:37:01 AM
Use of animals in sports and entertainment is always a ethical dilemma. Animals can't give there consent.
And with use of different drugs and unnatural diet for the animals to make them larger and stronger. And with generations of artificial breeding, we are making an animal that are much different and not of their real identity. Animal based sports should be discouraged. And the ones involved should be kept free of drugs and artificial gene editing should be banned.
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 13, 2020, 04:42:34 PM
With Tottenham playing a draw and Liverpool playing with Fulham, we could see Liverpool coming at the number one spot of the league for first time this year. Though Liverpool would be playing one more game, but with current forms, they seem to keeping that spot. With Chelsea too losing yesterday, Liverpools seems to be the obvious winner this year too.
187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 13, 2020, 02:05:35 AM
Not only this stops the winning streak of Atletico Madrid, it also places Real Madrid as a contender to the trophy. Much of it would be decided when these two play again in the home of Atletico Madrid. Real just couldn't gather up as a team when they started. It was a weird time for every sports but now they are a strong contender.
188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 12, 2020, 10:08:32 AM
I have a good feeling that the derby of Madrid will end up in a draw or even 0-0 as ATL.Madrid has the great defense from all Top Europe Leagues right now and I can't really see Real taking the win in this weekend. More likely we gonna have a game when both teams are looking for the win and none will find it but we'll see.

A draw is very potential in the Madrid derby. But if the result is a draw, then Real Madrid will be far behind in the standings above it. I hope Real Madrid can take the win in that match. Even though it's difficult, because Atl Madrid are currently performing very well.
I don't think Real Madrid can win. Atletico Madrid is performing brilliantly. Everyone from their forwards to defenders is playing well. Every player doing his responsibility properly. I think Real Madrid will be able to draw the match.

There's just 1 goal difference between a draw and a win. Atletico though is undefeated for a long streak now but the last time they were defeated on the league was from the hands of Real Madrid. Real would miss Eden Hazard but the ground they are playing is more home to Real than to Atletico.
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 12, 2020, 04:14:02 AM
All the teams you mentioned have some problems. India, Australia and England are very stable. And they have enough talented players. And most importantly, their cricket board helps a player to be more skilled and experienced. So there is no shortage of talented players for their national team like other countries.

These countries have large talent pool, because the domestic cricket is in good shape. Now slowly New Zealand is also getting to the same level, but at least a part of the credit should go to the dozens of South African imports who are now regulars in the Plunket Shield trophy. In all the other countries, the quality of domestic cricket has gone down, and this in turn translates to weak performances by the national team.

The performance is going to depend on the national infrastructure and the tournaments. The countries that have a regular and competitive tournaments and has a mass that gives cricket the utmost priority, they'd come as a success. Cricket is the number one sport for India, South Africa and Australia. That's why they are producing good players every period of time. Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh occasionally have problems with their domestic tournaments but even their cricket is the most popular sports.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many old coins are dead and abandoned by the developer, WHY? on: December 12, 2020, 02:25:37 AM
Coins die because they have neither utility and nor the interest of investors for profit. Even though we talk so much about use of cryptocurrency, the real utility and real life use of cryptocurrencies are very limited. Most of the interest and trade of crypto occurs for potential profit making. It's not that manipulate investors are destroying crypto but in reality there are just a few real dedicated utility crypto and every other are dishearten approach to make money.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🤔 How do you distribute your portfolio? BTC vs Altcoins on: December 11, 2020, 06:03:59 PM
I used to maintain at least 50% of BTC and rest on a small number of popular coins. But the last BTC pump made me sell of every of my alts for BTC. The market is becoming so bitcoin centric that most of the investors only consider bitcoin as an investment and with it's limited supply, people are self-assured that it would keep on breaking it's ATH now and than even if there are years of bearish trend.
192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: December 11, 2020, 05:48:20 PM
Draw for round of 16 is Monday, I am always excited at this stage as it seems to be the time when the competition really hots up. There are sure to be some blockbuster match ups in this round.

The final results came not much different from the last years. Just the one that would be missed is Manchester city otherwise almost all of the teams from last years UEFA champions league have qualified for the knockout stage. But the results could be a bit different depending upon how the draw comes in. Liverpool, Chelsea, PSG and Munich do probably be favorite of this season.
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 09, 2020, 01:45:57 PM
I'm even more sure that his this season title will go to Atletico Madrid and Simeone.
Even if I am a Real Madrid fan but I agree that the chance for Atletico Madrid to win the La Liga trophy is quite big this season. Atletico looks stronger, undefeated, and conceded 2 goals only so far. There are no other teams in La Liga which have a performance as good as Atletico Madrid. However, since it is just Matchday 12, I am optimistic that Real Madrid still has a chance to compete with Atletico Madrid for the trophy.  Wink

I still believe Real Madrid has a chance at the title though, it may seem to have been jealously guided by Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid remains a true rivalry to Atletico Madrid haven't taken 2 UCL from them, Laliga trophy won't be such a big deal though, the stakes are much higher now with Luiz Suarez and Diego Costa handling the forward. The game remains open though.

Laliga seems beseeched with lots of draw this Sunday with Deportivo Slaves 0-0 Real Sociedad
Villarreal 0-0 Elche
Granada 3-3 SD Huesca

These draws surely did some damage to my bets, I really never anticipated for it and just like that, Real Sociedad is down to 2nd place on the league table and so does there dropping farther down begins.

Barcelona and Real Madrid will always have a shot at the title, at least statistically. You can also lose 4x with a lot of bad luck. That was not the case at Barcelona.
They have often rightly lost matches, and the fact that they were also beaten 3-0 at home yesterday says enough about the level. I think Atletico is going to be champion.

Real Madrid could be but Barcelona is already out of the contest. Atletico are surely the favorite here. They have always came as a champion when Real and Barcelona felt weaker.
Barcelona too is playing well bet luck has totally missed them this time. They were totally dominant against cadiz but still lost as they failed to deliver a goal.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casinos and Sportsbooks missing from Bitcointalk? on: December 09, 2020, 01:04:36 PM
Bitcointalk is one of the great way for interacting with the users for a crypto based casino. There are other ways to stay connected like social networks, telegram and discord and for the user reviews and accusations, the popular one is trust pilot as well reddit. But this forum is a major one that non of the major casino can escape for long.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casinos and Sportsbooks missing from Bitcointalk? on: December 09, 2020, 02:28:43 AM
Never heard of those except betflip.
There used to be many gambling casinos that were not on the forum but with a large number of crypto gamblers present on the forum and a lot of accusations and complaints been created here, not being present on the forum would be a large hit to it's business. Furthermore, being here is a great free advertisement for targeted audience.

197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will Bookmakers Suspend/Restrict My Account if I Profit in the Long Term? on: December 07, 2020, 11:25:39 AM
None of the legit bookie, gambling site would restrict your account for winning. Misusing bonuses and offers are another topic and they would ban you for that. Anything that goes against their terms could lead to suspension of your account. Some of the casinos even let you play with a VPN and suspend you if you try to withdraw. And as you are not abiding by term, you can't win against them. If you are abiding by terms, no legit bookie can restrict you and your wins.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to DeFi? on: December 07, 2020, 09:44:54 AM
We can't just categorize everyone coming with the word DEFI as one. The popularity of DEFI had brought many bad actors, scammers and ponzi on this genre. Even though they are not a DEFI, many project uses the word to collect money from gullible investors. It's upto the investors and users that can control how DEFI shapes up. Not feeding scammers would deter them automatically.
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you verify every bet as a gambler? Provably Fair Guide. on: December 07, 2020, 09:40:37 AM
Maybe if we are playing gambling on a reputable site, we can do that because the site will not try to cheat their members.
Once the site is caught doing that, they will lose their members and of course, they will lose their opportunity to make money.
But in the new gambling site, we don't have to verify if we only gamble for fun.
Not many gamblers who use a big amount of money to gamble will verify every bet because some will think that is time-consuming.
If they verify their bets, that mean they can not enjoy their time playing gambling games.

I agree that it's not worth verifying every bets if you are on reputable gambling site. But you should never gamble on a site whether new or old that does not provide the way for proving the legitimacy of the bet. Even if you are playing for fun. Any gambling site that are not provably fair should be avoided. Proving the fairness is the basic precursor for legitimacy.
200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 07, 2020, 07:47:11 AM
.....
@Dewi Aries a while ago many had claimed that Mourinho’s days as a top coach were over, and when he took on Tottenham many speculated that he would only mess them up, but look at how the tables have turned, and the special one has stunned all by his progress at Tottenham.
Before Mourinho came in, Tottenham was quite known for their attacking brand of football correct? So the negative feedback and criticisms on the arrival of the new manager is understandable. Everybody knows how he plays his football wherever he goes. It didn't work with Man United but it's working well with Totteham so far. Sometimes you gotta ask the question if it was really the manager or that the players are just hard headed and don't wanna respect the man in charge.

Managers definitely plays a great role in the overall formation and performance of team, A good manager can build a team with whatever he have. We've seen good managers with a good teams without any stars achieve the trophy. Mourinho is as controversial as he's successful and though he failed in a few teams, he had transformed most of the teams he went to. And he knows EPL more than any other league.
