Are there any news yet on which exchange the MBTU IEO will be hosted? This should be then the first exchange where the tokens will be tradeable right after the sale, right?
Regarding the news about the exchange of MBTU IEO to be hosted I also do not know and maybe to be more clearly better to ask the team I am sure the team must know about the news
They have planned anything about listing in exchange? Or any discussion is going on with exchanges?

Their MBTU utility will be hosted as an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering). Usually this guarantees that the token also gets listed on the exchange where the sale takes place. But we haven't got the name of the exchange yet.

It will be ongoing, 10% of every transaction

When you say that you'll burn 10% of each MBTU transaction, will you do this for an unlimited time or only until the total supply reaches a specific amount?

Okay. So we can expect after sometime, MBTU tokens will be completely burnt and there will be zero supply in market?

No, it can't go to zero if you only burn 10% with every transaction. I was just wondering if they want to keep the total supply above a certain level so that there won't be any problems with liquidity.

MBTX will be available in future funding rounds and MBTU will only be available in the IEO

Got another question about MBTU and MBTX.

In the one-pager it's said that you can also use MBTU to buy MBTX. I don't understand exactly. Will you sell MBTX tokens even after the IEO is over?

Ahh yeah I remember that you mentioned these future funding rounds already earlier in this thread. Will this mean you'll get a discount then when paying with MBTU tokens?

Can MBTU token holders that rented mining equipment decide on their own what they wanna mine with it? Or will it be chosen by you?

After the recent USDT and Tron FUD that seems to be a growing issue in crypto markets. More regulated and audited stablecoins would surely be welcomed by blockchain enthusiasts, investors, developers and primarily by cryptocurrency traders worldwide. PAX just had a partnership with ONTOLOGY, and seems like they’ll be moving to ONTOLOGY blockchain which promises faster, safer and more secured transactions.

So this means PAX will be the first stable coin that makes use of this new VBFT consensus algorithm? Wondering if they choose the ONT blockchain because of VBFT.

We are waiting on two investors making their final decisions within the next week, so hopefully we will have good news very soon. The team are itching to get this project going.

We have a ‘plug and play’ facility lined up with capacity for 75,000 asic miners and are working on building an MVP/POC

That sounds great. When you say 'plug and play', you mean that you only have to buy the ASIC miners once you received enough investments and then you are ready to go? Is everything else on your facility site already ready?

MinedBlock are Unicorns within this space and have a "sleeping giant" in need of awakening. Minedblock is bringing back the trust this industry needs and deserves. The research this team has conducted will piece together the failures of previous "genuine" projects within their risk assesment strategy to heavily reduce the risk of failure and our aggresive growth strategy will help emcompass MinedBlock to be a major player in this industry.

So far I have not seen a single company implemented the "share profit" policy with their users and succeeded, I have seen the likes of Bankera in spectracoin attempted that and never continued, what make Mineblock so sure they could pull this off??

Can you give us any updates about how close you are of reaching the softcap? I guess a lot of us here are eagerly waiting for the good news that you have reached it and that you have started setting up your mining farm.

PoW, PoS, DPoS ... there are already a lot of different consensus algorithms. All have their pros and cons. Now we get another one with Ontologys VFBT. Looks definitely interesting. Time will tell which of these algorithms can make it and will be widely used.

What exactly differences between both tokens? I mean I want to ask that for both tokens investors have to invest different? And both tokens price are is same?

MBTX is a security token, something like a share of the MinedBlock company. You can just hold it and earn ETH from their mining operations. MBTU on the other hand is an utility token. You can use it to rent mining equipment that then will mine directly to your wallet.

Investors have only two days from now to get 10% bonus on their investment. After that they will reduce bonus to 5% from 27th Apr.

Its a nice reminder. Also do we have minimum investment amount now?

Create an account on their ICO platform to know the minimum STO contribution amount.

can to share your reason why would you invest in these type of project? Since basically investors is the one that will fund the mining operation of the project. a one way deal that lack of security on investments.

Well, investors have the chance to get an easy way of a passive income just by holding their tokens. I'd say that is probably the main selling-point.

And yes, the mining operation has to be funded (mostly) by investors but that's the reason they're having their STO. What reason would they have to sell tokens (and then share the mining profits) if they have the money to build the mining farm by themselves.

Interesting news with the IEO for your utility tokens. Really wondering on which exchange your sale will take place.

Can you explain to me a bit more precisely what the benefits to me would be for rent my own private mining unit at your facility instead of just holding MBTX tokens?

We’ve found a number of potential investors are wary of security tokens, they are still new and exchange options are limited compared to a normal utility token.

The utility token will return the same benefits as the security tokens except there will be a little more effort involved from the token holder.

MBTX is a fully compliant, passive income token.
MBTU will give access to a selective service with very similar benefits but you’d have to ‘subscribe’ on a periodic basis to keep it active.

Exchange wise, it’s a top 50 exchange currently, we will reveal that in the next couple of weeks but we plan for the IEO to run in the last two weeks of May. We’re still negotiating options to maybe run the IEO  on more than one exchange. That’s all we can say for the moment

An Airdrop and Bounty will be also be announced in the next few days

So this means you will have some mining equipment that doesn't contribute to the profit that is shared with MBTX holders but only will be distributed to the ones who rented them with MBTU tokens?

I would suggest to team to leverage Coinmarketcap.com reach. They could place adverts there for better exposure
I am not seeing enough marketing yet

This could be a good idea but I can imagine CMC asks quite a lot from projects to put their ad on the site. I think it all depends on whether or not they manage to secure fundings from private institutional investors. If they do, they can probably spend more on marketing.

Until we sign on the dotted line, we will be strategically searching for the ultimate location. When a suited alternative presents itself of course we’ll consider adoption

Fair enough for the moment. This might be crucial information for the big investors who are going to come on board.

Yes. Lets wait for the official announcement and I am sure it will happen before they close the STO. Btw, when is the STO closing?

'The token sale will run from 30th March until the 30th May 2019.'

This is from the Telegram group. So a bit more than a month to go. Hope we get some updates on what's been raised so far soon.

Could you give an hint as to which location is the team looking at in the nearest future?
Or is this kind of a classified message which can not be disclosed now?

It seems like Siberia is on the top of the list at the moment. I just hope that they sign everything very soon to fix it. Sure, there might always be the possibility to find an even better option but what is even more important is that there won't be any delays so that they can start buying equipment and setting up the mining farm as soon as the softcap is reached.

I read somewhere in the thread that the place of interest in Siberia wasn't having updated types of equipment so they needed to shift grounds, does it mean in essence that they are likely to use Siberia still however use other facilities? I thought they are going to change location/country entirely

No you are mixing things up here. The mining farm which is already operational and which they planned to buy at one point but now decided not to do isn't in Siberia.

Got another question about the potential location in Siberia. In the message I quoted below, you mentioned that you are in talks to buy an already operational farm in your preferred location. Would this be in Siberia or is the information you gave at that time already outdated?

If we choose to setup our farm from scratch we anticipate 6-15 weeks, but we are in talks about the initial purchase of an already operational farm in our preferred location to speed this process up.

Unfortunately the equipment was outdated and the “setup” wasn’t viable nor would it be profitable, with Siberia it is already setup with the correct power output via renewable sources

Even though buying and already operational farm would've sped things up, I am kind of glad, that this isn't going to happen. When building up your own farm, you are just not that limited and can buy the newest equipment at the location that suits your the best.
