Funfair is just getting started.... they have some samples to view but their Beta hasn't launched yet. It is supposed to launch in Q1, though, so sometime soon. I think Funfair has a future.

What of the eth fork taking place this January, not listed there..
EtherZero? That is on there, near the bottom of the list, under ethereum forks. If there is another fork for Jan, let me know the name, I will look up info on it and add it.

Update 1/20/2018 with Bitcoin Sudu, Bitcoin Pieta, Bitcoin Blvck ... and the Semux for BTC airdrop info.

I'm sort of interested to see how this works out. If fork is successful we can expect another 30 Ethereum forks by March. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Updated with Bitcoin LITE and Bitcoin Flash, as well as some of the Ethereum Forks.

What will happened if all coins were mined. Will the price collapsed? Will mining still profitable?
By then, if Bitcoin still exists and is popular, then miners could profit off transaction fees. No one can really say how that will play out, though. By then ... 2140? ... who knows what computer power will be like.

I think the two are connected to some degree.
Someone posted yesterday that Bitconnect started cashing out their -- I mean other people's -- bitcoin deposits on Tuesday. I don't know if that is true or not, I've been looking for confirmation but I can't find it.
But I think the real reason why Bitconnect finally cracked is because people were trying to get out of the market for the downturn, and attempting to withdraw their BTCs from Bitconnect. They simply did not have enough Bitcoin to cover the amount of withdrawals requested -- which is the textbook signal that the Ponzi scheme is done and it's time for the scammer to cash out.

Everyone has a wonderful opportunity to get in now, while the price is low, and before it's leaders go to Prison. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I'm a long time FunFair holder, and I think what is holding it back is that gambling is a crowded market. In the end, their performance will be determined by how solid their launch is, and if their platform is seen as the best. They have a solid team and I believe they will impress. Their launch is supposed to be Q1, I believe.

Or a dead cat bounce. Thing happen fast in the crypto world, so we will probably know in a few days if the rally is back on or it we headed for a deeper dip.

HOLY CRAP!
The mod on the other board I mentioned above says they will not refund your BTC deposits in BTC .. they will only refund it BCC!
AND ... they are using the previous $360/BCC price to base the refund on ... which has now crashed to $20!
People are getting 1/18th of their BTC back, in a coin that is crashing to zero.
But he still won't admit it was scam.

People are saying they were getting a lot cease and desist letters, but I think what really happened here is due to the market downturn, people were trying to withdraw their bitcoins and cash out.
Today, they ran out of other people's Bitcoin to give away.
Madoff what doing great, too, until the Stock Market downturn and people wanted to cash out.

|
|
I hope for the sake of people who parked their bitcoins there, that part 2 of this act isn't "oops, we lost your bitcoins, too, sorry about that."
But that sad truth is they were likely using new investor bitcoins to pay off old investors ... seems like we've been down that road before.

I'm kind of glad it happened today. Speculation was that this $3 Billion scam would spark a wide market crash when it fell apart. Well, the market was already crashing and this is kind of lost in the bigger stories of today. Timing was excellent.

Bbbbbbbiiiiiiiiitttttttttttttttttttccccconnnnnneeeeecccccccttttttttttttt!!!! I hope you guys didnt take too much loans lol (Btw fully deserved the rekt) ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) I got into a "discussion" about bitconnect with a mod at on another message board. He was kind of an arrogant dick about how doubters didn't deserve to be a part of that great platform. I kinda want to go back and bump that thread, but I think he would ban me. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I updated today, added some new ones, deleted some that were not actually fork ... more like airdrops ... and I also added the obligatory warning about the dangers of exposing your private keys.

I've been reading about this and it is a very ambitious project. They might have the name recognition to raise the amount they are seeking ... I heard 1.2 billion ICO is their target. It wouldn't surprise me.

I updated the OP with the new info added. I'm going to work on reformatting the OP so that is clearer and easier to read. Post more forks I missed, and I'll add them.

I updated the OP with some additional Forks from ethereum and Bitcoin cash, as well one recommended. I'll try to keep this list updated and add new forks as I see them.

#1 was scams. I researched the crap out of Coinbase, Wallets, Coins, and Exchanges in the beginning. I was probably overly paranoid, but it was like the more you read about cryptos, the more you hear about people getting scammed ... and even now, I'm extremely cautious. One wrong move can be costly. #2 was it was is all crashing the day after I deposited. That has been my luck with investments. I started investing in stocks in 1999 ... right before the dot com crash. I also bought my first house in 2004, right before the real estate bubble burst ... but so far, so good with Cryptos.. ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)
