With a such low market capitalization of 200mm to say that crypto is stabilizing - I wouldn't say that is true. Just someone need to keep market at one level for some future moves.

Government can make cryptocurrencies under the laws. But black market will continue to use it because it is much easier to send money without control.

You are totally right, we are buying only utility token with hope that the chart will show good values. If no use case of token, it will go down.
