181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A NOOBIE Question on: June 24, 2019, 01:03:02 PM
If I am not mistaken, there are huge fees in big exchanges like Binance. If the project is going to perform well, surely they will go to those big exchanges to list their coins. But if the project is not looking for big exchanges, decentralized exchanges are the way to go for them.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook coin is not a threat for Bitcoin on: June 22, 2019, 03:45:03 PM
I also don't think that facebook coin is not yet going to be a threat to bitcoin. There is no other coin that can make a profit as fast as bitcoin since no coin can fluctuate like that. Even though Facebook aims that it will be used in a wider base, bitcoin still beats it in that aspect.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Says Bear Market is BAD? on: June 21, 2019, 01:04:03 PM
Without a bear market, I wouldn't be able to invest more on the top coins and I won't be able to multiply my money when the green market comes. People who see the bear market as something bad are people who are not interested in cryptocurrency or people that don't invest yet.
184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Malaysia approves crypto exchange registration on: June 21, 2019, 01:01:46 PM
I think the US is just being careful about the illegal things you can do with bitcoin and Malaysia might be also aware of it but they want to regulate things regarding it. But I think this is still good news to the community that a state is approving this kind of things that are related to cryptocurrency.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Libra coin over Bitcoin is that possible? on: June 20, 2019, 03:36:06 PM
I don't think that any coin can take over bitcoin. Probably as of now. And if there is any coin that could take over, I think it will be Ethereum but not something new as Libra. Because even now, there are no signs that any coin could take over bitcoin. However, I'm still looking forward to its performance.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Basic education for any Citizen on: June 20, 2019, 03:08:10 PM
I think it would depend on the career that the citizen will take. Blockchain is science. Blockchain is considered to be one of the top technology nowadays and it is #2 in most of the list. Probably normal citizens need a basic education or orientation on what blockchain is but it doesn't need to be a deep understanding. But if we are talking about science students, I think it will be useful for them.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Surpassed $9k, would it be possible to overtake $10k or higher? on: June 19, 2019, 08:45:35 AM
I think it is possible. But I am expecting more from that. It is fine since the year hasn't ended yet and it is too far yet. I'm hoping that the altcoins will follow up to bitcoin as well in the next few months because it is not volatile enough just like what happened in 2017.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No more time to waste on: June 19, 2019, 08:39:17 AM
I've been in this forum for so long and I have joined a lot of bounties but I haven't experienced a bounty where the coin is already listed. Yes, there is a lot of time where the coin just ended up bad and there is a bounty where I didn't even get paid. But I think I am also lucky enough that I got a good pay in some of the bounties I have joined even though the coin is not listed. I guess my own research worked for me.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Africa needs bitcoin, not a charity on: June 19, 2019, 08:29:12 AM
Sure bitcoin helps a lot of people. But I don't think it will solve the problem in Africa. Because money is not the only problem in Africa since most of them do not even have access to food and the internet. They still live in a world that is not advanced enough for them to have Bitcoin.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still investing in ICOs? Let me know! on: June 16, 2019, 02:18:18 PM
I think we should still look forward to these ICOs. I believe that there still a lot of good and profitable ICOs out there that are really worth investing. But always remember that we should do enough research so we can know whether it is a fraud or not. And also, there are legit ICOs who just run away if their coin fails to succeed which really sucks.
191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The only safe haven currency is Bitcoin on: June 16, 2019, 02:16:27 PM
Countries have different views and opinions on bitcoin. A lot of government agencies does not consider it good because they don't own any beneficiaries from it and they can't tax it so they wanted to stop it. Here in my currency, they still view bitcoin as something good that is why a lot of people use it, unlike China and Russia.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Please Rate my new portfolio on: June 15, 2019, 01:03:26 PM
It is a good thing that your coins are divided well but the problem is you're not focusing too much on good coins. I mean, there are better coins than these coins. I think coins like BTC, ETH, Litecoin, and XRP should be here. And the rest can just go around the top 50 coins. I would rate it 7/10 though.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you dreaming to launch your own coin? on: June 15, 2019, 12:54:32 PM
Launching your own coin is a pretty good business idea. But I'm not really looking forward to it because there is a lot of things to consider and the stress level of developing your own coin is high. There are times that you have to spend a lot in order to improve your marketing and get your coin popular.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My eth is hacked ........ on: June 14, 2019, 12:25:53 PM
It's really sad because the chances of getting your funds back are really low and near that, you can't really have it back again. I suggest you buy another computer where the only thing you can do there is cryptocurrency related stuff. It would be safer and I would also suggest you download MetaMask because it helps a lot with countering these phishing sites.
195  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to block US customers on: June 14, 2019, 12:23:48 PM
I think Binance just want to be careful since the regulations of the U.S are becoming more strict. But that doesn't really mean that Americans can not trade at all. Because there are still good exchanges out there that are secure and still do fast transactions. But I hope they don't continue with this because everyone's having a good experience with Binance.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are stable coins the solution for price volitility? on: June 14, 2019, 12:21:36 PM
To be honest, I really don't get your point. Do you want to make the market to be stable or dominate by stable coins? Because if that is the case, then a lot of investors will stop investing because there is no point already. Unless they are going to have something from those coins that are worth profiting. Volatility enables us to buy at low and sell at high.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano price prediction for next bull run? on: June 13, 2019, 03:54:28 PM
I am not going to deny but I think Cardano just like any other good coins cannot follow up to Bitcoin's improvement as of now. Maybe the downfall of the prices was too much for these altcoins and cannot recover yet. But I think they will still improve in the next bull run and will follow up to bitcoin.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end of Newbie? on: June 13, 2019, 03:32:34 PM
I think asking for advice helps a lot. Researching about a project while you're still new is really hard and the same thing goes for me when I was new here. Wapinter is known for managing bounty campaigns and I haven't been scammed in one of his bounties. This should help you to be safe when it comes to bounties while you're still learning how to research properly. There are also tips on the internet on how can you detect a scam bounty.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About New Altcoin's on: June 12, 2019, 08:44:28 AM
I think there are still a lot of new altcoins that are legit and profitable. You just have to be aware that there are these altcoins that are bad and you cannot just trust. There are still a lot of good coins in the top 50 and if you want to make sure that you are going to have some profit in the future, buy cheap coins like PAX and do a long-term hold.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is NEO so silent! on: June 12, 2019, 08:37:57 AM
There are actually goods news about NEO and I just don't know where you are looking at. NEO has been silent just like other top coins in the market. They will pop off as well in the next few months or in the next few bull runs (this is just a speculation). Altcoins are not following up that much to bitcoin even though bitcoin is green in the last few increases of bitcoin.
