181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] PAYPIE – World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform on: September 29, 2017, 09:18:16 PM
Hi Dev,

What special about your project PAYPIE – World’s First Blockchain Accounting Platform Comparing what is currently in the space?
who will be your competitors?
Good luck on the ICO

Good question, especially since I think Bloom was the first in the space  https://hellobloom.io/
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Breaking news} Korean Government will ban all kinds of ICO. on: September 29, 2017, 05:33:16 AM
Its not fake news, but i dont think it will be banned for ever. They just want to regulate it i assume. Alot of scams going on, they just want to be able to control it.

Exactly, no country will ban altogether, it would put their country at an extreme disadvantage. They are trying to control the rise of crypto worldwide becuase if it happens too fast, governments may collapse
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which alt coin should i buy today on: September 28, 2017, 04:50:26 AM
It's ultimately your money so you need to research which coins interest you and the one's that you feel have potential. Other people can recommend some but you have to pull the trigger.

Some that I think have some long term potential:

Populous
Waves
BAT
OMG
EOS

Very good selection, my top 3 would also include OMG, EOS, and Populous
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is XRP About to Go Mainstream? on: September 28, 2017, 04:47:59 AM

https://xrphodor.wordpress.com/2017/09/21/is-xrp-about-to-go-mainstream/

I think XRP is about to hit some mainstream adoption numbers.

I talk about what this might look like in terms of volume, as well as the reasons driving this change.

Hope you enjoy, and feel free to leave any feedback here!

No, just no.... XRP is the bankers coin. If u follow world events, then u know the banks are going away. People will be their own banks staking coins in their own wallets, getting loans from cryptos like SALT, paying using TenX or Centra or atomic swaps. The banks are dead, and may they rest in piss.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Electroneum a SCAM??? on: September 28, 2017, 04:33:45 AM
The easiest way to learn about Electroneum is to start your research with this video!

Here is another video with a 30 MINUTE DETAILED INTERVIEW WITH THE DEV CEO RICHARD ELLS
This explains how the mobile mining works WITHOUT USING THE CELL PHONES RESOURCES TO POWER THE BLOCKCHAIN AND MINE REAL CRYPTO COINS!!!

Yeah, Crypto Rich my favorite crypto channel.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: September 27, 2017, 07:24:37 PM
SALT, because I can't wait for their product to come out later this year so I can get a crypto backed loan. The first token I will actually use... feels great!!!
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: valuable altcoins on: September 27, 2017, 05:23:39 AM
Invest in solid projects with hard working teams like Stratis and Waves.  They are both very cheap at the moment and are future Coinmarketcap Top 10 tokens.  I would split up the 20k evenly on both projects.  Good luck on your investment.
I would add Bancor and EOS, as for me they have very good potential.

EOS at these levels is a screaming buy. Larimer's prior projects (Bitshares/Steemit) have more blockchain transactions than all the rest combined. Just picked some more up tonight
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why so few ICOs from Silicon Valley? on: September 27, 2017, 04:44:51 AM
VC's also want a good chunk of your business for some upfront cash. An ICO gives you much more control and you get to keep your percentage in it.

You are not investors.
You are purchasing a currency.
You are not "investing" in "startups".
Nor should you be.. the point of this is to avoid the corporations.
Not buy a coin from them  Roll Eyes

Morphing Bitcointalk/Crypto into a Bitcoin Rip-Off / Kickstarter scam site for centralized exchange profits is utterly retarded.. and scammy as hell.

You have no right calling yourselves investors or even talking on this matter.
Unless you want to bring up the fact that an IPO is regulated and this scammy shit is not.
Martha Stewart went to fucking jail for insider trading for fuck sakes idiots.
Penny stocks my god damn ass.
You are deliberately pursuing a new scam technique.
Instead of Water Filter scams from the 80's it's crypto coins now.

All crypto is..
Is a new age version of old scams.. crypto-ponzi / pyramid scheme "tokens"

You call yourselves investors yet write endless blank checks with no assurance you will get anything back from "the startup" ?
Do you ask for accountability ? DO you check up on them and hold their feet to the fire when you hand them millions ?
Fuck no.. you buy your "tokens" then dump them on an exchange then forget about it.
Where is the board of investors asking questions ?
Oh Spoetnik means FUD ? Yeah that is bad in crypto isn't it ?

You are scammy broken English noob brats pushing illegal scammy bullshit.
I don't like you and hope you all get ripped off.
Thanks for taking over and fucking up crypto forever.
And that goes for all the Legendary accounts who are STILL Here joining in with the scammy parade for BITCOIN PROFITS.
I know you fuckheads are here watching me..
Your type is even worse.. you know better. (unlike the noobs)

Let me guess, you are a virgin?.....AHHAHAHAHAA
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why so few ICOs from Silicon Valley? on: September 27, 2017, 04:31:27 AM
Why do you think so few ICOs are out of Silicon Valley??

Silicon Valley obviously led the last wave of tech development (roughly 1990 - 2010). There's a great deal of entrepreneurship there. There's one of the highest concentration of code developers there, if not the highest concentration in the world. There's venture cap, there's incubators, there's just about everything you should need to be leading the next wave.

And yet... so many of the ICOs are not from the San Fran bay area! In fact, most of the really big, promising ones are not even remotely related to California and often not even the USA. Why do you guys think that is??

Very good observation!!! I work for a Fortune 50 S/W comp in Silicon Valley, and haven't heard a peep about Dapps or blockchain technologies. I think it threatens a lot of these companies

192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum block chain approaching 300 GB on: September 22, 2017, 04:53:53 AM
Buy EOS
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How hard is it to make money of altcoins? on: September 22, 2017, 04:47:06 AM
If you want to gamble go for a casino.

Altcoin investing is for long term

This is the correct answer
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do I have to claim my EOS tokens? on: September 21, 2017, 02:47:58 AM

Nope, MyEtherWallet is great to store your tokens. EOS is a great buy at these levels, will challenge Ethereum no doubt
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Electroneum a SCAM??? on: September 20, 2017, 05:19:08 AM
I don't think its a scam but didn't see anything special enough to peak my interest... but to each his own

Whomever said 100 by X-mas is crazy
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: many ICO altcoin , What can be trusted? on: September 20, 2017, 04:43:09 AM
Swarm.Fund ico is looking very promising

super solid dev team based in silicon valley

very practical use cases

mainstream media coverage:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/giovannirodriguez/2017/08/16/can-swarm-fund-help-the-cryptocurrency-market-finally-enter-the-mainstream/#3c562d2f2e77

i expect this project to be highly successful, will be keeping a close eye on it for sure

ico is just starting:
https://swarm.fund/

Is this the same as Swarm City? If not, very confusing and possible copyright infringement
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Coin / Token you have the most ? on: September 17, 2017, 03:41:55 AM
About the same number of:

Populous (PPT)
TenX (PAY)
OmiseGo (OMG)
Salt Lending (SALT)
Veritseum (VERI)

I favor coins that disrupt the banking industry and offer passive income.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What would you do with 10 eth on: September 16, 2017, 05:46:09 AM
At the moment I would put it all into Populous because its a steal at the current price
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Most Cryptocurrencies Doomed to Collapse — because they’re “ICO-issued”? on: September 16, 2017, 05:28:35 AM

Many people do not see the big picture, because we have lived our whole lives under the current economic system, where the US dollar is the reserve currency. That system is coming to an end, I could point to many events which prove my case. People NEED to get into the burgeoning crypto and ICO space because it is literally going to save humanity, and WILL NOT BE STOPPED, no matter what China does. This movement is THAT big of a deal, it will fundamentally change the world.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: many ICO altcoin , What can be trusted? on: September 16, 2017, 04:51:48 AM

Spread you money evenly among the following, and it is my opinion you will be well positioned for the upcoming global financial crash/monetary reset:

Non-crypto:
-Physical Silver (ag) that you hold, not an ETF on some stock exchange

Crypto Coin:
-Bitcoin
-Litecoin

Crypto Asset:
-SALT
-Populous
-TenX
-OMG
-Veritaseum
