181  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: April 06, 2021, 05:03:34 AM
Some of you guys must have watched high stake slot players in their pajamas rolling thousands of dollars in single spin, buying hundred of thousands worth of bonus spins. If you notice closely yo will found the same pattern all over again and again. They start with loosing most of their bank roll (almost 80-90%), and then going all in at last and guess what, bingo!!! they hit hundreds of thousands of dollars.
i saw a video in a gambling group that looks like that except about the pajama part but i havent thought that he was related to the casino but maybe he was just sharing his experience  . maybe thats how you trigger a big win ? you need to feed the site first and then the win will come out later on  .

Very few of them write in their stream discerption about rolling with fake money (or money of which they can only cash out like 1%). Almost all of them scream loudly and show us that they are winning it in real, some are very good at faking it, which attracts lots of new gamblers (with false expectations) and they end up loosing it all which ultimately leads to social disharmony.
The argument they provide is as follow, ''we are entertainers/performers''. This need to be stopped. I am creating this thread to discuss such issues and to warn other new comers about the potential loss. If you have found such streamers please post here so that it can be helpful for new players to make realistic decisions.
if your an advertiser you need to act well so that you can attract costumers but putting a disclaimer that all are seen is just an advert is always appreciated .
182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The self exclusion scheme, anyone have any experience regarding that ? on: April 06, 2021, 02:58:22 AM
This is pretty cool.

I've google it and found out that they are on Britain, mainly. I think it would be good if they aim to go worldwide so that many gamblers could use their service. But of course, their service will only works if the client would not cheat and is really dedicated on quitting his gambling addiction.

If I understand their service correctly, you have to register on their platform, give all the details you've used in any gambling platforms such as your email, mobile number, name, etc. and you'll choose how long you would like to be block in gambling and you can't undo it unless your blocking time is up.

The thing that the client could do about this if they get bored and can't handle it anymore is to make another email or use their family mobile number to make a new online gambling account. So it's pretty much useless to use GamStop if you're not serious about quitting.

they should put an option to list more gadgets so that you can list the gadgets owned by your families and other people . in that way you wont have an escape but like you , my concern is their limited support .

edit; i found a program better than gamstop and says they have a worldwide support  .

Gambling Blocking software, such as Gamban, can be downloaded onto all of your devices, for the purpose of blocking access to 1000s of gambling websites and apps, worldwide.

184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I tried to tell him just HODL bitcoin, don't make this hard. on: April 02, 2021, 08:21:30 AM
and you think hodling is easy as it says no it wasnt . it was clear that he isnt listening at you but what he acted was fine because facebook had lots of scammers but if he knew you personally , chances is he will follow your advices . what i only dislike to the guy is if he really sold all his btc for eos because is already in profit that time and he can secure some for himself but atleast he get back again in btc

EOS price has barely grown 100% in 6 months which is terrible for a shitcoin).
but is there a non terrible shitcoin ?
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If You Buy btc Today and cash out one year on: April 02, 2021, 03:58:38 AM

Well again its a way for others to buy cheaper.
And Bitcoin cant fail its future project.
indeed btc is the future and its not possible for btc to be banned on all country but what if your one of the banned countries , will your btc still be usable ? you can switch places or hope for future unban so you can continue hodling and buying at the dip .

Selling our holdings is the last options that we could take in the pressures of every situation. If we allow those deceptive tactics of bigger investors, then they'll really wanted to paid off on banning speculations so they could purchase btc again at cheaper value. Don't let those potential losses to commence, keep an eye and prevent any sort of FUD to influence us in times of difficulties.
sell if that makes you feel relief but some can handle pressure and continue to hodl when they know that they are heading in the right direction
186  Economy / Speculation / Re: The power of Bitcoin HODLing on: April 01, 2021, 10:26:27 AM
the power is not in the hodl but its from the person hodling the coin and this power can be strong or work depending on that hodler . 1st tweet is awesome but it was hard to do because of the amount of time he spend hodling while not tempted on every growth in the price , the second tweet not really due to how high his starting capital  and still waited for 5 years only to earn over 200k profit third tweet is not really accurate because hodling isnt easy .
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If You Buy btc Today and cash out one year on: April 01, 2021, 08:26:31 AM
thats okay if it fuds but bans are serious . whenever there is a country that bans btc the price of btc will fall and what if the ban happen not only on 1 country  . more looses for you before you reacted because you never open the news once in a while . monitoring the market is important and it wont mean that you will be tempted to sell because thats a different case anymore .
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etheruem having a bite on crypto dominance on: April 01, 2021, 07:21:26 AM
Etheruem since the bitcoin bull has been running alongside, growing in price, value, volume trade and dominance.
price and value are the same but you can just say dominance to cut it short because dominance covers that all .

This is good for the second crypto giant. It has been the eyes of altcoins.
Do you see etheruem climbing faster in dominance anytime soon?.
It is currently at 10.91%
good for big eth owners including its founders but for the smaller ones it wasnt that good . eth is still dominating inspite of that
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The fine line between market investment and sports gambling on: April 01, 2021, 06:34:10 AM
Thats complicated...many peoples think that investment and gambling are the same and i think the idea is not totally right...in the wining situation for example when you make a bet at 2 ods your asset will be doubled once the bet get settled but  investment can have some other situations...
use the game crash as an example for both because your profits can go higher but its up to you what rate will you cash out before the game crashes .

in the losing case bettors will dont have any chance to recover their money but investors maybe will recover and make huge profits by holding their investment
if your betting with martingale , you think your gonna loose because of many reds but theres a posibility that you can hit your target in few rolls. thats what makes them think that gambling and investing are the same
190  Economy / Economics / Re: donating 50% of the vaccines purchased to the government. on: April 01, 2021, 05:32:08 AM
maybe the government seek help for private companies because of how expensive the vaccine sold in this country but thats not fair on why the vaccine pricing are not equal ? what they think to your country , rich ? but 400 million seems large enough to accumulate the 10k cases of covid and they must start the vaccination now for christ sake because the more they wait the more the cases will grow and the funds are going to short .
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if btc is in a bear market, can some alts still moon ? on: April 01, 2021, 04:01:57 AM
I know i can do a quick research but give example of when btc was in bear market, the 2018 beginning of year, and some alts still moon ?
any example

if you only did a reserarch you wont be asking for samples anymore but im in a good mood so i did some research for you . theres many threads related to your topic but i only pick the date 2018 where btc dump .

thread 1 but has a less reply : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4361062.0

thread 2 , the one with more replies : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4436807.0

most replies says that alts do follow btc
192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Risks of instituations holding bitcoin on: April 01, 2021, 02:56:50 AM
some of them can sell anytime
It has to go up more before the institutions would sell, it barely step up to break ATH yet while they are coming into crypto. they are still consolidating phase, the more BTC they hold the higher the risk will be when one day they'd start dumping. there are a lot of influencers though stating that due to the adoption right now, it may not really be a big dump if there will be a bear market. a SUPER cycle of BTC bullrun is coming so they say.
I hope that the institutions will not sell Bitcoin in the near future or I hope that institution
will not sell Bitcoin at the same time with other institutions. In order to prevent massive dumps and create panic for other institutions.
like i said on my previous post some institutions can sell anytime but this are the old institutions that already reach thier target but there are new institutions too so they wont sell all together therfore this dont cause heavy dips .
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: [List]Official website and download link of some popular crypto wallet (Android) on: March 31, 2021, 08:22:16 AM
how did mew wallet got into this list
Do you have any reason to believe that it shouldn't be on the list?
maybe he isnt aware that mew had an app already and he is still using the old style of login via web .

Wallets and accounts on exchanges, marketplaces are different.
Wallet application and exchange application are different.

A good wallet application gives you a non-custodial wallet that don't require any account registration.

Caldaver should consider to classify the list into different groups: wallet application and exchange application. In this thread, he does not consider custodial or non-custodial characteristic of a wallet, so let's skip this information.
i think his main goal is to provide direct links to avoid the fake apps in the store and not to differentiate the kinds of wallet . he will list it as long as there is a wallet in its name and being a costudial or not , does not tell that the wallet is good but it will also based on different criteria  . sorry but i still find this information of him verry useful
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can someone explain how next roll prediction works please? on: March 31, 2021, 05:27:03 AM
its called bitcoin casino if the casino only accept btc but its called a crypto a casino if more than one crypto are supported . there is no way a casino or anyone else know what will be the next outcome of the game but it has something to do with the odds you choose , high odds less likely your going to hit your target and less odds the more its predictable . bitcoin is just a currency used but not connected in the fairness of the game
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who where how much withdrew from no deposit on: March 31, 2021, 02:33:21 AM
To be honest, I have never come across a gambling platform that gives bonuses and can be withdrawn without making a deposit first. Maybe I am
not the lucky person because I have never found gambling platforms giving a bonus without making a deposit. And also I never heard the name of
the gambling site that you mentioned in the opening post, unfortunately you don't attach proof that you did get a bonus and can make withdrawals
without the need to make a deposit first. If there is evidence, maybe many members here will believe your story.
he played on the sites b.c game and bitsarcade . i check the b.c game and you need a deposit before you get a bonus but for bitsarcade they have different kinds of bonuses and some of this dont requires deposit or waggers . dont worry because if theres a site that gives bonus without strict requirements i think that bonus will be small enough for you to do anything so i would still prefer to deposit to expect to win something .
196  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unikrn.com on: March 30, 2021, 07:16:44 AM
I never heard of this gambling site here, I guess the main reason is they don't accept cryptocurrency and they don't have a marketing promotion that they lead into this forum, and since we are crypto users we only give attention to the gambling site that accepts crypto, not on the gambling site that purely based on the fiat.

Why not try to ask them to accept cryptocurrency and have a promotion here, I guess even though they required KYC verification there are still people who use cryptocurrency. What do you think?
haunebu said that the site accepts crypto and fiat so they always welcome in this forum . one of its founder is mark cuban and is a bitcoin investor but your suggestion is correct , we can ask them to have a thread in bitcointalk because this can boost thier sales and also to help gamblers discover new betting sites . kyc is not a problem to some gamblers and kyc can be found also on crypto gambling
197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What age bracket is perfect for gambling on: March 30, 2021, 04:29:10 AM
its reserved for adults on countries where the age restriction is high but there are countries with a low age restriction but i believe this countries is excelent like on how people lived , they are well disciplined  . so thats it the perfect age for gambling will depend per country

I will still love to know if there could be a strategy in which we can use in helping the younger generations to avoid gambling until they are mature in all aspect so as to curb excessive mismanagement of funds appropriated for very important purpose
this concern will only cover to those country with high age restriction but if your concern is mainly because of financial , why not teach your child to be smart financialy . no need to wait till they mature in all aspect because that will take too long .
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth gas fees and investing on: March 30, 2021, 02:58:37 AM
no you dont need to be a technologist or a programmer to be good at this things but you are already on the right position . as a crypto trader/investor you are studying anything in crypto including thier fees  . since your here i assume you already knew that eth fees are high but thats it , there is no real benefits of digging deeper  . its only common sense if what will happen when a coin has a fee , obviously more people will avoid it . eth fee or eth price itself could sink if the problem persist
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here using thunderpick.com? on: March 29, 2021, 06:19:03 AM
The site looks good but I'm afraid I will not try them as they don't haven an active ANN thread in the forum, it would be easier to check their reputation if they have an ANN thread, so hopefully someday they will start if they want to gain a community here.
they have an ann thread ( check users reply above ) but it wasnt active anymore although they have a twitter account and it was still active , its last post are from march 27 2021  . their last threads discussions were about currencies and not the sites reputation but like what lorence said you can try it your self  .

i have just checked on the net and find out that this site is included to the option

Stake, SportsBet, Cloudbet, BetOnline, 1xBit, Betflip, and Thunderpick.

so meaning this is one of the good site.
what keywords did you search ? sportsbetting site ? its normal that google will suggest sportsbetting site and as you see 1xbit is also included in the list but its not a good site
200  Economy / Gambling / Re: Web DiceBot - Automate betting with programmer mode directly on dice sites on: March 29, 2021, 04:45:07 AM
Can't wait for the mobile version. But I still need more clarity does it mean mobile browsers can't access the the game. Can't the code be broken so as to accomodate mobile device players

likewise , im excited to see this running on mobile because the original dicebot dont support mobile but why will they need to break a code ? they already said that they will support mobile version soon  and if you read on their description they mentioned browsers so your mobile browsers can access the game .

I've never used DiceBot, but it's also good for playing on Freebitco.in? My favorite places to play are Stake.com, freebitco.in on DICE.
. How is Dicebot different from other DICE bots or scripts?
i dont think it was dice in freebitco but i dont like the autobet setting in them and it would be simplified if theres a bot that can support it . this dicebot main difference is it will soon support mobile but it was not free
