as far as I can see, you have memory problems
it may either be lack of system memory (I have 8GB) or put this in your .bat file:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

it gives me 410+KH/s!!!

EDIT: my driver crashes either if I'll move TC to 14336 or 10240 OR make -w 64 OR make -w 256 OR make -I 13 :-D or (surprisingly) -g 1
but I suggest you to play with values a little bit more. cos if my 7970 can push 400+KH/s, yours will make *AT LEAST* 350+ ;-)

since it just a little bit more deterministic :-)
But we all will have less problem porting it to other languages (such as python for p2pool)

Tell you what: LTC dropped in price a little bit and folks want to pump it.
