Bitcoin was surprised me when the price going up from $600 to $20k in less than 1 years. In that times i was miss big profit because sell too early. And i believe Bitcoin will give surprise again because the price still possible to going up to $50k even $100k in next year, because with limited supply and low market cap is easy for Bitcoin to go to that price.

In reality alot of price action of crypto based on pump dump, and to avoid loss by chooce coin that have high trading volume because usually crypto that has high trading volume the duration will longer when pump and dump, dont join any pump dump group that pump the coin by a few minute and then dump so fast.

Most people have the same reason why they buy crypto, that is to earn profit and to change financial to be better , although i dont not understanding how blockchain technology work but crypto and this technology has potential to change amillion financial's people in the world. Iam stressfull because iam to much loss, but when i earned alot of profit i became over trading and then finally my profit become loss. If you use different exchange, you should be use exchange that has feature stop limit because by make many open potition will be difficult to handle it and you should be use stop loss and trailling stop that will help to minimize the risk and possible to maximum the profit. We can not monitor the crypto market in 24/7 so that why we should be use stop loss to cut the loss immediately when the price crash.

I think not only trading activity will be unhealthy but others kind of job also will become unhealthy if we do that by overtimes. As we know many others different job required to stay in the front of laptop everyday, so to make trading become health activity we should be do that not more than 10 hours aday and we should be do it 6 days a week and 1 day for relaxing and holidays times.
