I guess that there are many people who report from altcoin ann section, and that's why I never hunt for those shit posts from it anymore.

Bounty section for now will be good for a higher percentage of accuracy. A huge amount of my good reports came from it(still feel guilty for reporting them, though I never asked mprep and Welsh if they were really banned). If the topic starter didn't ask participants to post their social media links and you still see people posting them, you can report them for breaking the rule of mprep:

If only the max merits we can send was set to 2 and 20 per month for each user, we won't be seeing this fast downtrend of merit circulation. Maybe theymos should review those merit source applicants, but I'm not yet sure if trust is the issue or he might have a better plan.

Few more months and these merit sources are becoming more like __________ for bounty hunters. There must be a balance, and the forum must also benefit from these bounty hunters.

Still waiting for the data I asked to someone(my subconscious is telling me that I shouldn't have) and I hope that he would accept merit as a sign of gratitude, if ever it comes out.

I am completely aware of this "not so new" rank up system. As a bounty hunter, I admit that it will hard for me to reach higher rank easily. But it won't stop me from posting.

There was an incident of gang rape recently in my hometown, it went viral because there's a video. A 15/16 year old girl raped by four teenage boys, one is already 18, and mostly of the younger generations blamed her for being raped.

My nephew showed me the video of the alleged gang rape scandal, the video was short, and you can't even clearly see the girl's face. The girl wasn't crying on the video, she just consistently cursed and told them to stop, and she looks out of breath. The video went viral, and there was a debate about it between my nephews and nieces. It was the girl's fault, they said, but only one didn't agree. And majority of netizens in my country blamed her too.

Their own basis why they blamed her;

-She shouldn't have accepted the invitation of random people when she was asked to drink with them.
-She wasn't crying on the video, and she never resisted.
-She reported it late and only after the video went viral.

My own basis for not blaming her;

-Although the girl was conscious, she was drunk and out of breath, and she couldn't even move a single muscle.
-She verbally resisted.
-Those boys are much stronger.

My mind went blank when I heard their opinions about it, I just told myself; f*ck these kids for not showing any sympathy.

The majority of younger generation, and netizens in my country already concluded that it was the girl's fault. This kind of thinking will never stop until we educate them. If this will go on, sooner or later, the word sympathy will just be a word.

It's also an issue here in my country, rape was all over the news. There was no week that will pass by without seeing any news about rape. It's becoming the new normal, and we, sometimes are blaming women for giving men the sexual urge.

TBH, I never cared about the word "black" from the start. What I find intriguing is the word "Arusha Declaration" from the homepage of their website. They can call it "black" because of "Arusha Declaration" which was announced by a black president anyway, and many of black people have forgotten about it. They might be pushing something using the blockchain technology, and I hope their agenda is not about any type of currencies or monetary system.
