With the retirement age being raised to 64, some people who have worked and paid into the system for many years may not live long enough to get benefits. Thus, extending work hours shouldn't be required; instead, people should do it if they feel well enough to do so. Recreational pursuits, travel, time with the grandchildren are all intended to be part of retirement. They cannot appreciate life if they are broken down and in anguish.
I also think that it would be much better for someone who has turned 60. to have the option of whether to take retirement or choose to continue working for an additional few years as agreed. So that people who have the desire to retire at the age of 60 will not feel disappointed if there are options they can choose. and those wishing to remain employed will also not be disappointed as there are options for extensions of employment. and I heard there is a system like this in my country. what is referred to as young retirement or early retirement, namely retirement before entering retirement age. but they still have pension benefits. it's just not as big as when they retire at the retirement age limit. I have personally thought about this topic in the past. And to be honest, I am not sure on where I exactly stand.
I believe that indeed people who do manual labor should be appreciated and respected by their bosses and provide a good salary for them to develop their life as human beings, in a decent way.
On the other hand, those how go to college and learn a second language are more paid for the same bosses of those manual workers, and there comes the collision of ideas.
If the government and the private sector started to pay the same to all of the type of employees or increased the salary of those who do manual labor, then those who are white collar and educated workers would be discouraged to work, even students may feel discouraged to go to college and instead get right into do manual works, because they would get enough money, in their opinion.
Even though, I think Ai and the use of robots to replace much of the labor force is an idea which is gaining force with each year that passes, societies on the planet should get and enforce a set of rules so millions of people won't get unemployed at the same time and rates of crime start to rise out of control in developed countries.
Most people want to have a good job, an adequate salary, or pay an employee properly. The problem is that there are other employers who do not follow the correct procedure for paying wages to their employees. There are also other employers who look down on employees. Which is not correct, but there are also other employers who know how to appreciate their employees. Dahil sa current issue sa binance at iba pang exchange, naghahanap hanap ako ng wallet na pwede kong iconsider as alternative sa Binance para sa easiest way ng pagwithdraw to fiat. And napag desisyunan ko icheck ang coinsph, sabi ko nga nung nakaraan ay restricted ang account ko kahit na complete documents ang submitted ko sa kanila. And to my surprise, pagkacheck ko ngayon ay wala na ang restriction ng account ko ng wala akong ginagawa. Baka sakaling sainyo din at sana makatulong.

My uncle who happens to be a contractor has been winning several contracts, but when the money comes all his plan becomes void simply because he I'll end up going to parties, drinking, womanizing and living a luxirious lifestyle. I think it's very obvious what will be the advise for your uncle, stop going to parties and then don't live that luxurious lifestyle because he doesn't. He is a contractor, not a business man, so he just live by paycheck to paycheck from his clients. But what if the clients dried up? He doesn't have saving in bank for sure. So once he stop that partying, then the next thing is to go bank and save those money. Now, if he wanted to make more money out of the money he got from being a contractor, then he needs to invest his money. So as a rule, invest what you can afford. And since you are in this community, maybe the best investment is Bitcoin. You can guide him how to be investor, for sure you should have known the how's on how to become a investor in bitcoin (wallets, safety and others). That's right, it's like his uncle is also happy-go-lucky, is that the type who immediately goes to bars, restaurants, gigs, etc. when he has money?
