Funds of pre-ICO will be used to organize ICO. Funds of ICO will be used for product development. It means that funds collected during ICO will have to be exchanged to fiat. It means dealing with banks. It means, we will have to prove the origin of our funds. And THAT means we will need the KYC procedure to prove that we are not some kind of money laundering scheme.
