https://github.com/bitcoin-atom/bitcoin-atom/releases

IMPORTANT! Please update your Atom node to the latest version ASAP, as Proof-of-Stake block generation is already activated on the mainnet.

Our exchange and wallet partners are due to complete BCA integration in the very near future. Please watch Bitcoin Atom social media and bitcoinatom.io for updates on individual partners.

GUI Atom wallets are on their way.

When will staking become available? I have mined decent amount of BCA and would like to put that in work Smiley Also please let us know when is ETA for GUI wallets, will make wider adoption faster.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: February 14, 2018, 12:15:54 PM
I live with no regrets haha. Not really, don't need to focus on what could be, try to see what you can do instead. There are still so many opportunities related to crypto space that you shouldn't linger
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: February 14, 2018, 12:14:32 PM
Sad for all airdropped projects out there, but some evidence is found, that Hawala.Today (HAT) was a well planned SCAM!

Share and save others!
wow ... really Huh i thought they were planning on swap for their token
and also they already listed on kucoin ... we know that is not cheap to listed in there .
btw i sold them already  Grin Grin Grin Grin ...

Does it need to necessary mean it's scam? If they airdropped less coins than anticipated it still can possibly be explained or fixed if it was bug. I wouldn't be calling them names just because of it, although it could be the case of course
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you help a rookie? What do you think about DATx? on: February 14, 2018, 12:12:00 PM
Hey Guys!  Smiley

I live in Asia and I keep hearing news from Shi Yi and his projects. I read about Odyssey and O'Coin and I decided to investigate a bit. I read that he is supporting also a project called DATx and I took the chance to participate to the bounty programme. What do you think about it?https://www.datx.co

Doesn't look too bad. They have team online with certain experience as per the claims however they didn't provide links directly to the linkedin which makes the verification slightly more difficult. there are already many similar projects to bring blockchain to advertising space, I recommend you to study all of them before you decide to go for any particular one
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will the winners look like in the next 5 years? on: February 12, 2018, 09:28:19 PM
It's between speed vs. decentralization. Which coin will be adopted by most? Many say it's in the top 20 already we have still decided what we're going to use as THE PROTOCOL coin. Educated opinions welcomed.

It's quite possible that winners in 5 years weren't even born yet. But if I had to choose from existing players, then ltc, eth, neo, nano and envion would be my bets.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best ICO's for this month! on: February 12, 2018, 09:26:08 PM
Hi all,

I've put together a list of 5 ICO's that I believe are the best ones in February 2018. If you think there's one there that doesn't belong there, or there is an ICO missing that should be in the top 5? Let me know!

1. Arcblock, ArcBlock is the world’s first blockchain 3.0 ecosystem in which it’s a platform and an ecosystem for building and deploying decentralized blockchain applications. What makes it superior than other platforms is that it comes with an ecosystem which provides all the necessary foundational components for connecting to blockchain networks seamlessly. By re-using the components, existing systems and applications can connect to the blockchain technology easily and quickly. ArcBlock will definitely reduce the complexity and remove the barrier for many existing businesses to run their applications on blockchain network.

Why I like this project: Platform with huge potential, detailed roadmap, solid team, big partnerships, the technology is amazing.

2. Bankera, banking for the blockchain era. Bankera ICO is an addition to an already established successful company with Spectrocoin. Spectrocoin is an exchange and wallet service that also supports fiat deposits and withdrawals in several currencies. Bankera has the necessary regulatory and IT arrangements to offer individual international bank account numbers (IBAN) which can accept and make payments in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). They will be launching 3 key services: Payments, Loans & Deposits & Investments.

Each holder of Banker (BNK) tokens will be entitled to a referral commission, paid weekly; this will be constituted of 20% of Bankera and SpectroCoin net transaction revenue. With SpectroCoin already having an average daily revenue of €500,000. To buy Bankera you need a Spectro wallet.

Why I like this project: Platform with huge potential, solid team, ahead of their competition, branched off a working & proven project, weekly commission.

Spectrowallet: https://spectrocoin.com/en/signup.html?referralId=399245368

3. Daneel.io
, Bringing data intelligence into the crypto jungle. Get the most reliable cryptocurrency news, signals, and market emotions analyses. By using their AI based on IBM Watson, be assisted in your daily investment decision making. Data intelligence is big business & the potential for it on the crypto market is definetly there, and more important, not being fulfilled by anyone yet. This unique project will definetly have an impact!

Why I like this project: Partnership with IBM, first AI project that is really going to aid traders, good roadmap with frequent updates, good team, no competition at this point.

4. CoinMetro, A one-of-a-kind, licensed, financial platform that will fuel the future of blockchain innovation with Innovative Investment Platform, ICO Express Platform and debit card. CoinMetro offers a trio of user-friendly components that until now have not appeared together, in one platform: There's an easy-to-use, stand-alone ICO platform, a typical trading platform that most investors are already familiar with, and a full-blown exchange for cryptocurrency trading. One of the primary goals of the FXPIG team that came up with the overall concept was the idea of a “one stop” trading center for crypto-assets that was totally based on user/customer/investor needs. Before CoinMetro, consumers had to use several platforms to trade, cash out, sell, purchase, invest and do basic research. With CoinMetro's “everything under one roof” concept, any investor will be able to perform all those tasks in one place, within a customer-focused trading environment.

Why I like this project: Backed by FXPIG, a fully operational & licensed platform, large focus on user experience, easy to use platform and a familiar design.

5. Debitum Network, borderless small business financing focused on solving the 2 trillion dollar credit gap worldwide for small to medium sized businesses. Debitum Network is designed to unite borrowers and those who help them apply: investors (lenders), risk assessors, document validators, insurers, etc. Companies or individual professionals who work in the alternative finance space can connect-in to the network for free and immediately begin facilitating cross-border deals.

Why I like this project:
Solving a BIG problem, full product launch in 2018 with key services to fulfill their vision, team with an impressive background & proven successes in this sector.

This is my personal Top 5. Don't agree with any of these projects being up here? Do let me know what ICO you think belongs up there then!

Don't forget to join this Telegram Channel for free updates on HIGHLY promising ICO's with 10-100x potential: https://t.me/ICOAnalysisAndNews

Thank you for sharing this, if I had merit to send I would have Smiley First time I hear about debitum and coinmetro, especially the latter looks promising to me with working&licensed platform
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook against bitcoin? on: February 12, 2018, 09:23:32 PM
Because they believe that Facebook prohibits bitcoin and ICos and other cryptocurrency
The new Facebook policy will not allow announcements of known digital currency exchanges or initial offers of currencies.
Is it to avoid fraud or false advertising? That's why?

They're kind of right to do that. As once there is regulation at place, they will surely support ICOs again. They're very strict when it comes to promo of any kind of financial services, asking you for licenses etc. It make perfect sense to me and can help genuine projects
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tactics When Market is Falling on: February 11, 2018, 07:58:26 PM
either hodl or buy more, that's the only reasonable tactics I can think of. but that works only in case you have that much money in crypto you can lose. Don't put yourself under pressure by putting all your money to crypto. If you like that pressure, you can do tho Smiley
189  Economy / Economics / Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin? on: February 11, 2018, 07:56:23 PM
with current transaction fees bitcoin is not there to be spent on regular stuff as it used to be. Now it's either being traded or hoarded only. I'm not fan of huge pressure from bch community, but I see more value of bitcoin cash than btc to be fair
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is TETHER Legitimate or a SCAM? on: February 11, 2018, 07:51:12 PM
why do you think tether is scam? There has been subpoena to them but it doesn't mean they're scam. It's risky from regulation perspective what they claim they're doing as they claim to back the currency with usd, which is always under the surveillance of sec
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or ETH in 2018 on: February 10, 2018, 03:54:03 PM
I don't think there needs to be only of these ruling. All of them have potential to rise a lot. I prefer Eth after what has happened with btc txs fees, but bitcoin will always be there as a flagship of the whole industry. Don't forget about ltc though Smiley
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: PAW COIN - SCRYPT POW POS - SOON MASTERNODE on: February 10, 2018, 03:33:32 PM
is there somewhere to find more info about the actual project? Some website running? Technical side is pretty specified but is this some airdrop or ICO project? What does it have to do with dog rescue? Looking good but please provide more data. Thanks
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚛️ [ANN] Bitcoin Atom - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Atomic Swap Powered ⚛️ on: February 10, 2018, 03:30:05 PM
Can somebody point me to a wallet?

You can find nodes at https://github.com/bitcoin-atom/bitcoin-atom/releases but it's not gui version yet. Coinomi are integrating bitcoin atom wallet with upcoming release as I have been told and electrum wallet is also coming from bca pool partners. In few days we should be good on wallet part
194  Economy / Speculation / Re: it's a right time to buy bitcoin or not??? on: February 09, 2018, 10:08:42 AM
I think it is. Right time to buy was in 2011, but also now will work Smiley Everyone tends to be buying with price reaching its peak and less people are willing to buy when the price dips. That's unreasonable when speaking purely of speculation. Buy when the market is bleeding! That's how you can make good profit Smiley
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: February 09, 2018, 10:05:50 AM
Nobody in his right mind can say he's not afraid or he doesn't need to be necessary afraid only precautious. The thread is real, for this reason it's best to spend few more bucks on hardware wallet, that way the risks are lowered to minimum. Make sure not to underestimate the threat of being hacked.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance is back on: February 09, 2018, 10:03:01 AM
That's good, I wouldn't like to see Binance struggling, it's great exchange. Somehow I still feel better about Kraken and Coinbase, those are my 3 favorites. Been using them for years. Kraken has experienced some struggles lately, always showing errors, but I rather stand that than losing my coins to some new well performing exchange.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Telegram the new measure of ICO success? on: February 08, 2018, 03:03:04 PM
I wouldn't judge solely based on telegram group users. It's one of the many criteria, definitely not the most important one. I'm always trying to get bigger picture on the whole project, including team, white paper, community etc. Then when I have the main criteria ticked, I go in for the investment.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best / safest wallet for storing ETH on: February 08, 2018, 03:00:59 PM
hello, I use ledger and myetherwallet combination and I am really happy with it. But either trezor or ledger would be definitely my recommendations as hardware wallets are safest option of storing cryptocurrencies as far as I'm concerned. Just make sure to do proper offline back up and dig it in the ground Smiley
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚛️ [ANN] Bitcoin Atom - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Atomic Swap Powered ⚛️ on: February 06, 2018, 07:33:17 AM
Does anybody know why the BTC  is decreasing his value?

FUD. Deliberate manipulation by the banksters.  It was over priced and it's just returning it where it should be in growth terms.

Completely right. Someone is going to double his crypto stakes during this recession. Chinese ban is just natural development, nothing else could have been expected. The thing with credit cards seems like a temporary fuss created to manipulate the market and make huge profits. It shows that even decentralized currencies are not really decentralized until news like this can affect the prices so tremendously.
do you think they rise their value?

it will grow a lot
