you don't have to spend 20 minutes, you click 2 buttons, enter your twitter account, then you are done. It takes 10 seconds for the people who are not trying to cheat the system. Once you get the 0.005, and if you deposit anything say 1btc, play a few more rounds, then the withdraw requirement makes no difference to you. Secondly you run the risk of not being paid out for what I mentioned above. It will be published regardless of a payout or not (unless it does not qualify for that listing or is inappropriate). This is a promotion when you click submit you agree to the terms I outlined. Your posts are turning into spamming to make a quick btc and not reviewing whats relevant.

it's impossible* to generate an address already used.
what happened here is that the user had already used the address for a change address sending a transaction, or mining - and when he clicked 'generate' it just assigned that.
I repeat - it's impossible* for this to happen.
