One thing is for sure the delay is not because he is adding more Th's to the datacentre, we are locked at 33Th despite being told that everything was being wired up so it was just a flick of the switch required when the A/C came online. The A/C came online on Friday it is now Tuesday . . .

Starting to get the feeling that all the promise of the last couple of weeks is about to fizzle out, would be really sad to see that after what seemed like such a promising turn around.

Still at 33Th . . . what is the hold up if we now have boards, chips and A/C?
185  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: April 14, 2014, 09:06:08 PM
I claimed mine but now whenever I try to log in it says password is incorrect even though it isn't . . . at least I got to claim I guess.

I hv shares on CT and shares in limbo but would still prefer Havelock. The only plus to CT is volume is so small it's probably not on the SEC radar yet.

Definitive time for Q and A yet?
188  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 12, 2014, 06:48:46 PM
Hey Ken, can you let us know if you have the chips for the new boards you'll be printing out soon?

We have a deal for the chips for our current production run of boards.

Is that for the 200 boards a week production run? Have you received the chips yet?

Ken has already stated that the deal is for enough chips for the 5000 boards.

I heard Cyprus has issued a warrant for neo.bee company's arrest. Why not USA sue and arrest LR who has tricked our many btcs?

If you want to abuse zach then at least use your real account instead of creating a new one might giv your post a modicum of respect then.

@Ken I was under the impression that once the A/C was installed (which you said was done yesterday) it would simply be a case of turning on the already set-up and configured 60Th - yet we are still at 25Th. Was there an issue yesterday with the A/C or were the 60Th of mining equipment not yet set up and if not when do you anticipate us reaching that first target?
191  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 11, 2014, 04:50:55 PM
No, if you react in fear at every single twitch of the exchange rate and difficulty, you'll not make money.... in retrospect you can look at the charts and say, if I'd switched off exactly there, and turned on exactly there, I'd be $$ better off, but yah, I can do that too, take the chart data from 2013 and I'll show you how only an idiot would have failed to make a million bucks from an initial 50 cent investment...

Don't even attempt to predict every future second of time, and micromanage accordingly, you'll never do shit, you'll turn on too late, you'll sell too late, you'll turn off too early, play the general trend.

I think the point was; if it costs more in electricity to mine a bitcoin, we must not mine that bitcoin but rather buy it instead. Mining at a real loss due to the energy required cannot be done. If we had funds to drown into a hole of energy waste we would rather buy bitcoin to get a better return.

However I am not convinced that $100 - $300 bitcoins will be uneconomical to mine. If someone could make an educated guess as to our electricity costs, the efficiency of the miners and the cost of cooling a datacentre we might be able to compile a realistic price point for unprofitable mining where we are spending more fiat on energy than getting in bitcoin (hence the logic of buying that bitcoin instead)

I feel like your wasting your breath here. If he can't see what is wrong with his gut after two explanations, I think the third and fourth are just burning unnecessary calories.
192  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 11, 2014, 02:34:14 PM
My gut feelings are...

* BTC is worth mining at a cost equal to modest mid term price projections i.e. if you think it's definitely going to top $3000 a year hence, then you will mine at a cost of $3000/BTC

* Fiat reserve should be in the neighbourhood of 3-6 months running costs.

* Reserve should be tapped when BTC 90 day moving average drops... or other xx day rolling average, or 10% drop from, some chart work to optimise that would be good.

This post has to be a complete level, right? I literally con not even begin to imagine the thought process that made you arrive at this conclusion. I would strongly suggest you take a mathematics 101 course because your gut is going to lose every penny you own currently.

he achieves absolutely nothing by holding the shares, You folks have been hounding him to get stuff done and now that is is busting his ass and balls on trying to get the farm up and running now you guys also want to make him get the shares going at the same time, I wish people would just pick one item for ken to work and focus on and then don't bitch and whine and complain when he dont finish the other item that he stopped doing to work on what you wanted him to work on

Me and ken may not see eye to eye on things but i respect the man for all he has accomplished and done, and if some of you would just take the time to get to know the man you will see he is actually pretty cool and someone you can have an intelligent conversation with

For most people the issue is the constant quotes form Ken saying 'shares are my top priority' 'share transfer will start tomorrow' etc etc he hasn't missed his own deadline once or twice it is actually a full dozen times he has told us he is about to start doing share verification/transfer and missed every one of his personally set deadlines.

He has even said the verification program is ready and just needs uploading to the server and then told us a few weeks later that he is about to start work on the share verification program - I mean at least one of those comments has to be an outright lie.
194  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: April 10, 2014, 06:15:13 PM

Why would you worry about that? Don't you know how many shares you own? Your shares are already attached to the bitcoin address you had connected to bitfunder.

Shares were sent to AMC-tender, that means they are no longer attached to my bitfunder address. They were sent to an account that Ken controls, how am I supposed to prove ownership of said shares?

They were sent to AMC-TENDER from your bitfunder account that is connected to your bitcoin address so if you can prove ownership of that bitcoin address then you're good. Ken controls them so he can move then to a non-defunct securities exchange.

What is to stop Ken saying he purchased those shares from me? Don't get me wrong I'm pretty confident that wont happen but technically I transferred my shares to another person, so whilst I can prove I owned them at some point in time proving ownership currently is nigh on impossible since they are not in my possession and I freely transferred them to another party.

Who would you have to prove ownership to other than Ken?

A court, a potential buyer, my accountant  . . .

I recognise that Ken has been tardy in re-enabling a trading platform for shares, but also recognise that he's probably being extra cagey and not wanting to walk us straight into another bitfunder scenario or worse (And we fared much better than some companies on there.)

It bears pointing out though that some of you impatient types should actually be rather glad that you were not able to dump your shares for a pittance a couple of weeks back, now prospects look much better.

While this may be true for some people, the issue I have is that 3/4 of my shares are not held in my name they are in 'AMC-tender'. This is the only reason I want to have my shares verified and attached to my bitcoin address. The trading is neither here nor there for me - it is just a question of ownership. I would be content with just having the shares verified as being mine rather than AMC-Tender's if trading doesn't or can't happen for a while I don't care, I just want the shares to be registered to my bitcoin address and back dated dividends paid.

When will we verify our shares? Or has that time already passed? I have all the info needed from bitfunder just need to verify them with ken. Has everyone done this already? should I just pm him?

That is a great question I have listed Ken's responses to questions about when shares will be verified and able to be traded for you below.

Removed the big text bullshit, and deleting the original post. Your words are not more important than others, don't use stupid big text. If we all started trying to make our words bigger than everyone else, this thread would be illegible within a few minutes. Don't do it.

Whilst in general I agree, I wanted to make sure Ken clearly saw the post and I feel that the post in question accurately reflects the sentiments of all shareholders currently.

Alright, over a month now; does anyone still believe that the lawyer, who allegedly works on a new contract really exists?

I expect any documents, that confirm that your lawyer is really working on something till friday( shouldn't be that hard), otherwise i will contact the SEC. I really have enough of this bullshit...
(I will post the reply as soon as i receive an answer)

If anyone has reasonable arguments against or maybe a better idea, just tell me.

Shareholders are working behind the scenes, if you would like to be included in the discussion PM me and please include the number of current shares you hold, i.e. how many 100Mh shares.
