181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: There are many advantages to the relationship between gambling and Bitcoin. on: June 07, 2023, 11:52:04 AM
It's true Bitcoin is decentralized and the transaction can be completed without need of third party intermediaries, but if we use Bitcoin to gamble on centralized casino, it will ruin Bitcoin decentralization since the casino have a control over our coins.

When we're gamble using Bitcoin, it will not anonymous and private anymore because we need to submit our KYC due to the regulation on the casino.

The advantage of gamble using Bitcoin, it's just minimize of getting target by criminals.
Hi there,

You're right that Bitcoin is a decentralized currency and that one of its benefits is that transactions can be completed without the need for a third party.

Another way in which gambling with Bitcoin can lead to a loss of privacy is that many casinos require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This means we must provide the casino with personal information, such as our name, address, and date of birth. This information could then be used to track our gambling habits.
Gambling platforms or casinos don't really need your personal information to track your gambling habits since you already gamble with them, and if you are talking about your activities outside their own platform, that is not an option available to them at all. They can't track your habits or activities only by using your personal information unless they have links to every single casino platform that you use out there.

The only downside of doing KYC is that you are no more anonymous for the platform operators and in case the platform you are using isn't trusted and reputable, your information might be misused but that doesn't happen all the time and one shouldn't do KYC in platforms that they don't trust.
182  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top 50 gambling Instagram & TikTok accounts on: June 07, 2023, 08:50:31 AM
You know, even if you compile lists of influencers known on social media platforms like tiktok or Instagram with millions of followers, do you think the followers who support those influencers are because of gambling? If you look at the content of each influencer, it's not about gambling, they just insert it, because the influencers are taking a chance that they have something to gamble with what they promote.
This means that their million followers are also irrelevant if none of them will play gambling on what they advertise, which is also useless, because most of the followers are not gamblers.
I don't think that matters that much, I mean it does but if they have a lot of followers, they will still get a lot of endorsement from brands and platforms that want them to promote their services to their audience because if they have a lot of views and interactions from their audience, the promotions are more likely to get more results and that is basically what marketing teams look for.

Even if their followers don't support them for promoting gambling or they don't make all their videos and posts about gambling, they will still get a good response from their viewers if they do it and that is exactly what platforms aim for and that is why they hire certain influencers to become their partners.
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Also Girls Should Be learned About Bitcoin on: June 07, 2023, 04:55:10 AM
Bitcoin was created for everyone and the thing is not limited edition for boys/male gender only. Any human on the planet Earth who have enough knowledge about technology in general could invest in Bitcoin and be a part of the financial freedom. Even the ones with no gender could invest in Bitcoin and no one would discourage those people because of the gender issues.

I believe that Bitcoin is very important for everyone, and truly it's most important for girls/females because they could learn this technology and take advantage of it by even sitting in their bedrooms. The females have many responsibilities and if they learn about Bitcoin then they could get better in financial decisions and they could generate some income by investing in it.

If a female learns about Bitcoin then she could easily teach it to her children because a mother is the best teacher in the world. If a male learns about Bitcoin and even if he masters the thing he won't be able to teach it to his children the way a mother could teach, even in that sense it's important to let girls/females know about the technology and incorporate it in their lives.
I pretty much agree with you, in a lot of countries, females are mostly at home and don't work once they are housewives and some don't work even if they are unmarried. So something like Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies can literally be a great source for them to be able to earn something by sitting at home only if they can learn and understand how things work, and if they manage to learn to trade, they can start investing gradually to gain capital for trading.

As you said, if a female learns about Bitcoin, they can easily transfer that knowledge to their children and if a female who is also a teacher, she can teach a lot of students that are at a reasonable age about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies if it's not banned in that country.
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: June 07, 2023, 03:38:44 AM
Never mind for $ 100 per day, less than that I still don't think I can do it. As we all know, gambling is not a place to make money, but to lose money, so having a goal of earning $100 a day is like wishing for the impossible. I also have never heard of a gambler making $100 a day at least every day of the week. What I know is that when we gamble once we get a very big win, and only lucky people get it. Indeed, many have experience like that, but they forget how much money they spent while they were gambling.
Never make gambling a source of income, come and play gambling if we can afford to lose the money we are playing with.
the scenario in gambling is more on losing 100 bucks a day is very very easy rather than earning this amount. but you can, if you are into sportsbetting and you have also good bankroll.
people should accept the reality that gambling won't give you such passive income if you will just play their regular games. as mentioned above, there should be other features of the casino that you are exploring with like the bankroll investment, affiliate commission and others.
Your wins or losses in sports betting depend on your experience and knowledge of the game you are betting on and not on your bankroll, though the amount you can win or lose depends on how much you bet on the team you think is going to win. One should basically not set a target for themselves in gambling because that will basically make them chase losses that aren't good.

The best thing is to limit your losses instead of wanting to win a specific amount each day because gambling is a game of luck and you never know what happens if your luck will go against you or will work in your favor.
185  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling is a choice. on: June 06, 2023, 05:22:23 AM
To be frank, I rarely gamble, because I know that usually you will always lose there. If I gamble I consider it just a game and not as a source of income or hope that I might get lucky to get the jackpot. If I win, it's only a small amount because my bet is small.
It is always up to us if we choose to gamble. So if you want to throw away money you have too much for you, my suggestion is to play gambling...
I wouldn't recommend gambling to someone only because they have a lot of money and don't know where to spend it, there are charities and people who need money and food and every basic necessity of life that we've got and they haven't, so it's better to give to them instead of gambling it away only because it is a lot, one should only gamble if they have extra after doing everything and they like gambling just as a free-time activity.

Those who take gambling as a source of income will regret it in the long run or even in the short run because even if they manage to win some money initially, they will have to face disappointment pretty soon in the form of losses because you can't constantly win in gambling since it is not made for that.
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: June 06, 2023, 04:19:44 AM
In this Champions League final match we will see both teams score. But Manchester City is obviously going to be a lot more ruthless compared to Inter. My prediction the result is going to be a 3-1 win for Manchester City. All of us are expecting Manchester City to win this match. I just hope that Manchester City do not take this match lightly at all. After all, this is the final of the Champions League competition. Both of the teams are in the finals because they deserve to be. The only way Manchester City is going to lose this match is if they underestimate their opponent.
Too many predictions about final of the Champions League with Manchester City is clearly hot favourite in this final even we all know this is going to be high pressure game with both teams will give their best for the win and any result is possible because Champions League have history of surprises and shocking results like we have Real Madrid champions in last season with no one expecting them as champions in early rounds, but they won double right now Manchester City is clearly leading from all way but still Inter can change the momentum and also can break hearts of Citizens which could be surely disastrous for them and their fans.

Even I am also favouring them for this title and also completing their treble but still it's never been easy while we will all have perfect results on ground.
187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: June 06, 2023, 03:42:14 AM
Sevilla's journey to reach the final and succeeding in becoming a champion was not an easy journey at all, Manchester United and Juventus were the 2 teams they managed to get rid of, even though predictably they would lose that match. But they managed to show that they can beat the 2 leading teams. Interestingly they seemed to do the same thing to these two teams, yes they played an empty game in the first leg, and in the second leg they were able to provide something that disappointed their opponent.
Sevilla reached the final after defeating the strongest teams in the Europa League. At Fenerbahçe, Manchester United and Juventus were each very strong teams. And in every match, Sevilla's players showed great dominance. That's why Sevilla's players were so confident in the final against Roma. They played very well in the final. But they could not score. Sevilla were very lucky to win the title.
Sevilla came from nowhere to win this title which is surely one of the most amazing thing we have in last few years because in start of this season mostly peoples after watching their performance feeling they could be relegated as early half of this season they were in relegation zone but next half was surely impressive with they fight back in La Liga and also having win against teams like Manchester United and Juventus in UEFA Europa Cup which bring them into limelight, and now they are winners in this competition draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford was the turning point for them in this event and win because after trailing by 2 - 0 until last few minutes no one was having any feeling about them to win, but they have done and achieve this amazing win which is surely now proud moment for them.
188  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are your bitcoin May/June price analysis? on: June 06, 2023, 03:09:08 AM
Hopefully there won't be so many bad news to drag the price down constantly because that is the only thing from my observation that mostly determine the price movement. Lets hope no Fed News On CZ and binance this June  Cool
Perhaps the big whales have already had their fill with the past low price hence their won't be any price manipulations so that the market can begin to show some signs of up trend.
Whales never rest, even if they have bought in the previous dip, they will still have their fair share in manipulating the market and buying some more, after all, who doesn't like discounts? Since they always have huge capital and are never out of money, they keep buying as soon as the price is down and they bring it down themselves when they feel like buying more.

About bad news, there are always chances for some news around the cryptocurrency market, we can only hope and pray that none of the news is negative for the short term so that the market starts to gain some momentum and start preparing for the long-anticipated bull run.
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2022/23 Season on: June 05, 2023, 05:42:10 PM
The expected match has started and Galatasaray is preparing to beat Fenerbahçe and celebrate the championship with a derby win. Almost all of the football viewers in Turkey are in front of the television right now and are waiting for which team will win.
I'm waiting for Icardi to score one more goal. He will probably say goodbye to our league as one of the most valuable players of this season. I wish he stayed with us for one more season Smiley
Congratulations to Galatasaray for winning 3-0 over Fenerbahce (2 goals scored by Zaniolo and 1 goal scored by Icardi) that match made Icardi ranked 2nd in the top scorers of the Super Lig this season with 22 goals. This defeat leaves Fenerbahce and Besiktas on the same points and matchday 38 is the determinant of which team has the right to be in 2nd place in the Super Lig this season.
Galatasaray done one of the best job in Turkish soccer league as they won title in this year even having the worst performance in last season, but their comeback is amazing in last game against Fenerbahçe they also outclass them even we have some resistance from them in first half but in second they never allow them to have anything positive which is impressive now they have good chance for having better result in Champions League as well which will bring better things for them in coming year hopefully they will try to keep few good players which will help them for having quality in UEFA competitions.

Feeling sad for few teams, but they are paying for their poor performance in middle of this season which give them bad results, hopefully things could be better in coming season for them as well.
190  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: June 04, 2023, 02:50:29 PM
To be honest, I didn't think that our personal data are safe anywhere on the internet and gambling sites are not exception. Personal data is very valuable goods online.
However, KYC is part of regulation and on legit sites is a must so we don't have much choice but to trust that gambling sire we use has taken all necessary measures to protect the date and that it will not misuse it. In general, the whole virtual space is about the trust but also precaution.
do take note that we don't know where our info will end up with. so before you submit any vital info to any site, whether it is gambling site or not, make sure the site is legit for one, and you will really use their services more often. because if you will just use the site one time, then, that's not worth taking a risk for your docs.
much better if you will stick to one reputable casino if you do need to submit kyc. not on every casino you want to play with. as much as possible, lessen the exposure of your personal details online.
Most casino platforms don't ask for KYC as long as you are just playing normally and not requesting any big withdrawals, as soon as you request to cash out something significant, they will surely ask you to verify yourself first so that they are assured that you are not a part of something illegal like money laundering or cheating, etc. And in such situations, we got no choice but to comply with their rules because we can't leave our money there.

As you said, someone should simply stick to one platform and they should choose that platform after doing some research only to confirm that they are reputable and trusted because things will stay normal if the casino doesn't usually have issues with their gamblers.
191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Online casino always take risks? on: June 04, 2023, 04:38:10 AM
No doubt, nobody especially inside the millionaire and billionaire's club will step into that kind of business if it's not paying that much. Before they venture in that kind of business, they have already made their studies on how they could improve their probability as casinos have been very competent lately, and how would they attract more clients and maintain as well so that the flow will always continue. These factors alone is a deciding point before starting the business and if they cannot answer either one of them, then it's not yet time for them to build one.
This is right. If it's not profitable, they wouldn't really put their fund into it. It will be totally useless to invest over something that you know wouldn't thrive and generate profit in the long run. Since they have business-mindset they will opt to venture into something that can withstand the test of time despite many arising competitors. Of course, they have their financial advisors and they calculate their every step and plans they take so they will experience lesser hassle on their end.

They won't be millionaire if it weren't for this kind of mindset. Unless of course they are old rich that have generational wealth.
But there are still lots of gambling companies who fail so those who are planning to venture on this industry must be aware of that possibility because they might get over confident and put everything they got on this business and they will boost it more by taking a huge loan from different lending companies and banks.

Investments has risks but some investors will still continue because they think it can bear them a profit. If they got lucky and maybe put some effort yes but if not then they can experience a loss but I wouldn't call it totally useless since there are experience or lessons that are gained here. This is the only way to earn and that is by taking a risk.
192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 7 tips to know about crypto trading on: June 03, 2023, 06:18:56 PM
The tips that people provide are the result of their experience, but as a beginner, when I want to trade, I understand them. I read tips that I will not understand until I make personal mistakes.
The most important thing is to start trading in the demo, where you can trade without losing your money, and from that, all advice will be realistic instead of just words.
The only downside is that your feelings will not be under pressure since you are not trading with your own money, so sometimes experimenting with trading with small amounts may be the best.

It's like riding a bike, it's true that you will fall and get scratched, but 3 minutes of riding a bike equals hundreds of hours of trying to read books to learn to ride.
That's absolutely right, as they say, practice makes a man perfect. This rule can be applied to anything, including trading cryptocurrencies, so as you said, if someone, instead of watching videos and reading about how to trade successfully, tries trading with a demo account, they can get much better since it will be practical learning and practical learning is always better than theoretical learning.

The only thing one cannot do with that is to learn to control the emotions because there isn't real money involved and your mind knows it, so it doesn't panic or take tension as it knows that even if your trade fails, you have nothing at stake that you might lose.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TAMADOGE to $1 soon? on: June 03, 2023, 05:39:40 PM
Just like other memecoin it would be worth less if there is no Centralized Exchange like BInance pick it up, sometimes we all see the success of doge or shiba or the most recent is Pepe but the truth is there is dozen of memecoin out there that down to failure.

like abiky said its memecoin after all. For early investor yeah its good token for scalping also a good but for longterm I dont know, if you guys have dozen money left jus put 100$ or more and forget abou it hahah
$100 is a pretty big amount unless someone is a millionaire, I would never risk $100 on a meme coin when I clearly understand that the growth level of such tokens is solely dependent on community hype, if they don't get enough attention or investments by the community, they are dead in no time, but if fortunately they get hyped, they might get pumped initially.

Someone who wants to gamble with meme coins should simply invest maybe $10 or $20 just to try their luck, and if they are lucky and the token gets pumped, they might get a few hundred dollars in profit, and if it fails, they won't lose much.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: June 03, 2023, 06:21:29 AM
It wouldn't be worth trying after all. There would be more losses than wins so he should be able to reconsider whether he really wanted to try it if the risk was too great. He can deposit more money when the money in his account balance is used up and as you said, he can lose $1000 daily. And if he continued for a week, how much would he lose?

It is better that the money is used for trading or investing that does not require much skill so that he can expect to make a profit in the future. Moreover, we will face a bull run which may not be long in coming to the market. Or if he really has a lot of money, he could set up his own casino so he doesn't have to gamble and can make money as the casino's profits.
The guy clearly mentioned that he has a budget of $2k which he wants to use to get about $100 on a daily basis from gambling, so he definitely doesn't have a lot of money so that he can create his own casino platform which requires you to have hundreds of thousands of dollars or even millions in case you want to create a platform that would make a difference.

Now, the point that everyone is trying to make is correct that it is not possible to get steady and consistent profits from gambling, you might win $50 a day but lose $100 the next day, so the $50 that you've earned yesterday goes away with an extra $50 from your own pocket, that's how the nature of gambling is.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin Lost it's Fervor for Percentage Gains? on: June 02, 2023, 03:18:18 PM
People seem to have become millionaires in previous bull cycles with modest investments in BTC & ETH.  If I invested in 1 BTC, is it enough to make me a millionaire by the next bull run, or are there an elite number of alt coins that could help me safely achieve what BTC & ETH once did?
The growth ratio tends to decrease as the price increases, it is easier for a coin to do a 10x if it's priced at $1 as a 10x would mean it will reach $10, but it would be difficult for the same coin to do a 10x when its priced at $10 because then it will require to reach $100. So, it was obviously easier for Bitcoin and Ethereum to gain high values when they had small prices, especially Bitcoin, which is why early investors got a lot of profit out of their investments.

Those who invest now will surely get a profit but this profit can't match the profits that early adopters and investors got, that is the reason why those who new Bitcoin in its early days but didn't invest regret their decisions now.
196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I am only trying to stay safe by gambling less on: June 02, 2023, 06:39:03 AM
First of all you have done a good job by refusing them. I don't know why they are saying these two waysa s same. Because trading and gambling are two separate paths. In gambling you have the 99% chance of loosing money. But here in trading you can hodl the Bitcoin and can get profit. In trading you can hold a trade but in gambling you can never hold a bet. So these two things are totally different.
Apart from holding, someone who has knowledge and experience about the market and how cryptocurrencies work, and how their prices move as can be determined by reading the charts and doing technical and fundamental analysis, can earn profits by trading cryptocurrencies on a daily basis if you have a good enough capital in your hands.

So gambling is definitely not the same as trading because, in gambling, every bet gives you only a 50% winning chance or maybe even less since there is also a house edge which gives the house an advantage of a few percent.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Pi mining networks real? on: June 01, 2023, 08:42:50 PM
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "Pi mining networks," but if you are referring to the cryptocurrency Pi, then it is a real digital currency that was launched in 2019 by a group of Stanford graduates. Pi is designed to be mined on mobile devices, and its creators claim that it is the first digital currency that can be mined on a phone without draining the battery.

However, the legitimacy and viability of Pi as a long-term investment or currency is still a matter of debate. Some people believe that Pi has potential, while others are skeptical of its claims and warn of potential risks associated with investing in a new and untested cryptocurrency. It's important to do your own research and exercise caution before investing in any cryptocurrency.
Lol, it's in no way a real digital currency neither it was developed by Stanford graduates, these are all lies and only done to create community hype and get a lot of users to make their app and website popular and finally to get phone numbers, emails, and KYC information of users that they can use for their own benefit, might even sell them to third-party advertisers for money.

It is not a trusted project and most obviously just a scam that will never really have any coin released in the market because if it was a real project, it would never take this much time for it to release in the market or at least have an ICO or something.
198  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why Opening an Account in a Bitcoin Sportsbook is the Future of Sports Betting on: June 01, 2023, 07:06:05 PM
Well, I believe Bitcoin used to be the first choice of gamblers for gambling on online crypto gambling platforms, but nowadays, most gamblers use stable coins like USDT or USDC, and the reason for that is because they are not volatile so there is no devaluation in between your gambling sessions which might happen with Bitcoin since it's volatile and can drop value any time.

Another reason for choosing stable coins is to be able to easily understand your betting amount, your wins and losses, how much was your bankroll initially and how much it is when the session is ended, it will be pretty difficult with Bitcoin since you can't see the USD value that way.
And gamblers now have more choices of coins to gamble on besides using Bitcoin as a coin to gamble. They could just choose a coin with low transaction fees so they won't be affected by the sudden increase in bitcoin transaction fees. And it also won't interfere with their gambling activities because they can deposit and withdraw their money without worrying about the low transaction fees.

Choosing a stable coin is also not a problem, especially in terms of transaction fees because this stable coin also has a network that doesn't ask for high transaction fees. It helps them more when avoiding using bitcoins as deposit and withdrawal coins.
Though you are right that transaction fees can be an issue sometimes due to network congestion for Bitcoin, that isn't a usual problem because Bitcoin transaction fees are pretty low in usual times and one can easily make a transaction only by spending a few cents to a dollar and only maybe a couple of dollars if they want their transaction to get confirmed more quickly.

Stable coins are good for gambling also because it's easy to keep track of your bankroll if its in a stable coin because they are equal to the value of USD, but if your bankroll is in BTC or any other cryptocurrency, you will have a hard time determine your bankroll with only a glance.
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5 Behavioural signs that suggest you are Addicted to Gambling on: June 01, 2023, 05:56:00 PM
I think a problem gambler would be better described as irresponsible, because all the types of behavior you listed are characteristic of irresponsible people and they will find problems in any area, whether it is gambling, alcohol or credit. A person who controls his emotions and desires is unlikely to become a gambling addict to the extent that gambling brings problems.
Obtaining all within your grasp and seeking more is solely desperate; an addicted gambler is never pleased with what he or she has, willing to go to any length to obtain finances. One of the primary indicators that a gambler is addicted is desperation. They are always anxious for additional earnings, regardless of how much they have previously made. It is evident that profits can be created but cannot be controlled; gamblers tend to go deeper into making extreme ends, which means borrowing from their peers all the time for the purpose to make more money, just to lose everything at the end of the day.
That's more being greedy than addicted in my opinion, it might also be a quality of an addicted person, but mostly, a gambling addict only wants to keep gambling whether they win or lose, they only stop when they don't have more money to gamble, and even after that, they start looking for ways to get more money so that they can continue gambling.

A normal gambler tends to stop their session right at the moment when they hit a big win, but an addicted gambler will gamble it all only with the hope that they might get something more out of it and as you said, they eventually lose everything at the end.
200  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wrong Predictions as price keep failing! on: June 01, 2023, 06:56:20 AM
Nobody bitcoin price prediction has work this season, I told my friends early January that this year will still be difficult for bitcoin to rise since they're still blocks on digestive and ingestive policies of government, why bitcoin should not stay by government. But they argued me to a fault but I knew bitcoin will not gets to $40k this year. The price will definitely rise but not at the moment. Do you predict the price to any level year?
Risk is part of crypto investing , maybe on that instance you are correct but market is changing day by day same as the momentum , you can find it lowering till now but there is unexpected moment in this kind of volatile market.
if you are going to buy today then it is an advantage in the coming months because Halving as been seeing to take place anytime 3rd quarter of 2024.
with all those speculation who tells the truth or correct?
sorry but none of us right?
so buy now and reserve later.
let your friends have their moment because it is their money afterall right?
He has no problem with the risks. He is even confident that Bitcoin will not rise this year but I don't think he is correct with that prediction. We already saw some great pumps in the beginning of the year. The dumps that we experience lately is only small and nothing compared to what we gained last time. Cryptocurrencies are known to be volatile but there are times where they can became stable like what we are experiencing lately.

We are stuck in $27k for a long time now. Buying now is okay but this isn't only the time that can gave you an advantage in case the price pumps again. Buying last time or buying later on will still qualify you for it.
