If we look at Punjab Kings' previous match against Sunrisers Hyderabad they had a boring performance both in bowling and batting. Gujarat Titans' points are higher than Punjab Kings but I feel that Punjab Kings will put up a good performance this time. Whether they win or not depends on both their batting and bowling performances. If Punjab Kings' bowling performance is good then their batting also needs to perform well.
It's hard to predict between Punjab Kings and Gujarat Titans. Yet one thing is for sure this match is going to be fantastic

Both test matches will be played in Galle. Expecting the Irish batters to run like headless chicken. Home team advantage cannot be ignored. Just to improve their stats in test cricket Srilanka will go for those kind of pitches. I am also expecting them to underestimate the Irish team. That might be a drawback for them. Srilanka is better than Bangladesh team in test format. I don't think it would be easy for the Irish team to challenge Srilankan bowlers or batters. Arrogance and greed from the players was definitely one of the reasons. Most of them would prefer playing in franchise T20 cricket to national duty. But that was not the sole cause why West Indies cricket went down the drain. The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) is also responsible in a large way to their own decline. Unlike other teams, the WICB is a union of more than a dozen different countries. This means that the selection process is very complicated and there is a lot of regional and ethnic bias that seeps in.
Who is here in the world who don't want a luxury life. Everyone wants this knid of life. Just because of this the players greed become on peak. In my point of view the West Indies players keep their first priority is fame. And we all know that due to the T20 matches and the fast playing the West Indies get more fame and their big sixes are also very famous. I think WICB should take action and should select those players who play for the country not for the fame or money. This is basic human nature that everyone wants fame , name and money and where ever they can get this from they'll go that side either its not for their own country. Sisanda Magala with that body weight bowled very well. I think he might be the most bulky international player in today's time. I was not aware that he is a pace bowlers. Never followed him so never knew about him.
MI needs to do some big changes in their team if they do not want to land again in the bottom. This team has gone from bad to worst. None of their star batters are able to score runs including the captain Rohit Sharma.
SKY has been consistently scoring in single digits and sometime nothing. I really admire this guy but he needs to quickly get back his form.

Qatar hosted world cup and they started from scratch building stadiums setting up everything and after World cup they dismantled some of them and made sports centres to remaining. Qatar is country who's not developed in terms of football I'm comparison to America Europe who have a developed system . You are suggesting that teams such as Nepal and Namibia should pack their squads with foreigners from India and Pakistan and that will help them to win matches. But what is the point, if all the teams do that? There will be no diversity in cricket and it will become a game solely played by people of South Asian origin. Already the impact is being felt in countries such as Danmark and Netherlands. Previously these teams used to be comprised of mainly native players. But now the national team is mostly South Asian and as a result native children are rapidly losing their interest in the sport. In the long term, inclusion of foreign players do more harm than good.
Nepal and Namibia having good future in this game, and we can expect better results from Kenya and Zimbabwe as well, even it's not easy, but changes can happen any time in any team with better management and improved domestic setup. Some teams like Nepal ,Namibia and Zimbabwe are quite promising especially Zimbabwe cricket has improved a lot though they are yet to offer anything significant. But some players in their team are responsible enough to do better in contribution. On the other hand, the Nepal team has progressed quite a bit. Namibia Cricket has secured third place in ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier Play-off 2023. But they certainly deserve praise. Hope these three teams can do better in the future. Well.. in my previous posts, I was criticizing the performance of their younger players. But in the second innings, against all adverse odds, two of their younger players performed exceptionally well. Harry Tector made two half centuries in this match, while Lorcan Tucker made his way to a magnificent 108, which included 15 boundaries. And then the experienced Andy McBrine provided a lot of support in his patient innings of 72. Can't ignore the contributions from Graham Hume and Mark Adair as well. In short, there were plenty of positives for Ireland to take away from this match.
Lorcan Tucker the centurion and Harry Tector who scored fifties in both innings were both playing their first test. Ireland must bring forward such local talent rather importing players who were previously playing for Zimbabwe. Ireland lost the match but they must be very much pleased with how they played and gave a respectable fight. If they keep playing like this then they will become a good test side one day. Despite losing four wickets on the second day, Ireland dominated on the third day. This is really commendable. This team has improved tremendously in the Test format. Ireland's top order performance in both innings was very poor. Middle-order and lower-order batsmen batted responsibly after the top order did not play well. Despite being under pressure, they batted well and made an entirely one-sided match competitive. Bangladesh's performance was expected. But Ireland's batting impressed me. Where everyone was expecting Bangladesh to win by an innings to Ireland coming back stronger on day 3 and gave a small lead but atleast for a nation who's new in rest this is z good performance. Bangladesh is an experienced team and they had to win in any case . |

There is no doubt that Shardul Thakur was the reason why KKR were able to score 204 runs. You also cannot ignore that without Rinku Singh's contribution(46/33) it would not have been so easy for Thakur. They both formed a partnership when KKR needed one the most. Therefor for me both players are the reason why KKR had the psychological advantage over RCB. The rest was taken care by the spinners. My assumption after KKR scoring those runs was both openers of RCB can easily chase it. Which ofcourse was wrong as I was expecting too much from them.
The strike rate of shardul thankur was outstanding 235 , thus is some smashing batting performance by him and he's the reason kolkata knight riders gave a huge target . Royal Challengers couldn't chase it because of Varun Chakaravarthy balling. |

Bangladesh defeated Ireland by 7 wickets in the only Test between Ireland and Bangladesh that ended. Although Ireland lost the Test, the Ireland team gained good experience between the players in an important Test match.

Delhi Capitals have fallen by 2 wickets in the powerplay as they bat today. Delhi Capitals are under wicket pressure at the beginning of the game while the run rate is very low. Collected 78 runs in 10 overs for four wickets It was very challenging for Delhi today as they could not collect a single point and the points table is completely empty. Meanwhile, Gujarat's point number is 2. Gujarat may add 2 more points today. A lot of good batsmen including Rossouw of Delhi Capital have been out so if Delhi can collect 170 runs today it will definitely be challenging against Gujarat. The Delhi team is under a lot of pressure from the wicket side.

I don't think the performance of Delhi bowlers is very good. This is why Gujarat's chances of winning now seem high. I put my money on Gujarat to win. I don't think I'll lose money today. Gujarat Titans need 56 runs off 41 balls to win. It can be said that they kept the score under their control. They have lost 3 wickets if no consecutive wickets fall then you are guaranteed to win this match. And I said this because it is difficult to trust IPL or any T20 league. I believe Gujarat Titans who will win today's match anyway. As I said this, another wicket fell. But still I am confident. Because the required run rate is 8.4 which is still under control. Delhi Capitals gave a good target to Gujarat Titans but their balling attack was a bit weak and they couldn't take wickets as a result gujrat titans won the match .
