182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Video game giant Ubisoft exploring blockchain potential to implement in structur on: June 15, 2019, 06:51:31 PM
To be honest, I did not notice the widespread use of gambling. Perhaps this is simply due to the fact that this topic and the type of earnings are not interesting to me.Specifically, the introduction of blockchain technology in the gaming industry will have a good effect.Gambling without blockchain technology is very popular. That is, in other words, gambling can do without the use of blockchain technology.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: facebook bullshit stable coin, spread this as hard as you can... on: June 15, 2019, 06:45:13 PM
Facebook stable coin may be good for us all.

1 - It will increase cryptocurrency adoption, as Facebook has more than 2 billion clients already.
2 - Facebook will have to comply with regulations, laws, etc, just like banks. It will require KYC, and obey to anti money laundry and anti terrorism laws, etc... just like any bank.
3 - However, facebook is better than a bank. Facebook is more open than a bank, more borderless than a common bank. It has its advantages over a common bank. It cryptocurrency will have many problems, but even so it will be better than a common bank transaction.
4 - Facebook coin may force banks to modernize themselves. Facebook coin will be probably faster and cheaper and less bureaucratic than a simple bank transaction.

So, it is not a bullshit coin. It is the first real big company joining crypto ecosystem. It was expected that one day it would happen.
Yes, in fact, this is a very serious step for the entire crypto industry. It seems to me that this is the first step towards the wide distribution of cryptocurrency. In the next 2-3 years, the capitalization of cryptocurrency will be many times larger than the current.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you dreaming to launch your own coin? on: June 15, 2019, 12:48:32 PM
Too late. If you do something like that in early 2017, then you will be a millionaire now.
If you try to run ICO these days, there is higher chance that you will pay more, than you get.
Why? I think the opposite is now possible to run your own project and create a coin. Many have already become experienced in crypto. If the team will be able to achieve respect and recognition of investors and the entire community that their coin behind is quite a short time can have value.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is $25 XLM worth your privacy (identify). on: June 14, 2019, 11:47:31 AM
Speaking about the ongoing stellar airdrop by blockchain.com which started as a fair one but now requires those interested in the airdrop to pass some KYC procedures, I ask, is it worth it? We complain of Facebook, Google etc of stealing our privacy and possible selling them for profit to other companies and praise blockchain of been decentralized yet we're willing to sell our private details to some centralized organization offering services related to the blockchain technology and we think it's safer? I get it that the bear market has affected numerous newbie that came into the market in 2017 but I ask again is just $25 worth your privacy?

I suspect this moved by them as a deliberate attempt to steal users private details (identify), first they made the airdrop looks so simple and easy thereby deceiving numerous customers into believing they would get free $25 after they have trapped their victim, they then introduce kyc to steal their identity.
I just yesterday received $ 25 for airdrop which was carried out by this company.Personally, I'm not worried about identity theft.I have been using their wallet and hope that my personal data will not fall into the hands of scammers.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO NEW PROJECTS PLUMMETS AT FIRST MARKET ENTRY on: June 14, 2019, 11:41:24 AM
It depends on the distribution and holding of the tokens.
The tokens on it's pre-sale are much more cheaper than the ICO price. Sometimes half the price.
After the token gets listed, the initial price are generally around the ICO price which is 100% profit for the early investors. So, they put on a sell wall and keeps on decreasing the price. This starts a panic sell from every investors leading to low price of the coin.
I do not think it is necessary to carry out the listing of tokens of the company which only raised funds for its development.Such actions of the company just discredit investors.I believe that the listing should occur only when there is a finished product.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Bank in Liechtenstein Grew It’s Traffic by 900%, by Selling Cryptocurrencies on: June 14, 2019, 08:36:31 AM
I hope this article just have to read the heads of banks.I can only accept 1 excuse from banks why they still do not use cryptocurrency in their activities. They just don't know what cryptocurrency is.
188  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best Cryptocurrency to Invest? on: June 12, 2019, 08:31:42 PM
aside from Bitcoin , i love ethereum as well but i think the best altcoin that i will invest in is BNB
BNB token is a very stable coin and i can put 100% trust on this alt.
That's what everyone says, but I can't trust this coin with any certainty.Everything is so smooth and clean does not happen.I have already been burned more than once precisely because someone was confident in the coin 100% like you.I agree to invest in the long term in Ethereum and stellar.I think I have more confidence in them.
189  Economy / Economics / Re: Why everyone learn from Warren Buffett? on: June 12, 2019, 08:09:54 PM
There is no difference who that says and what money earns. The main thing that Warren Buffett is recognizable to people and therefore many listen to his opinion.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: How Will FB Coin/JPM Coin Impact the Cryptocurrency Ecosystem? on: June 12, 2019, 07:57:46 PM

"On the one hand, these are amazing developments that validate blockchain technology and its potential as a currency system, however, they are also drifting us away from the original vision of a decentralised monetary system. In February 2009, Satoshi wrote on a P2P online forum:

'The root problem with conventional currency is all the trust that’s required to make it work…but the history of fiat currencies is full of breaches of that trust'

Taken from the article linked below, worth reading. Do you think the emergence of banking and corporate digital currencies will take away from the original cryptocurrencies or can they live in harmony?

https://medium.com/@marcus_61942/decentralised-cryptocurrencies-vs-digital-currencies-3811e36cc94f

At the same time they co-exist!Of course, I am a supporter of decentralization, but we all need to understand that someone has more money and power and all the trump cards in their hands. Therefore, the vision of Satoshi is possible and will not occur. But I hope the harmony will prevail.
191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How 18-year old boy became Millionare from Bitcoin on: June 11, 2019, 07:47:49 PM
I really like the expression ,,be in the right place at the right time,,The guy, even if you omit the fact that he is from a rich family, was not afraid and bought an unknown bitcoin. At that time, not everyone would have agreed to this.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thanks so much for making me a multi-millionaire!!! I AM EVER-THANKFUL! on: June 10, 2019, 08:51:43 PM
Of course, I am very happy for you mate. You are one of the few who at the initial stage of development of cryptocurrency was not afraid and ventured to buy these coins.I hope that you still continue to invest? Personally, even if I had sold my assets for $ 10 million, I still would have re-invested some part.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is time for Bounty hunters to hold/hodl on: June 10, 2019, 08:42:29 PM
I prefer to immediately change the bounty to BTC / ETH, but this is just my idea. if one believes thet have participated in an interesting project bounty, he does well to hold
Not a single project will go to such a step. Perhaps some separate companies can be paid for with basic cryptocurrencies, but the fact remains that will never happen. Now really need to collect coins received for participation in the bounty company.Let not all projects, but most still develop and accordingly increase the value of Your portfolio.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you ready to invest now? on: June 10, 2019, 08:36:11 PM
Seeing market slowly recover then it is a good sign that there could be next ATH. So, while crypto is cheap.now, Do you think that it is better to invest now? How ready are you to do it. Are you going to invest all at once or make a succeesion of investment over a period of time.

Please let me know your plans and strategy and how you think you can earn from the market.
I still invest, but I try to do it on private sales.Yes, with such a strategy to wait for profit longer, but the fact is that the expectation is worth it.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lesson from bear market on: June 10, 2019, 08:33:43 PM
The lesson was indeed very cruel. Many lost their assets and on the contrary, many are well earned.Personally, I regret that it had sold those assets which did not want to sell and also sorry I did not buy what I wanted to buy.Now I try not to make such mistakes.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: June 09, 2019, 07:49:36 PM

This is for members outside of the United States of America since things going in that country are all on the news but for those countries who are usually outside the radar of the mainstream media, I would like to get updates which can be good and bad, favorable and unfavorable with bitcoin. Here in my country, we have no problem with the government as regulatory bodies are not hindering the growth of cryptocurrency and in fact we have many more exchanges already approved and they can start doing business in 2020. Reading the news in other countries, I am feeling lucky to be a resident here.

What about in your own native land...how's bitcoin adoption been going on? Is there a bright future in there or maybe is it facing a gloomy and cloudy prospect? Let's talk...
I can not answer with certainty, but in my country cryptocurrency is neutral.I hope that I will not go to jail for using cryptocurrency.I pay attention to how cryptocurrencies and innovations are introduced into society.I can honestly say that it is very slow.Perhaps this is due to the standard of living in my country.I am sure that the situation in any case should change and cryptocurrencies will use everything easily.
197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Proposed new law to jail Bitcoin holders, miners and sellers in India??? on: June 08, 2019, 12:58:26 PM
I think the government of India just doesn't give a damn about its citizens.I invested in one Indian startup and now I understand those guys who wanted to do something useful.Their authorities will just put them in jail for nothing!Their tokens have already started to fall in price very much.I am disappointed.Cryptocurrency is so much illegal?
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason we need cryptocurrencies on: June 08, 2019, 12:52:11 PM
We need cryptocurrencies not to fight the current financial system but to change the world for the better.Decentralization and blockchain will certainly be able to do this.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A mobile App for MEW on: June 08, 2019, 12:37:08 PM
I did not need to use it, but the mobile app is available. I have no idea about security, but it can be handy if it is obtained from a secure source. Anyway, I recommend always be careful about your safety.

I think using a mobile application is more complicated, I prefer to use the features on the website using a PC that is easier to make transactions, but I think everyone has a different opinion when using MEW.
I don't use mobile apps just because of the principle.I don't trust android.I don't trust anyone.))).MEW is better to use on PC.But if anyone has a desire then of course you can use a smartphone.I have never used this service.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins useless? on: June 06, 2019, 08:34:36 PM
Now days we have more than 1 000 altcoins on the market. The question is, are people really using them? Frankly speaking only bitcoin, ethereum and monero are used for P2P payments. All others are used mainly for speculation purposes. Is it worth buying altcoins now days? I guess no, because all of them excluding tether are following bitcoin price chart.  I mean if bitcoin is going up or down, altcoins are doing same. (Tether is connected to US dollar rate and used mainly for arbitrage trading purposes) So do we really need altcoins? Regarding platforms, only ethereum is mainly used, and mostly for creating ERC tokens. All others, like waves, neo, etc are used very rarely. Monero is used mosly for shady deals because it is untraceable. (I doubt about that, because one dude who opened a shop on a dark web for selling drugs was cached by police last week. For communication he used 3 level protected VPN and was accepting payments only in monero) https://www.wired.com/story/monero-privacy/ You can read about dark web here. https://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/internet/dark-web-3593569/ days. The main question is: Do we really need altcoins? Or Bitcoin, Ethereum and Monero are enough for crypto comunity this days?

The fact is that any coin has its own distinctive functions.Based on this, any of them can be used for different needs.Perhaps some Altcoins are not used massively, but this until. Now, the main development of cryptocurrency is in progress. 1 or 2 cryptocurrencies will not be enough.
