181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will not replace fiat currency on: March 31, 2020, 10:36:26 PM
One of the ways or the surest way that would make Bitcoin to serve its main purpose is to be approved by the government. humans are mostly subject to government rulings. So, it is what they are told to accept that will be accepted. If the government eventually approves it, adoption will speed up and by so doing, achieve its sole purpose.
Even after its approval, Fiat will still be in use.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: April fools! Buy Toilet Paper Token! on: March 31, 2020, 10:25:37 PM
I knew something funny was going to come up in the crypto space and CMC launched it. Although, others may have done theirs, which we did not know. It was a friend that first alerted me about it before I saw it on ICOdrops telegram channel..However, I didn't believe its possible, because the first thing I saw was something strange and that was the fact that it was at the top and it had zero as its rank. Still i wanted to know more. Then i clicked on it. expecting it would take me to exchange, but mhen!, it caught me. I fell for it. Grin
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 90% Of Project Bounties Are Scams on: March 29, 2020, 10:58:12 PM
I don't really think that 90 percent of project are scams even though there is so many scams associated with crypto-currencies.There are so many scams projects around and the number is increasing rapidly even more than in 2018 and 2019 but even with the increase there are so many legit project out there .One has to be just careful in choosing the best projects out there.
\Not every project that seem to be legit worth investing in. If a project does not have a good layout or if the intensions are mostly not feasible, it should be discarded. A project might appear o simple, but if it can be actualized, it is better than that project that promises to build a whole world and yet, cannot construct a simple and very small ark. you should watch out for that. Yes, the intention is superb, but it lacks good tools and management.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Innovation is key, but good community is more important. on: March 29, 2020, 10:51:58 PM
A good project with a silent community should not yet be seen as being good. Engaging the community in the discussion is very important. Let them talk about your project and ask their concerns. That will bring and attract the mind of others to it. When they ask questions and you give them deeper meaning to what you have, they are happy and excited to invest in it. Not only that, but they will also invite others, such as their friends and family to come and invest in such a project.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of a project is not the responsibility of bounty hunters alone on: March 29, 2020, 10:47:36 PM
A project developer or that only thinks that bounty hunters should do everything as touching promotion and the success of his project for hi is only joking and deceiving himself. The plain truth id s that, bounty hunters are just advertisers, who work individually under a manager. They should not be held responsible if investor and not forthcoming. They might even have come, but later left for one reason or the other. So, I also believe that they should give us a good project to promote and not the one with no interesting usecase.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all projects are bad on: March 28, 2020, 11:17:48 PM
Most people have a narrow perspective so it's easy to say it's a scam, it's a scam, especially the one I see most often is uneducated bounty hunters. Even though there was only a delay in the distribution of rewards, uneducated said it was a scams, even though the project showed good progress. Be patient and understand what we support well, everyone will want to immediately benefit, but that must also be based on knowledge and not in a hurry.
I used to think so too sometimes ago. I thought that everything was fine and this was just a small delay, but according to statistics, it turned out that 90 percent of projects that are starting to delay payment for bounty hunters turn out to be a scam. these are just statistics.
Agree with you on this issue, bounty distribution delay projects are scam projects. It's funny to hear that they are afraid that the bounty hunter will dump the token and will decide to lock the token within 6 months or 1 year, I don't understand why they can make ridiculous notices like so

In my opinion, they should be see as scam if they are able to complete their sales, list on an exchange and at they decide not to pay, but for a project that fails, what does he want to pay, but a shitcoin with no iota of value.
Sometimes i see bounty hunter ask for payment, even when a project did not succeed. It is quite funny. If they eventually get paid, the token will be useless, because you are not sure if the developer will continue with it or not.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New suggestion for unpaid bounties on: March 28, 2020, 11:09:23 PM
As soon as a project finishes and payment is not made, most especially if it has taken a long time, there is nothing that can be done about it again. Compiling lists will not help. We already know some of them and for some, hunters have clamoured to get their rewards, but to futility. A third party, that is well trusted should be involved and should be the one to hold the funds. that is the best way we can secure our payments as bounty hunters. While most projects even after succeeding with their sales will find it difficult to pay.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: March 28, 2020, 11:01:52 PM
Coronavirus is the reason why market is in very bad shape, it will be very stupid to exit because of this while others are making good choice presently, many are already saying it's the end for crypto but the fact is Bitcoin died several times in the past and it's still alive today, do not be fooled by those who don't understand the technology

Now back to the crypto world, just like the virus is affecting the entire world it is also doing same to crypto as it is also piloted by humans.

I like the last part of your statement,. It is because we allowed it to affect crypto, that is why it is affecting it. Yes, this might be unavoidable, but our approach to it matters. We got scared (maybe I am not one of them). which is why people started selling their coins cheaply and we say the market has dumped. We dumped it! If we want it to rise again, it can. However, the COVIC-19 pandemic will one day be over and everything will normalize again.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are You Happy For Participate bounty in this Year 2020 on: March 27, 2020, 11:34:59 PM
...

Even though I have not received any reward yet in this year, I am still happy that I have been able to find a good project, that hopefully will coverup for al the wasted times already.
Well, the first quarter of the year is just about ending. We still have three more quarters to go. I  believe good projects are still on their way.
So, for that reason, I do not think I will quit bounty campaign, because I might later be lucky to get a very good one.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Corona Virus has killed all cryptocurrency spaces! on: March 27, 2020, 11:29:21 PM
Btw If COVID-19 cannot be completely resolved, especially in every country affected by the corona virus outbreak?

what about the fate of the next cryptoqurrency industry?
I think, this virus not only inhibits activities throughout the world and can even be said to have killed the entire cryptoqurrency space!

The crypto space at the moment seems not to be overly bothered with the CoroanVirus. The market is recovering and that shows that there is no cause for alarm for the future.
Although a lot of things have been affected, crypto has now almost become the safest investment.
With time, the CoronaVirus will be eliminated and everything will work smoothly as it out again.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The door is never closed to new traders on: March 27, 2020, 11:24:53 PM
There is no segregation when it comes to trading. Whether you are new to it or now, the platform for trading is a fair playing ground for all. Someone that thinks he cannot trade, might be surprised to see that after two to three trials, there is nothing difficult about it. As a matter of fact, trading can be much better than, if not outrightly better than bounty. Sometimes, newbies are restricted from other ways of earning crypto, but if you want to trade, no one will challenge you even if you know nothing prior to that time. So, see it as always an opportunity.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO holders "News Flash" prepare for huge bomb incoming! on: March 26, 2020, 09:56:08 PM
A lot of people will be surprised if they did not dump it, most especially when the price has dumped.
Now, with this news, I believe the price will plunge, whether the team dumps the 2.3% or not because the crypto community has been alerted. So, it might be an opportunity for whales to fill their bags. Even those who published the news will be waiting for an opportunity like that.
I think a lot of people are yet to understand how cryptocurrency works.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of cryptocurrency during this pandemic on: March 26, 2020, 09:45:06 PM
When HIV/AIDS came, it affected a lot of economic activities, but today, it has been seen as a normal thing. When SARS came, it started in China, investments were affected, but today, it is now a forgotten issue. The same as LASSA fever. Now, we are talking about COVIC-19. That is what is on vogue. Common, with the passage of time, it will also end. Despite how intense it is, cryptocurrency is waxing stronger. For this reason, I am confident that crypto will survive any hardship.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Covid-19 Question on: March 26, 2020, 09:37:44 PM
So many people are now at home and they are looking for what they can do with their time. Some of them have chosen to invest the spare money they have in crypto. That i think is one of the reasons why the market is moving uptrend. Although, that might not be the only reason.
You know, someone cannot just keep spending, without looking for a way to increase what is at hand. The future has to be protected.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty alone is not enough on: March 25, 2020, 11:26:25 PM
Bounty campaign is a good way for projects to spread the word and gain publicity in the cryptocurrency market. But it is not the best way to gain investors. Good projects don't depend on bounties alone to promote their token sale.
And this is because when bounty hunters post about a project, majority of these posts is only seen by other bounty hunters and not to the real investors. And these posts are just basic and can not convince good investors to invest.
Bringing in the investors and funds depends on the team's marketing ability and their ability to close deals. This is why good projects attend a lot of crypto events and network with people.
Though bounties help a project to create popularity and hype among crypto users, the main investment and funds is brought in by the team's marketing and closing ability.

I hope you also know that bounty hunters in one way or the other, become investors. Yes, they may not invest during fundraising, whereas some do. They also invest after listing exchange. Meanwhile, some of those that know how to trade, go ahead to trade and within a short period of time, they make their profits.
Yes, other measures are needed and are very important.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LATOKEN, Probit, What else? on: March 25, 2020, 10:39:31 PM
Most of those exchanges are only in need of money. They care less about whether your project is good or not. Inasmuch as you are able to pay, then you can come to list. What they are portraying is that, anybody can create a coin. Afterwards, come to them with your fund and list on their exchange. No research is needed.
There are still some good projects, tat list on them, not because they are shit projects, but that they do not have the required fund, necessary to list on a big exchange. I wish to know what those exchanges collect for listing.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is altcoin season??? on: March 24, 2020, 11:28:44 PM
Bitcoin has always been in dominance for a long time and I think that has been since altcoins started existing. However, not all altcoins are totally dependent on Bitcoin. This phenomenon fluctuates. Sometimes, you might see it's effect on them and at some other time, they just grow or dump independently.
Although, in general, altcoins are very much dependent on Bitcoin, which is highly significant, because the percentage dominance is much.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to try yourself in trading and investing on the crypto. on: March 24, 2020, 11:10:35 PM
There are trading websites that offer services like this to bot newbies and those that have been in the system for quite some time now, most especially those that are called the pros in trading. BitUniverse is a good website for that. On their website, you can easily use grid trading, to run some bots. You just set your trades and the bot keeps trading for you, by buying low and selling high. It will never create fake volume. It is the fund you input that will be used in trading for you. You can just leave your trade active, without you being there in person.
199  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Increased Bitcoin Adoption on: March 24, 2020, 10:24:31 PM
Some people at first said that CoronaVirus was affecting the price of crypto, most especially that of Bitcoin negatively, but now, I can see another post looking at the general occurrence on the positive note. A lot of people were amazed to see the market surge again, amidst the challenge of the pandemic. This is an indication that crypto is most times unpredictable and it should never be looked down on.
In fact, so many commodities and the stock exchange have plummeted, which is unlike the price of bitcoin that is already recovering.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Steem community hardfork - Hive.blog will be launched on Friday on: March 22, 2020, 03:22:51 PM
I would urge the existing Steemit users, not to leave the platform for hive.blog. Some surprises will come up from there and I believe it will benefit the old users more and there will be a way of attracting new ones. Hive developers, who perhaps sold the Steemit to Justin might think they are smart. Well, I still wish them the best. They too will definitely get theirs, but I am waiting to see what Justin would do.
