Interesting. so I believe the the payment to wait will charge to make sure no one spam the voting process. and you guys will reawrd gbtc to encourage the participants. I am just curious, can dispute can be raised again on a disputed review that was just resolved by the voting process. I am asking this cx chances are the buyer seller may not agree and accept the result fully.
Alright, so here's the full description guys, this is what will happen after the voting process takes place. The system will pass the resolution in favor of the majority voters’ decision and these voters will get back their GigBit Tokens which was in escrow plus the incentive GigBit tokens they earn through the successful voting process. However, at the same time, the voters who voted for the other party will be penalized, and a percentage of GigBit Token from escrow will be deducted as penalty fees, and the remainder will be refunded to them. If 51% of these voters who are penalized wish to re-initiate the voting process again, then the system will initiate the voting process again with all new members again to achieve ultimate transparency!

I am thinking the same thing, the whole dispute management process seem complicated, I am unable to put all pieces together ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Hi, if a freelancer begins to reject any and all critical reviews, then the following two things will happen: a. If any suspicions arise regarding any of the reviews, then the review will enter into the dispute management process where the community will then review and decide (via voting) whether the rejection is valid or not. b. Similarly, the buyers will have the ability to raise a dispute against any review rejection that in turn will trigger the community voting system of dispute management process. Qualifying for voting process criteria for freelancers/professionals include: - Skills score ratings - Freelancer profile ratings - Freelancer earnings - Freelancer followers Similarly, following criteria will be considered for buyers: - Transaction history - Regional location - Buyers followers.

So, how it is an effective approach, how will we know the voting is not been forged?
Hi, GigTricks will choose top performing users from both parties randomly, and if a person accepts to vote to resolve the dispute then a temporary fee equal to 0.25% of the total budget of the disputed project will be charged and held in escrow to combat voting spam, and once the dispute has been resolved by majority voting their charged voting fee will be released from the escrow back to the relevant voters. Moreover, these voters will also get incentivized GBTC tokens as an encouragement.

Yeah maybe it will, for the main post I would like to say, I don't think gigtricks needs to compete with anyone, their biggest competition will be with themselves to execute their ideas precisely into that blockchain based ecosystem that they are promising
Hi, in GigTricks point of view the freelance and on-demand economy are lacking the principal standards to form a trustworthy business relationship between clients and freelancers. GigTricks will be seeking to build a Blockchain-based Ecosystem to increase transparency, trust, and reliability among platform participants (i.e. clients and freelancers) with the help of its 5 innovative products integrated into a single ecosystem. And yes, we don't need to compete with anyone, when our ecosystem will go live, its features will attract people globally to leverage the on-demand industry.

Hahah good one. Consider this, let suppose GBTC is worth $5 and for a particular service that you want to get access to you need to pay, 4.95$ so for the 0.05$ GigTricks will pay you back in GigBit credit. There is no rocket sciene here.
Yes, GigTricks will use GigBit credit for small transactions but there are some more functionalities to consider. The sequence of events includes: -The user will confirm the conversion, and that amount of GigBit credits is locked for further usage by Hyperledger Chaincode. -When peers confirm the transaction (consensus), Hyperledger Chaincode triggers GigBit tokens transfer transaction in Ethereum smart contract. -If the Ethereum transaction was executed successfully, GigBit credits are burnt, and GigBit tokens are sent to the user’s address. In case of any issues with sending this transaction on Ethereum Blockchain, the transaction is rolled back, unlocking the amount in Hyperledger Chaincode for further usage.

Sir am somehow confused about the bounty program. It was stated on this thread that we should make 10post/share, sir is it 10 new post the participants or 10 like and share from Gig tricks facebook page. Please am confused sir
Hi, you can do both. 10 new post per week as a participant or 10 likes and shares from Gigtricks Facebook Page per week. In both conditions, you have to take care that you do a good and constructive post about GigTricks GigBit Token and the project itself and not just simply spam. Also, make sure to put the mandatory hashtags, that is, #GigTricks #GigTricksICO #ICO #Cryptocurrency #Blockchain. Thanks.

No, 65% is only during Pre-Sale Power Hour. And It will be active only during the power hour. The power hour period will be like a flash sale, during which everyone want to acquire the handsome discount but believe me guys that one hour will go in blink of an eye.
And what would you do if nobody buys at that "power hour"? I mean if you going to repeat that hour then to collect the money? Hi. GigTricks Pre-Sale Power Hour will have 65% big discount. And after that, we have, - Power Day 1--- 60% discount - Power Day 2--- 57% discount - Power Day 3--- 55% discount And the rest of the Pre-Sale will have 50% discount. GigTricks Pre-Sale will go live on 1st July and stay active until 30th July 2018. Also, GigTricks Whitelist registration will open from 15th June to 30th June 2018. Yeah, GigTricks seeks to create its HODL Club, where it will encourage people to hold their tokens for longer time period. Whereas, gigtricks will burn 30% of the tokens earned as service charges to keep tokens in a controlled number and increase GBTC value.
Yes, You can get huge returns on GBTC Tokens, the secret is to hold on your tokens for a longer period of time. We will also form a HODL Club for our token holders where we will not only encourage but also reward them by GBTC tokens for holding tokens. Through our Buyback & Burn program, we will make sure to burn 30% of the service charges received to keep token value up. Additionally, our marketplace is already live so investors can rest assured that even if the supply will increase there will demand too.

To be honest, freelancers work so hard and the platform take their hard earned money as a commision. And then the payment methods charges extra. Now, this gigtricks is using blockchain so I believe their transaction charges will be also less.
Hi, Yes GigTricks do not take commision from freelancer gigs and the transaction charges will be minimal because of the crypto utility token GBTC and blockchain technology. Moreover, we will generate revenue from advertisements, and charge a platform fee on GigTricks Pro, GigTricks Marketplace, GigTricks Learning and GigTricks PoS. However, GigTricks Social will be free and users can earn GBTC tokens their for sharing and viewing content. Our Pre-Sale Power Hour will go live on 1st July 2018.

Meanwhile, you can learn more about us at gigtricks.io. Make sure you list yourself in GigTricks Whitelist to setup your KYC during 15th June to 30th June. Thank you.

Yeah, I have watched that explainer video, in that a freelancer with no money in his pocket joins gigtricks, and without spending a single penny from his pocket he not only gets to setup a Pro profile, but he also start adding more verified skills and completing local orders all under one ecosystem. Pretty amazing isn't it?
Hi, GigTricks aims to create an ecosystem in which all five products, GigTricks Marketplace, Pro, Learning, Social and PoS will be integrated to leverage from each other. Here, freelancers will have the ability to register to a a Blockchain verified Pro profile, connect with potential clients, add new skills by taking courses at GigTricks Learning, Socialize at GigTricks Social and earn GBTC for sharing and viewing content, and will be able to have an integrated profile for both offline and online clients thanks to GigTricks PoS device. For further detials you can check our website gigtricks.io

Hey, how can you say that no other platform has this feature in particular. I am a freelancer too and you can mention your skills in almost every platform available out there.
Hi everyone, GigTricks seeks to incorporate an authenticated review system in all GigTricks products where seller can be rated by the buyer and the rating will be done with respect to specific skills as well as for overall profile. Its ultimately a unique selling proposition of GigTricks, no other platform has any feature that allow freelancers to acquire rating for their specific skills. This feature will help buyers and sellers alike, wonder how? Now freelancers can leverage their skills to the fullest to acquire the best suitable gigs on the other hand clients can now determine freelancers by drilling down to a granular level increasing the chances to hire the best talent for each gig.
