Patience will always the key but most people are searching for some instant profit  and don't want to waits months or years for the product to be finished. That's were all this fud comes from.

I don't know how useful forecasting actually will be in the future and how this will safe the overall project from losing interest from the investors. Maybe they are still working to find a way to make it more attractive

I think the airdrop system is really a great thing from the team. It gives more initiative for holding the token and I would love to know more details about that. How many token will be distributed for example.

Weekly would be really great. Thanks for the info, I think i missed the details. There is so much going on right now that updates on a weekly basis would work fine. I really liked the catapult updates in the nem forum too. Will be interesting to see how the migration will be executed. Hope their will be a lot more clarity about everything via those posts

I think if he really left the project there would be a statement from the team about the reasons. But they will maybe wait till a new one is ready to take his place.

The performance is not what everyone was wishing for  but did you calculate the price of the token in? There are a lot of projects with a price level below the ICO price and I understand the frustration. But the times are getting rougher for ever project. Let's wait for the HYSBE

Programs

Gary Piercy, Head of Sales in EU, is overseeing the trial for the NEMsp Network Program which provides qualified partners with technical skills and business benefits to integrate clients onto NEM. NEMsps will be directly trained, tested and certified by NEM. Meetings have been held, agreements signed, and the feedback from companies has been overwhelmingly positive.
Partnerships

NEM has signed a MoU (memorandum of understanding), with the Pillar Project 4, an open-source cryptocurrency, and token wallet, with the goal to eventually evolve to become a personal data locker.

XEM notifications launched on Blockfolio’s Signal Beta.

North America - Establishing a robust North America presence has been a longtime goal of the NEM Foundation and Alex Tinsman 1 has accepted the role of Regional Head for North America. Plans for satellite offices include Texas, Washington, California, New York. More plans to be shared soon.

Korea - Lance Cheang 1, Project Director for SEAsia, is now leading efforts to kickstart growth in Seoul. He’s hired a new a new team and is working with tech accelerators FoundationX and Uniblock.

Europe - Europe is in the process of hiring five more people to keep up with the increasing demand for support. Interviews are underway.

Japan - Hiroki Koga 2, Japan Lead, continues to expand growth in Japan by collaborating with the key community members (such as @Trendstream) on notable events including the recent nemcafe, NEM DAY and NEM.dev.nagoya.

This is exactly what so many people were demanding for. It would be really great to have this regularly. It tells the world that the project is caring about the community and making steady progress. I love the forum over there but it will take time to get adopted. Bitcointalk is great for many people because the can follow as much projects as the liked with just one account and under a single roof. Would be nice to  know who is in control of the ournem account

They sent about 80% of all tokens out and will do the rest after the 26th. Most of the participants should already have received their token. If you really did not receive your token till now or the end of the week, you could still write them. The price is more hold dann selling right now anyway

I mean the idea is something new and could be something interesting but I agree that it is just a little to less information provided. Especially since the legal part is huge and before all of this is sorted out, it doesn't make any sense in my eyes. The idea behind it would take years to develop with a huge team.

Yes multi signature is a great improvement in security. Trezor for example too. The firmware update yesterday enabled NEM on the newest model (Model T) with many other coins. It always works like a charm and is a huge improvement too if someone just wants to use one device

I really like to see a sum up like this. Especially the customer part helps to get a better feeling about the project and how it is going to target the industry. Nice to see the thread over here maintained. It is sometimes much more easier to follow here than on twitter or telegram for example

The team did not say specifically that the deal is off the table if I remember right. But at the same time there is quite a high amount of silence wrapped around that topic. But a lot changes since the ICO and that doesn't mean that it has to be a bad thing. A prom adoption would always be a great deal since the porn industry if often a leader and can have a high impact

I don't think there is any innovation right now too. Blockchain 4.0 would stand for interoperability between chains to be honest. But I don't see anything coming out near that soon. That is pure speculation and I personally thunk the price is still quite high for that . I don't know why there is that much interest in the project right now

Multisignature is a very easy to use and great feature.We still don't know all the circumstances off the hack/inside job or whatever it really was in the end. I really hope there will be some clarity and the other exchanges took it as some sort of lesson for their own hot wallets. I really hope that such an incident won't happen in the future. But I am quite certain since no one, except maybe the foundation holds that huge amount of XEM

I would advise you to join the bounty channel to be up to date. It should be possible to finish the distribution till than and I think we should just be patient.

Well I think binance did their homework pretty well. If you rethink what the year long plan for the skycoin ecosystem is, you would realize how important that step is. You can think about the project whatever you like, but there is still far more action behind the scenes. I don't think binance is in any need to connect the reputable exchange in any sort of bad publicity.

I totally agree here. But I think the team will com to a conclusion if the market stays bearish like right now and we are near to the one year period. What is really cool is the great attitude from the team. The thoughts are really cool and could bind some early supporters to the project. But still burning the token would profit all and not a few. The airdrop would increase the circulating supply and therefore reduce the  value of buyers that later joined for example

The project is doing good and I think it is quite undervalued right now since not many projects have a well working team like that. Keep it up!

It just comes all down to being impatient as always. Many people are just not used to wait for some actual progress. Many still forget that even ETH took over a year to be released. And nowadays people call a project a scam just because they do not get their instant profit after an ico for example as well. Just a pity sometimes
