Guys we need more volume,
as it is now for an external person it seems that the coin is dead...
we need to create some volume/liquidity on the exchanges !!!
not the case. all the weak hands have dumped and now we have SynClubbers holding onto their investment. I'm mixing coins between wallets after each stake (i don't mind waiting for the new maturity after each mix) and i'm paying tx fees. you want volume? go buy up what's on the exchanges don't worry I'm doing my part and already have few BTC invested The coin will be delisted if there's no activity....and it certainly won't attract more people.... I posted a few clicks back that the best thing we can do is keep good relations between community - dev - exchanges. As long as exchanges see that we are active with new ideas and progressive in updating the coin, then it should be fine. of course, there are going to be stagnant periods, as Sync is a long term coin and not a full-on day trading stock for 24/7 or lunch-box joes. I'm also buying up as much as I can afford, but i gotta wait on BTC rounds paying out from my mining before I can buy - and i'm happy to keep buying at whatever price. I've got another SP10 on it's way to me now, should be here tomorrow or wednesday, which i'll be using to mine BTC for the sole purpose of buying Sync. again, we will have stagnant periods, I'm sure with a coin such as Sync, exchanges will realise this, but it is important for our Dev and key players to keep in regular contact with the exchanges just to make sure they are happy and to show that we have people here that they can discuss things with, if they have any issues or fears. exchanges are there to make money, not relations... and this again: the spread is insane...doesn't look healthy....
I believe that this coin have much potential..
but it looks like some people in lala land value it highly and some try to get rid of it a much cheaper prices and can't even do it... this to super low volume is a recipe for a disaster Maybe some people trying to buy too low in lala land? I'm not saying pump or dump.. I'm saying create volume...create liquidity....create interest...I can't do it by myself....

I expect it to either suddenly fall down another 0.05 before it stops, or start climbing again at higher volumes. the spread is insane...doesn't look healthy.... I believe that this coin have much potential.. but it looks like some people in lala land value it highly and some try to get rid of it a much cheaper prices and can't even do it... add this to super low volume is a recipe for a disaster

I have i5-3210M and 4GB of ram. Computer is new. Before SYNC I run other wallets without problems for weeks, including Bitcoin Core. THERE IS PROBLEM IN WALLET, like it or not.
@raskul - buy me a mac, there is BTC address in my signature. I'm not going to spend couple thousands of $ to buy a sh**ty mac.
did you illegally downloaded the latest game : Watch Dogs ?

... look at the blockchain... block is generated, only if some premium user pay high transaction fee....
i am patient person, i think ... but i expect from main developer activity at the begin, for correctly run coin.... here is important issue, which is blocking blocks...
Indeed that might cause the speed problem... can dev verify plz ?

Hey people! I am staking... i receive some awards and then i must wait 50 confirmations for lying all my coins ! and when i must wait i am not staking all my balance is in stake .... its ok ?
yes it's normal..while staking the coins are ''reserved'' for that, this is how staking works... they will be back if you stop staking and i guess when your stacked reward will be confirmed (50 confirmations)

too slow because of what, anybody knows why?
maybe difficulty issue for staking and finding blocks, maybe not enough wallets, maybe not enough wallets staking, maybe code requirement limitations, The DEV should be able to answer

OK for those having problems with the wallet, windows computers;
READ EVERYTHING BEFORE STARTING AND MAKE SURE YOU'RE COMFORTABLE TO DO IT' MISTAKE MIGHT COST YOU THE LOSS OF YOUR COINS !!
SAVE AND BACKUP YOUR wallet.dat !!!!
1- get the new wallet from the main page of this thread 2- find your 2 sync folders a- where the wallet executable sits b- the one in Roaming folder 3- the one with the executable; sync-qt.exe you can get rid of it as it would be replaced with the new wallet --> erase 4- the other one: here's the path in windows 7 C:\Users\XX\AppData\Roaming You have to enable hidden files view to see it shortcut form another post: type that: Start > Run > %appdata%\syncIn that folder You erase everything EXCEPT wallet.dat DON'T EREASE YOUR wallet.dat !!!! that's where your coins are you should copy wallet.dat to multiple safe locations as a backup !!!!! 5- You open your newly downloaded wallet from the step 1 6- if it get stuck just restart, might take few restarts 7- if doesn't work make a sync.conf and not sync.conf.txt file in the folder from step 4, you might still need few restarts but this should work, sync.conf contents can be found on the first page of this thread feel free to ask if you need assistance or correct if something is wrong in my post

Why isn't the MINTPAL situation resolved ? It drags the coin down, people who want get their coins out, can't and they selling to be able to do so... Wallet and chain is working fine !!! Can dev email them ? Also everyone should email them support@mintpal.comsince 4 or 5 people got their wallets working, you can not say "the Wallet and chain is working fine !!!" It is not working for the vast majority (probably 99% the world) . that is why the vast majority can't get their coins out or buy /sell or anything. So you will see exchanges freezing this con again as that is what they are seeing no working wallet on their side too. You gotta see it through the eyes of the rest of the people...not just the eyes of 1 or 2 % who are skilled or lucky and have working wallets. anw Minpal is in Sync now.... and the wallet is working well , Win and iOS, and staking since good few hours.... the network is just too slow....
