But not every one is a part time worker or a student. and many do have bitcoin transactions over 2 lakh. They, need to keep records and pay tax properly.

I have changed my views on quarks.
I no longer think Quark as the best opportunity or best coin out there.
It took a while for me to understand the crypto currencies.
I think, Bitcoin , Litecoin , Primecoin and Anoncoin are the best ones.
