Pas als je "bitcoin-in-a-box" kan aanbieden, dan ga je slagen. Ik denk meerdere 12 V rails. Maar je moet maar net weten welke rail de meeste ampere's leveren kan. Misschien had ik me eerst in de specs moeten verdiepen, de ene draad of de andere kan idd veel uitmaken.
Ik ging er vanuit dat de PCIE plug de meeste ampere's zou leveren, wat dus niet zo bleek te zijn.
Mijn Antminers hebben daar een gewone aansluiting voor, waar men gewoon de PCIE plug kan insteken.

Verder heb ik ontdekt dat er een klein bugje zit in de  oooooxooooo aanduiding. Er stond al iemand op het forum die de ooo in xxx zag veranderen bij gelijkblijvende productie. Ik heb dat ook, na verloop veranderen en wat ooo in xxx-en.

Overclocken boven de 400 MHZ heeft niet zoveel zin, productie stijgt niet. Bij overclocken idd de time-out op 36 zetten, op 35 geeft te hoge fouten.

Verder wil ik nog de cgminer upgraden naar de laatste versie, die GBT ondersteund. Niemand heeft me hier nog wat kunnen vertellen wat dat doet ten opzichte van Stratum, daarom wil ik dat zelf proberen. Eligius ondersteund GBT, vandaar.

Firmware updaten zal ik niet zo gauw doen onder het motto (ervaring....) "if it aint broke, keep your hands off!"

Ik heb er ook 2 staan. TIP: doe wel een voeding van bv 730W per miner. Het draait 24/7 en op de pieken willen ze echt wel trekken!
Ik had een 650 voeding binnen 1 uur kapot. (HKC)
Ik heb er nu een Huntkey en een Corsair op. Stabiel en probleemloos.
Voor de rest: stabiele apparaten. Overclocked doen ze samen (2 stuks) plm 420 GH/s en momenteel iets meer dan 0.08 BTC per 24 uur.
De ingebouwde Wifi: waardeloos. Niet gebruiken.

Just warnings from the elite. The lowering of BTC has 1 big reason and thats MT Gox. When you look at fiatleak.com you see people buying bitcoins all the time. Well, you people choose for a new coin, the bitcoin. So when you want to help, go into your neighbourhood and promote accepting bitcoins in the local stores. Governments cannot stop people to trade coins for products.

Another reason is that the miningmachine companys are mining for themselves, before shipping the machines to the customers. They are making quick money as we speak. And doing like that is like digging their own grave. The more they quick mine and sell, the lower the rate of the bitcoin.  

So do not panick. When you trade in company shares, you know that things like this can happen. One difference, a company can go bankrupt, a coin like bitcoin cannot.

idd autotrade is een super optie!

Wat ik jammer vindt aan de combinatie van multipoolen en cryptsy is dat bij cryptsy overal een minimum order is. Als je dus een tijdje mined heb je overal onverkoopbare klirtjes staan.
Ander nadeel aan multipoolen is dat je miner "weer ff op toeren" komen moet. Je verliest bij iedere wissel een beetje capaciteit.

Maar op zich wel leuk, en de opbrengst valt niet tegen.

Mostly when you startup with a hosting company, you rent a full cabinet in a colocation center. 99% of the colocation centers do not allow own racks/cabinets. When you visit a datacenter, you see why.
With a rack you can order at the same time a full IP range (255 numbers and a gateway), bandwith and current. Most of the colocation centers give also DNS service. Do not forget to ask the colocation for access to mark reversed DNS for your IP numbers, otherwise you get problems with mail.

So install a server and you are up and running. VPS control panels are most free of low of charche. SolusVM or KVM are the best, KVM works also fine with Windows servers.

Mostly when you offer a server to a client, you let the client pay for Directadmin. When you buy in bulk, there are better prices, just contact DA. That is in my opinion the best offer. (lifetime license for a small price)

So in 1 day you could be up and running. Rent a rack, install a server, buy a switch and register a domain, and start finding customers.
Starting is not that difficult. Keep running stable for many years and growing, that is the trick

@ BorisAlt - I'm running a hosting business in the Netherlands since 1999, I am the founder of the company. So I know exactly the costs of a 4u machine (like KNC) and what the current costs are. We have colocation in 4 countries across Europe and 1 in Canada.

The price of 1u is starting from 37$ a month, max 60$ a month, depending on location/country/number of units. Price included bandwith (fup), 4 IP numbers per u and current.
I am not promoting my company here, so I do not tell the name. But if you google on the costs of rackspace (mostly 44u) you can see for yourself.

So in my opinion 300$ is expensive.
