181  Economy / Economics / Re: Austrian School of Economics and Crypto on: December 07, 2020, 10:44:11 PM
hopefully from that conversation all are expected to be realized. because this is something positive, students understand about blockchain the result of technological advances. of course different between people who learn accompanied by teachers using the curriculum and people who learn self-taught. there are targets that must be achieved, not just profit.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: December 07, 2020, 12:03:54 AM
investing in both alt or btc is a very risky thing. nothing is safe without careful planning. A few weeks ago when btc went up by $ 19K, many altcoins went up, and a few altcoins actually went down. so to be safe, make sure you really know how your coins are from technology, community, market, and trends. it will really help you to buy / sell during investing.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a scam? on: December 06, 2020, 11:53:18 PM
how do you trade? where do you trade? what type of trading do you use? check sell / buy history, history of balance mutations etc. some basic things like the one above will greatly affect the trading results. so make sure you trade correctly so that you can get profit.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mobile wallet is more important on: December 06, 2020, 11:43:42 PM
convenience for users is something that needs to be prioritized because it is the user who uses the product. basically humans are always looking for things that are easy, comfortable, and safe. I personally really agree if the wallet in the form of a smartphone can be made immediately because it is more practical for user.
there were several projects that I participated in, I had to install the PC version of the wallet, finally as a way out I saved my assets in an exchange wallet because I was so lazy to have to open the PC many times.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of ETH2.0 Scammers on: December 06, 2020, 11:32:25 PM
we must be more vigilant, because some people are not always careful in concluding the news. using the main character as bait, it's like this was planned a long time ago. Moreover, this was raised in connection with the existence of a new moment (eth 2.0) where people would be competing to get big profits, both rightly and by means of a shortcut.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 05, 2020, 11:59:44 PM
No need to worry about 2021. I believe it will be a good year. During this one year, have we learned less to deal with Covid? The Corona virus continues to spread throughout the world and forces everyone to adapt to life in the new normal era. so there is no need for financial assistance anymore.
187  Economy / Economics / Re: How long will it take banks to phase out physical cash completely? on: December 05, 2020, 11:35:10 PM
Is the transition of paper money to digital money based on the Covid outbreak because people have to be more careful in their interactions?
because in my opinion covid will soon disappear with the presence or absence of a vaccine. technologically, are all regions ready with the facilities? a bug? error? and the like that hinders smooth transactions?
so in my opinion fiat money is still reliable. so there's no need to rush
188  Economy / Economics / Re: Visa is getting more interested in Crypto on: December 05, 2020, 11:24:12 PM
As far as I know, the PayPal service regarding bitcoin feels like buying crypto assets in Robinhood because at PayPal Users who buy Bitcoin  they can have the King of Crypto Assets, but cannot move Bitcoin out of other platforms or addresses. have but not completely. however at least PayPal accepts crypto payments is good news. I hope that in the future there will be more options and features. This if PayPal is successful in its implementation will usually be imitated by Visa and Mastercard
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops are important on: December 02, 2020, 11:50:31 PM
Airdrops are known for their low pay. however, some of them can be effective in enhancing communities because of simple rules and a frequently used model is by invitation. I just hope that Airdrop can pay more so we are more enthusiastic in sharing / invite. because if a lot of Airdrops with little profit and we post them on our media, we are considered spam by the public.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO scams vs DeFi scams on: December 02, 2020, 11:33:58 PM
where there is a trend there are scammers. everyone wants to make a profit, even those who are already profitable always want to get more and more. that's an illustration of why there are always scammers among good projects, because they are thieves who are not yet full. Was DeFi intentionally hacked? we need data to answer that, by looking at who benefits.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin pump and dumps ! on: December 02, 2020, 11:05:22 PM
there is no harm in following the buy / sell signal. if the group has many members, at that time there is a signal to buy then all members buy, then the result is that the coin is pumped quickly (this is because the demand is increasing) but if you are left behind to buy it, you might get carried away and still buying coins when the price was still high. So one could say that kind of thing is also a whale play. for bitcoin it seems likely that the price the whales can play is less than for altcoins.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Token on: December 02, 2020, 10:39:05 PM
I haven't found it yet. but the possibility of a scam coin could. we know that uniswap uses the eth blockchain. and lots of junk coins / tokens on the erc-20 network. so we better be careful in choosing coins when swapping.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we gonna see a new ATH this year? on: December 01, 2020, 11:59:38 PM
massive adoption by big companies like microstrategy and paypal that makes btc surpass its ATH. if these big companies choose xrp or eth then they will easily create a new ATH. Even so, this month's btc hike has affected other altcoins' hikes, although it is still far from ATH, it could bring happiness.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My portfolio on: December 01, 2020, 11:49:10 PM
-snip-
You may have to include 30% ethereum, 60% bitcoin and the remaining 10% tokens which have a low price but potential ..
I think it's a good combination, don't put your assets into tokens that don't have high potential yet.
the list that the OP cited in my opinion is quite reasonable and also promising. NEO and Link are currently very good and their prices are still affordable when compared to ethereum. but you know for yourself that for profit, maybe bitcoin and ethereum are currently the 2 most profitable cryptos if you buy them at the right price
apart from eth and btc, they are new coins, so the future for them is still very long in creating a bigger community. like Neo maybe one day he will become the strongest competitor of ETH because that has been predicted as China's etherium.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next big thing in crypto? on: December 01, 2020, 11:22:33 PM
we can try Polkadot Ecosystem. Polkadot is ready to support funding for many projects that will be built on its network. because Polkadot is a protocol specifically for web 3.0 with a decentralized system focusing on user friendly projects. most likely if the network from Polkadot is already present, there will be many supporting ecosystems in it, not just ordinary infrastructure projects. let's learn together about this
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: December 01, 2020, 11:08:40 PM
the possibility that if ethereum does not have good news and does not have developments that can increase its use it will make ethereum die, maybe ethereum should be able to provide a lot of development and can be used for many companies.
which makes eth survive because there are many investors who have invested in it and the community believes in eth. Two things that eth is the mainstay of are smart contracts and Dapp, but over time many coins have copied the concept and even developed it. so I think eth someday will be left behind if it doesn't make improvements regarding network speed and costs.i hope eth 2.0 is the solution.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin retirement account on: November 30, 2020, 11:59:13 PM
I don't completely agree about Bitcoin retirement account, but it is very clear that in Blockchain, attacks from cyber criminals are unlikely to succeed; funds will always be safe unless there is an error from the user, for example: a private key is lost or stolen by someone else. for security issues can be relied on, although the problem of investment growth also has a very high risk.
198  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: November 30, 2020, 10:59:17 PM
Hoping to get back to normal now, I've seen that cases here in SEA are getting lower except for Indonesia.

That one-year pandemic has a lot of influence and changes in our lives. Some people learned too much while others are suffering. Many have lost their jobs and people are risking their lives to be able to buy food. I've also seen in the news that there's a vaccine already and I hope that they mass produce it so everyone can be immuned now.
Indonesia's highest death rate (Asean). even so, Indonesia
already getting ready by forging four partnerships to get the vaccine.
if you want to find examples of countries that are said to have successfully overcome Corona, then we can learn from New Zealand. this country because it is able to make firm and fast decisions. The small island nation has been implementing a lockdown since March 26, 2020, before there was a single death case due to Covid-19. and now it is almost a year, it is likely that a country that is still unable to overcome the outbreak will rely on vaccines as a solution
199  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Crypto live forever or die? on: November 30, 2020, 10:39:20 PM
Simply put, as long as the computer that installed bitcoin core is still able to operate, bitcoin is most likely still around. Will the next world war in your version say that technology be destroyed? if automatic destruction everything related to the world of digital is also lost. (please include the source of the allegations regarding terrorists etc. in your thread)
200  Economy / Economics / Re: Different online business we can involve in on: November 30, 2020, 10:33:00 PM
After this pandemic it became harder to find jobs even online, because the competition increased a lot. There are more people looking for the same job offers now and the offers supply didn't increase on the same proportion. At first glance it looks wonderful to work online at home, but in fact that is not easy like that and many freelancers are suffering to get some work.
Furthermore economy slowed down a lot, so depending where you are, it's also possible the offers for freelancers decreased too. So you have more people looking for jobs and less of them disponible for all.
because not only adults are looking for work, but there are also children who are still students. due to this outbreak, all of them flocked to help the economy. So naturally, if the jobs that are usually followed only by professionals, now many newcomers are trying to fill the empty seats. I think it doesn't matter the most important thing is all with professional.
