181  Economy / Economics / Re: Your plan if no significant move on Bitcoin price along with the halving? on: December 26, 2019, 09:16:10 AM
My guess was as similar as the popular decision over here. Not that i would be selling all my bitcoins if it ever crosses $20K  Grin again. Whatever happens i sell some when i need it and hold the rest to continue to make profit of it. That's called an investment strategy Cool.
182  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Halving Price Prediction $55,000 - $130,000 on: December 26, 2019, 03:08:49 AM
Come on guys, let us face the reality for once. Where is such a huge money coming from to push bitcoin price to such an insane level. I think even if we are going to see a rise in value it will rise to $15K and nothing else. Everybody can make a prediction about the price of bitcoin but let's do so with some sense of seriousness looking at its development and adoption.
183  Economy / Economics / Re: How do manage portfolio efficiently while having a full time job? on: December 26, 2019, 02:08:48 AM
It has never been easy combining crypto related jobs with day time job. Working in the blockchain industry requires some form of dedication of time and energy and also the crypto world is very fast. If i were you i would advise you not to go in for short term investments but rather go for long term ones. You are likely to miss the short term ones when they rise. You can also set timers and notifications as well just to remind you of some of your investment plans.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No good projects from a long time on: December 25, 2019, 09:54:26 PM
Yeah most projects that pop up in the crypto industry have no real use case to the outside world. Actually the world is not full of ideas but it has rather become full of greedy men who only care about the money they raise for the project and not how to develop the project to the benefit of its community. Becareful with any project that you invest into.
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will China Accept Bitcoin As A Currency? on: December 25, 2019, 09:29:16 PM
No offence mate and i don't wanna be the bearer of the bad news but i don't think China would ever consider that not to even approve it. Come on guys, China has been opposing cryptocurrencies since the very beginning and trying to make new laws against it every now and then. If they would every consider cryptocurrencies i guess they would create their own coin.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your thought about halving? on: December 25, 2019, 09:25:13 PM
I don't know why almost everybody is putting much hope that during the bitcoin halving the price is going to increase. Well we might see some increase but i don't think it's anything to write home about. What i think might boost the investment into this industry is if we get some powerful countries like China and USA softening their rules and regulations against bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much bitcoin to buy? on: December 24, 2019, 11:15:56 PM
I don't think it's within our decision to tell you the amount of principal capital that you need to start with when it  comes to investing into bitcoin. The rule of thumb in any investment plan is to invest with an amount of money that you can afford to lose. So basically i would say an amount between $500-$1000 is cool to start with.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Outclasses Other Cryptocurrencies as an Investment Option, Here’s Why on: December 23, 2019, 11:33:22 PM
No doubt about that, bitcoin has always been and will be the number one best store of value in this industry. Most altcoins are basically worthless and their investors are full of remorse right now. In the upcoming years i hope most people will learn from this experience and not jump into any project that pop up into this space. At least hold some bitcoins for the future profits.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to introduce crypto currency to newbies on: December 22, 2019, 07:40:15 PM
I think introducing cryptocurrencies as a form of earning is a wrong idea as this does not make newbies appreciate the technology as they should. I think it would be best to explain the rudiments of cryptocurrencies in the way of decentralization, blockchain technology etc. If the basics are well established they can explore this space their own way, no need to baby feed them.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing does not have to wait long on: December 22, 2019, 06:12:27 PM
If you are looking for a pump and dump scheme then you are right and i bet you won't win in this. Those days are over mate, this is the season where only working products are able to bring to their investors profits. Get yourself a good project like BNB, LINK, DIVI etc. and i am sure you will make for yourself some decent amount of profits once the project gets adopted mainstream.
191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hacker: Sentenced two year suspended jail term, & six-month electronic curfew on: December 22, 2019, 05:24:14 PM
It surely serves him right, these hackers need to be hunted down and punished severely to deter other folks from engaging in such behaviours. i am still waiting to hear what happened to the Mt.Gox hackers who stole over 80K Bitcoins. So far, i guess they have stolen the largest number of bitcoins in the crypto industry.

193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Initial Model Offering(IMO) replace Initial Exchange Offering(IEO)? on: December 21, 2019, 09:36:30 PM
Well this model of launching a crypto project is not bad as in a way you really see the dedication of the team in coming out with a product unlike ICOs and IEOs.  I hope to seeing some great projects coming with this model and not the numerous scam projects that infiltrated this industry for the past two years.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which are your recommendations for best coins to invest in 2020? on: December 21, 2019, 09:05:09 AM
So many people are already optimistic about the growth of the crypto market in 2020. However, i think i would go in for DIVI coin, BNB Coin as these coins have a great future. For instance DIVI is one of the few projects that is really pushing for the adoption of cryptocurrencies in our real world. They have helped established Ridivi which helps make people make crypto-fiat transactions in the shortest possible time. I think you all should check up the DIVI Project
195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any such thing as true data protection on: December 21, 2019, 07:12:44 AM
That's what we are made to believe and assume is going on but day in and day out we continue to hear about the compromise of users data on websites. We heard about the Facebook data leak sometime ago, i think users should take notice of this and make sure they don't share sensitive information with any platform because you can never be sure when the security systems of the platform is going to break.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teen crook hacked into 75 phones and stole $1M in cryptocurrency: authorities on: December 21, 2019, 07:00:28 AM
All these hackers and scammers will be fished out sooner or later. I don't know why some folks always plan to make the short cut route to riches, Damn it folks, there is no shortcut to life. Work hard and smart and your labour will merit to something in future. Stealing over such a huge amount of cryptocurrencies deserves a serious punishment. I think he deserves 10 years to serve as deterrent to others who commit such atrocities.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has this year Christmas favor your cryptocurrency portfolios? on: December 20, 2019, 08:35:55 PM
No, my cryptocurrency portfolio has been all in deep red with the recent dip in bitcoin. Almost all my altcoins have gone down way than i can imagine. However i am very hopeful the crypto market will see a major rise in the upcoming years especially now that there is bitcoin halving coming up.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are American tax laws holding Bitcoin back? on: December 19, 2019, 11:44:05 PM
That's right, the america has never been friendly to crypto with all those draculian rules and regulations that they have implemented. Also, note that China is also one of the countries that is very hostile the the development and growth of cryptocurrencies. These two countries are part of the world's most famous countries and if they are to go back on their decisions towards crypto i think it will be a great relief!
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It’s a curiosity to know on: December 19, 2019, 11:37:38 PM
Coinbase and other popular OTCs served as the port of entry for crypto investments so it's no wonder they use to have such huge registerations within a day. Going forward, the spread and adoption of cryptocurrencies are really increasing but many have not gone into the trading of cryptocurrencies yet.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hong Kong Police Freeze $10M Fund for Protesters - Bitcoin Becomes Attractive on: December 19, 2019, 11:35:01 PM
Saving huge monies at the bank has never been an option of mine. The hustle of process that you have to go through in order to have access to your own money is damn tiring. Anyway, this issue with the protesters have been going on for a while and i think it's high time the government listened to the people and do their bidding as democracy is a government for the people. In addition, the freezing of that fund will defintely give people a hint of the financial freedom they can have if they decide to use bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency.
