181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: February 12, 2016, 12:01:26 PM
Why is that? Banks are way to powerful to go away. They controll every market because they control the payment systems. I don't see any bank dissapear because of the power they have both economical and political.
People said the same when science challenged religion, see where its gotten us now.

I think honestly do not think that can happen. Because many people do need a bank.
And many people also know its not even know what Bitcoins are.

That's true looking at the present scenario I don't think that bitcoin can make banks disappear, and if it does, it will take a long time for that, but banks are basic necessities of many people around the world, banks would be their first choice.
182  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: February 09, 2016, 11:26:42 PM
yeah, most probably it matters as people like to see bigger numbers and it attracts a lot of new investors

Yeah the price of bitcoin matters and the price fluctuations also matters for the people who wants to make a quick profits, so a person who is either a small investor or a big investor, price really matters for all of them.
Price may not be the main factor for people aiming for very long term. Because they expect bitcoin to skyrocket in the next decade or more, so the day to day price is not interesting for them.

Same here. There are a lot people that get excited when the price increases with $20 within 24 hours, while for me this increase basically doesn't have any value as I am a long term holder. Of course it's nice to see the price go up that much in a day, but my goal is the long term price of at least $1000-$2000 at some point in the future. That's why I will keep holding all my coins like a real boss.

Big traders won't wait too long they are very much interested in the price fluctuation on daily basis, even a small fluctuation will make them earn good profits, if you buy in bulk and if price goes up by $20 then just imagine the total profit they are making in a single day.
183  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: February 09, 2016, 11:24:15 PM
I can earn money when i join  signature campaign.

Yes, that would be a good source of income for you as you are newbie and new to the world of bitcoins so I recommend you to join some good signature campaign where you can earn descent amount of bitcoins safely and on weekly and even on daily basis.
184  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you guess about he future of bitcoin? on: February 09, 2016, 11:22:43 PM
I think bitcoin will reach 1000 USD again in the next few years

I believe that price would be at the end of year 2016 as it is expected that the price would be much higher after halving, so lets hope it atleast crosses $700 after halving, and if it does then there is possibility that it reaches $1k.

I am fairly sure that after the block halving people will start with selling their coins that they have bought below $500 like there is no tomorrow. I personally don't think we will reach $1000 this year, but if it is happening anyway, then it's purely the speculation that is driving up the price before the block halving. After the halving it will come down again.

That's true, I don't see it reaching $1000 but yes there are possibilities that bitcoin will keep on playing around $500-$600 after halving, but even its good price for the investors who have invested their money when the price was around $250.
185  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: February 09, 2016, 11:20:37 PM
I think its better to invest for your future in the bitcoin.
The halving is also coming so the bitcoin market price will rise up.

Yeah invest your money into bitcoins at a moment, that is the best option available as bitcoin allows us to earn some huge profits in a quick time, which is not possible with other investment products like gold, real estates or stocks.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: February 09, 2016, 11:18:50 PM
Yes bitcoin is worth it for me for sure.
I think its also the best payment method on the planet.
It just a matter of time till the bitcoin will be big.

Yeah, bitcoin is helping us in various ways, it is the best online remittance system till date I guess, firstly we were getting cheated by banks and WU by paying them heavy transaction costs, but with bitcoin online remittances has become easy.
187  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin always be dependent on fiat? Is it? on: February 09, 2016, 11:16:43 PM
I don't think bitcoin is dependent on fiat. Fiat at the moment is just a way to express bitcoin's value in a way that we understand it. Otherwise how would you say how valuable 1 bitcoin is?

What you are saying is correct but still in many countries you need to convert your bitcoins to fiat for buying products as they don't  directly accept the payments with bitcoins, so for that first you need to convert your bitcoins  to fiat.
188  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: February 09, 2016, 11:14:55 PM
I agree with you, this is an excellent time to increase and get more bitcoins before the next pump. You would need to be a little crazy to want to get rid of your bitcoins right now!!!  Grin

Yeah that would be the worst decision to make if you sell your bitcoins at this stage and at this price, just wait for few months and you would see the difference, the price will be skyrocket in next coming months, so wait for the right time.
189  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: February 09, 2016, 11:13:00 PM
I saw few videos related to bitcoins on youtube as it was visually available, it started to develop interest in me and then I viewed as many videos as possible and then started to research on signature campaigns and other ways to earn bitcoins.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: February 09, 2016, 11:11:19 PM
At present selling is not profitable as the price is not too high, you need to hold it for atleast next 3 months, as the price would be much higher in next 3 months, so I am holding and will sell it after halving is done.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: February 09, 2016, 11:09:43 PM
If they can see the price of btc now they will understand last year the price was 250$ and now 370$ so btc will be alive fo so much time and the price will raise more Wink

Yes and the people with negative mindsets will never spread good news related bitcoins, they will always involve in criticizing bitcoins, I don't know what makes them feel like that, even the price keeps on climbing they would continue to say that its dead.
192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Take it from me: Bitcoin will NOT die in our lifetime. on: February 06, 2016, 03:01:46 PM
so, we are the first "Bitcoin Generation" ? Grin
yes we are,we all here are the first bitcoin generation, until we die i think bitcoin will still exist, and i wonder how bitcoin survive on our second generation,i believe the future is more complicate for bitcoin to survive.

Bitcoin will face a tough competition from new currency in future, but I don't think that bitcoin will disappear or die, it might not be as valuable as it is today, but it will keep its presence in future too, and whether people will support it or not, time will say.
193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a manipulated coin? on: February 06, 2016, 02:58:12 PM
i vote NO,bitcoin not created for manipulation, and even some people or few grup try to manipulate it,i think its can be specified that bitcoin is manipulated coin,i believe bitcoin create for future payment and alternative currency.

Exactly, bitcoin is not a manipulated coin but it is getting manipulated by few bunch of people around us, whether it is press, media or may be Government, they are manipulation bitcoin as they view bitcoin as a threat to their system.
194  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: February 06, 2016, 02:56:21 PM
I wish lots of online shopping sites like Amazon and EBay would start accepting bitcoin.
If they do, I will be very happy and will purchase a lot of things, like; food, electronics, home decors, gadgets, clothes and lots of them.
keep calm mate. it will definitely come true. just waiting for the right time to the merchants accept bitcoin as a payment option. while bitcoin users continues to grow. merchants will automatically add bitcoin as payment option

Yeah bitcoin is still in its initial stage and it needs time to grow and bitcoin also seeks support from the community and society, once bitcoin gets into a mainstream there would be many merchants that would accept bitcoin as a mode of payment.
195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: February 06, 2016, 02:54:20 PM
Paypal is also good but I will choose for bitcoin, its untraceable.
Its more secured and faster, I really like the bitcoin wallets.

Yeah and bitcoin transactions are transparent and with no hidden charges, Paypal charges heavily on their customers with lots of hidden charges, and customers are getting cheated by Paypal, let bitcoin be more popular and later Paypal would be history.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Should you stay or should you go? on: February 06, 2016, 02:52:15 PM
i'd prefer stay , even my income from bitcoin still a little in a month but it can be 2-3 times more than my salary in real life,
bitcoin change my life to be so much better

You are right, bitcoin is going to be a mainstream digital currency for online use as well as for physical use and it would definitely have some good value. We should stay with it. It will benefit us in near future.

Yeah if you want to get rich you can stay, and if you don't want to get rich you can leave straightway, its an individual decision either to stay or leave, a wiser man would surely stay as he knows that he will be grabbing some benefits from bitcoins in future.
197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I like bitcoin on: February 06, 2016, 02:19:21 PM
i like bitcoin because using bitcoin is easy and i can use it whenever and wherever i want.

Yes and I also like it for transparency in transactions and it is fast safe and bitcoin transactions are available 24/7 and that is the best thing about bitcoins, and I can carry million of bitcoins in my digital wallet and no one would be aware of it.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: February 06, 2016, 02:17:13 PM
buying and holding would be methods for growing your bitcoin, buy in cheap price and sell when price up. simple as like that.

Yeah that is the safe way to grow your bitcoins, but it is bit time consuming, I would rather prefer to go for gambling to multiply my bitcoins in a quick way, as signature campaigns and trading will help you to grow bitcoins but it is time consuming.
199  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: February 06, 2016, 02:14:45 PM
In this discussion I think Bank wallet maybe better , becouse Bank waller is more flexible than bitcoin.

That's correct, I think bank is much safer at a moment, and bank allows us to earn some interests on our funds that are in our bank account whereas you don't earn interests in bitcoin wallet, you continue need to make efforts to grow your bitcoins.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: February 06, 2016, 02:12:37 PM
Yes I do know for sure. I think the price even these very low.
And I think it has more value later because it becomes more widely used. So I keep it for sure and wait for a good value.

That's the right thing to do as the value of bitcoin would be much higher in coming months, and at a moment this is the right time to buy some more bitcoins and hold it for future so that you can sell in future when the price climbs up.
