You are missing the point… my coupon shows as valid ! The shopping cart won't let me use it … By the time bitmain checks in tonight the coupon will go from green to grey .. Im not paying for a coupon when I have one that SHOULD be working  for me ...

I would REALLY like to know why my coupon is not working… it is green and says its valid but it will not pick it up in my shopping card . It has about an hour left before it expires … and this is based off of Bitmains time...

BITMAIN ….. your site is not working… I show that I have a valid coupon that is about to expire in a few hours, but when I check out, the cart will not allow me to ad the coupon. I need to use the valid coupon on my order … Can you tell me why using my valid coupon on this S2 is not working ?

People can debate it to the end of time.. Bitmain HAS the better buy ! I looked at Spondoolie and considered a purchase from them but here is one fact that you can not get around … Spondoolie builds a more solid machine NO DOUBT, however these machines have a life cycle of about 9 to 10 months max. In two years 99% of these machines will be boat anchors, so a MORE SOLID machine is not going to get you ANYWHERE ! Bitmain builds the machine that is going to get the job done at the lowest cost for the amount of time that the machine will be "in the game" . It's that simple ...

I know that happens a lot, but the shipper needs to take some level of responsibility on that. Yes Bitmain could pack better, but they have made changes on their end to try and mitigate damage in shipping, however at the end of the day if UPS drop kicks your package to the door, you're going to have issues.. I'm sorry you had issues, but if I was in your position I would do this … get the unit running and hashing with one main control board, and one of the GOOD hashing boards.. After that add cards to the back plain starting with the LEAST damaged cards first. Each time, see that the unit powers and identifies the card . If it makes you feel better, don't put the cards that have damaged caps in.. but I would at least try to get the unit hashing on some level.. There are a lot of tricks to the S2 unit so take it slow . In the back ground, continue to work out issues with Bitmain. I have worked with their support, and believe it or not they DO want to help, most of the time they can resolve the issue so that you have a fully working unit . Bitmain is one of the only vendors I can say that about .. I'm sure their are more who do a good job, but its risky to try out new vendors at these prices .. It's a large investment .

Did I miss something ? Is there a delay on shipping for batch 4 ? My unit has been paid for, the status shows paid and valid, however after two days it still shows unshipped .. These delays are KILLING me on making a return on my investment Bitmain … This is not my first order, and my account clearly shows I am a return customer.. Whats up guys? So in short Bitmain is using the god fortune of the rising bit coin price and calling it a discount .. The fact that they think I'm that dumb is an insult as a customer. The fact that people were selling coupons that they would not have used was only HELPING Bitmain making a sale where no sale would have been made.. The real sore spot it leaves me with is that Bitmain thinks I'm stupid and do not recognize that they feel their customers are brainless . I solo mine 7/24 with all my older ugh/s usb miners because at the pool level its not even a drop in the bucket … The one thing that is hard for me to understand is that on the pool level I get a share notification and that is how I verify that the miners are not hung up… when I solo mine, the only thing I see is block hight messages … I assume its working but its hard to tell what is going on in the back ground … I set my S1 miners to fail over to my bitcoind server as well in case my primary and secondary pool go down… It shows the bitcoind server as alive, but I have zero notification that any real mining is going on … I suspect it is, just above my head lol ...

That is a whole cup of dumb right there… you basically summed up any business on the globe and you are a fool to think otherwise .. I have purchased a lot from Bitmain, and I have had issues here and there with hardware, guess what……. They always made it right … Did I get a refund, NO … Did I ever expect a refund , NO … but they made it right, they always fixed the hardware I purchased ...

First of all, let me say that I have been in this situation… The customer "IS" or needs to be responsible for a clear line of communication… Bitmain gave me their account number to do my RMA .. I all so found out that this was not acceptable in the US in order to generate a return label. I promptly emails Bitmain back and gave them a run down on the situation and they generated the return label on their end .. I was out only a 24 hour loss in return time.. The key to this whole mess is "communication" , and don't give up on that very critical key.. What I found is that Bitmain is their to help you IF you help them help you …….. Now you can be bull headed and say that its all on Bitmain but I'm sorry, in this situation if you want to get results you will have to do some of the leg work in the communication department .. I have several S1's and an S2 … I am happy with my product other then the fact that their is a VERY small ROI that I was well aware of Bitmain is by far better then a KNC or BFL in my opinion .. The only thing that was wrong with my S2 was a bad thermal reader on one card, and I can live with that… I do wish Bitmain had a local US parts house, but all in all I'm very happy with their service ..
