Put some buy orders just above 300 , strong dump signal from traders that made a small profit on the recent rally. After that the price will go much higher. |

Is it safe to say 400 is the new price for guldencoin. I personally think it should be much higher but crypto evaluations are wacky.
Nothing is safe but guldencoin is the best bet outside the top on coinmarketcap to be successful. I have sold off my LTC holdings during the last rise as the coin is just riding it's first alt coin status. Just btc and nlg for me. |

Will do some remath tonight on the countdown. Because drop in hashrate means less blocks solved per day. Think we will end somewhere in a day of three... (1000 blocks to go with solve rate of 300/day) You could effectively say the change has already taken place. Just 870 000(3.4 btc at 400) coins to come and more then enough buy support that it won't cause a upset in the market. The rate of coins coming per month has been around 10 million , going forward there will be 10 million coins every 8-10 months. This is more then enough coins to supply a growing user network when you consider bitcoin will only ever have 21 million coins in total. |

This last week my eyes widened even further when our services remained responsible for sometimes more than 50% of the daily volume. Today we were responsible for nearly 12 BTC of the total 20 BTC in volume. Which means that all your theories and predictions referring to trading Guldencoin can go out the door. More than 50% of NLG's volume came from a currency flowing through its ecosystem and not flowing through traders trying to make a buck. With such a relatively small user-base, that is still new and growing, this is such a great and positive sign.
Even with so many daily transactions that have nothing to do with the daily trade we didn't see a negative price-trend. Within several weeks we will start taking over the merchant market with Nocks and we'll hopefully have Guldenbuy back up so we can double-up on buy support for an increasingly thriving ecosystem.
Another 3 million coins removed off bittrex confirms your statement. That stat is more important then price. |

I don't think they have much of a choice given that ltc has halved and profits are going to be down a lot. I don't know if the developers included the litecoin halving as another reason for guldencoins drop in rewards or if it was just luck but thank god it's being done. Scrypt coins are getting smashed in the last 8 hours with block times and more coins will join others to move off the algorithm. You are right, even EFL stuck on over 8hr block time and this with a price of 2500. They going to experience the problems the dev team here battle with for ages. Another Guldencoin millionair! With the current available coins the number of millionaires is limited. Great time to step in before the coming giant Guldencoin accelerated expansion  I wonder if guldenbuy will be back before reward change? I am forced to tell my friends to use litebit at these prices because I don't know how long it will last. There won't be a pump like with normal coins because there is no crypto cartels behind this coin, this weekend you should be able to get in at good prices and after the reward change I don't expect a price surge. It will be a slow increase with time until supply and demand meet up at a new stable price level. |

It just needs more promotion like 24hralttrade is doing and he deserves a pat on the back for his efforts to promote both his favorite coins, it's very strange to me to see Dutch people involved with other currencies when they have the best one. The only thing I can think of is they never expected guldencoin to be this good and have invested in other coins they are forced to support. I also think this is why less effort on impressing people on bitcoin talk and going out into other areas to spread the word about guldencoin.

Is there a good chance prices will stay where they are after the reward change. Reason I ask is because I want to buy some more coins after I submit my income tax returns next month and receive some money back.
300 blocks are found daily. 300 * 100 = 30 000 * 0.00000300 = 0.09 btc worth of supply at these prices instead of additional 1 btc worth of supply entering the market every day. This does not mean prices will rise 10 times because there is already over 250 million in supply and traders will take profits at 350-400 sat. Worst case there "might" be a spike in price to 600 and it will level at around 450 after dumps from short term investors. The above is my expectations over the next 3 months. I want to recall my above prediction on price. There is just too much other things happening with this coin and I don't want to be accused of inaccuracies. Why would anyone be accused, for simply sharing thoughts surrounding the block reward change  The new developments coming out have caught me by surprise.
