181  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM Alert] Moriart.io offers high return Ponzi Scheme. on: November 27, 2019, 09:25:52 AM
Hello!
Thank you for your interest in our project!

If you are an expert in blockchain you can read game ETH smart-contract. Even creators have no chance to scam it.

That's what they all say don't they ? smart-contract and no one can take the pot and yet the pot goes missing.

185  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ALERT][Warning] Fake Ledger Sites - Ledgre.com on: November 27, 2019, 06:23:35 AM
Thanks OP for the heads up. To some people, those 2 letters are enough for them to not notice it.

Still don't understand how and why google ads are often showing these kinds of phishing sites.

Thank you all for your compliments, I am happy to hear you like my drawings  Cheesy
Your pet portraits are very exciting, never seen something like this before. Unfortunately my photoshop skills definitely wouldn't allow me to try this.

My own website isn't yet translated to english, but I am working on making an english version available and will post here once it is ready.

Very very nice work you've got there mate. Wish i had such talent. On paper probably stickmens are the best i can do  Cheesy

Anyway if your site is based on wordpress, you can get TranslatePress plugin installed and i'd be more than happy to translate them to english for you for free if you want. More people should definitely see your work.

Wishing you all the best buddy. Also as others suggested, you should start a timelapse channel of your drawings on youtube.
189  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Be Aware] Fake Trezor on: November 25, 2019, 01:16:23 AM
After reporting it to to namecheap, the domain is now suspended as per their email.

Code:
Hello,

This is to inform you that the terezor[.]io domain was suspended. It has been placed on the clientHold status and locked to prevent modifications in our system.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue.

Nice. Namecheap should also tighten their regulations a little by at- least manually reviewing orders but at least they tend to react fast after a report is made.

A lot of these sites tend to use google ads to promote their busineses as well. It's also getting pretty hard to distinguish the urls at times (punycode attacks)

Everything is a token or trying to now. Only thing which we're missing is a poop time token. Generate tokens whilst taking a dump.
193  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: uMiner SCAM or not? on: October 23, 2019, 02:16:19 PM
Dodgy as well. They claim that " Both the client software and server software are open source and can be reviewed by anyone  "  but the documentation page is empty: https: //uminer.net/documentation/ ; not to mention " The fastest and most profitable miner ever, with at LEAST 0.0002 BTC profit / hour. "

196  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Get a credit card by Bitcoin on: October 21, 2019, 11:04:00 AM
That's a prepaid card, can't book a hotel or rent a card with it!
I need a credit card.

Most debit cards can be used for hotels and car rentals mate. Debit cards from banks definitely can be used for all those you mentioned.
197  Economy / Gambling / Re: Private Bustadice + Bustabit Script (.6 BTC/600K Bits per Hour) on: October 21, 2019, 06:02:27 AM
I usually feel such scripts are just scams. I mean if someone can make 0.6 BTC per hour, then why go through all the trouble of selling the script let alone expose their gambling strategy?

Why not just make massive profits for yourself privately and in silence?
I think this is just bullshit, similar to those chaps who claim to have fixed matches or trading signals.

True story right there. This was why the giant wasn't happy when jack stole the golden goose.

Gambling is always a -ve endeavour. You can hit that 16 streak as soon as you start or if you're lucky then maybe a thousand rolls later.

You're better off setting it at 2x and going all in  Grin
198  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by Nelson90_BTC on Paxful on: October 21, 2019, 01:40:50 AM
I disagree, maybe the offers to sell BTC for gift cards are, but I have had almost 10K in successful trades thus far. Only about 5K with international sellers. This turned out to not be a scam either. Just very poor communication. I'm more concerned with Moneygram now than Paxful.

Alright then please lock the thread and hope it all works out for you.

199  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by Nelson90_BTC on Paxful on: October 21, 2019, 01:25:27 AM
Yes, it said "The money has been picked up by the receiver." on the transaction page even a day after the dispute when I last checked. He told me to go the store, and when they wouldn't give me the money back I assumed he was lying and had it.

"The money has been picked up by the receiver." -  Aren't you the receiver or did you put in a 3rd party contact to collect it ?

Or maybe he sent it to one of his own contact and make it seem like it was legitimately sent out.
No, I was buying BTC with MoneyGram.

Owh my bad, rather blind today. Then if it's shown that it's picked up and you have the receipt , i hope you win the dispute though paxful isn't the best place to trade and support usually doesn't do much. I'd say 70% ads there are scams.
