I'm also wondering where are more ETH pools. Currently, it looks like ETH is unfriendly to the new miners, and extremely centralized. Solo mining is unpractical for the majority of small miners, pool mining is denied. What to do?

someone have issue with ethpool.org?? I am mining with 10x280x , 1x290 , 3xGTX970 or around 325MH but pool showing me around 150MH ?!  Yes, it seems to report half my actual hashrate at all times. It has been doing that on and off for days. On that note, you should be getting much more that 325 MH with that setup.
