We do plan to have those and more, but it will take a bit more time.
We have not yet defragmented the premine into the final wallets, to be presented to the public and have decided not to touch a single coin out of the budget until we do so. We are taking this very seriously and so are being cautious about declaring any giveaways or bounties and such before everything is ready and transparent to the public.
Of course everything is already open and accessible via the block explorer, but not so easy to audit since it is spread over 6,000 blocks (1-6000).

Our hopes are that the community will see the levelheaded and thought-out approach we are taking and be patient with us as we iron out all the kinks and implement everything that is planned.

Oh and we just jumped to 360mhs! wohoo!!

Two days after mining has begun, we have broken our own record and reached a new high of 312mhs in the network.
Hashrate keeps going up and we are very thankful to all the miners who are taking part.

I can assure you that mining did not commence a single minute before 23:00 GMT+2.
Please keep in mind that there are nodes all over the world and block explorer is at a different time zone than Israel, not to mention Israel has just switched off daylight savings and so if you are seeing anything that is not in tune with the time we announced, perhaps that is the reason.

At exactly 23:00 we opened the downloads of wallets and a few minutes later released the genesis block to github.
There was an almost immediate spike in hashpower and therefor in difficulty as well.
Difficulty was extremely low since the premine ended and first few dozens of blocks came in very quickly, however, DigiShield has sprung into action and did a great job averaging everything out to 1 minute per block.

We have spent a ton of work for over a month preparing this coin and launch and we do not deny things could have been even better, but all in all we believe we did a solid job and will keep working hard to make Isracoin a great, long lasting cryptocurrency.

We have all sorts of things in store and will update whenever there is news.

It actually appeared in 3 different news shows during the evening, but the first two were just briefly discussing it as promo to the latter. All premine coins have been further consolidated from blocks  1-6000 -> 32 addresses -> <10 addresses.
This was done in order to improve transparency of the premine to the general public.
The premine addresses are now structured according to the distribution plan phases and divided to cold storage addresses and live addresses.
