but so far I've seen so many trader using leverage feature with lower capital to use, I guess it works like safe keeping their money form being used entirely just for one trading activities I find it rather quite effective, just leveraging 25x 3% of your money if worst come to worst you only lose 3% of your entire money but spot trading with entire capital if market take a hits your entire capital take a hits too even though its not lost 100%.
at the end of the day, both have their own advantages, avid trader that trades daily usually uses leverage far more frequently than the other people I presume.
so yes it might be dangerous but it has its place among those people that likes volatility and like to speculate, just remember though high leverage only gonna work for people that knows how the market acts.

I also suggest for people who want to try to focus on trading to have other income, whether from work or business. generally those that already make profit in trading probably have experienced some loosing so that they can see pattern of the market. I don't believe some random people could just be trading and making massive profit out of it, the market is too aggresive to be that friendly to be honest. trading as usually, require massive commitment and will to read the market without that it can almost be obvious that we just gonna lose the money. much more when the market condition is like this whereas there are too many price swing that could cause us lose money especially if we are trying to trade futures. I have seen where people say trading is a quick to get money.
But I see it differently. Rather, trading is a place that shows those who work hard, put in consistency and are ready to learn and those who think they can outsmart their way in.
Those who earn massively in trading are those who have dedicated 1-2 years of their time to learning a particular skill to perfection.

I've come across many videos on social media by professional traders and obviously the impression they're giving is that trading is get rich quick money scheme, which is not true. I fully agree with the statement but out there some people just don't grasp that responsibility that they are having after getting some loan from other people even from some institutions too. personally I just never have the urge to have some debt, because it just doesn't really give me peace of mind in the long run I mean living with a big debt gotta feels really uncomfortable I mean working just to pay debt, getting our wage cut down to just half every month is just a big no for me. but its also understandable that if taken advantage properly these loans gonna be lifesaver, but as a human we definitely have the desire to take up on a loan for something that we really don't need thats where financial discipline and education comes to play. we should just try to calculate the weight of our debt for the long run using our knowledge in regard of financial and economy knowing a good debt and a bad debt, the bad one are the ones that just unproductive debt, just gonna burden our financial condition in the long run. |

the risk that accompanied with future trading, if you got rekt then you're rekt for good there's nothing that you can do to prevent yourself from losing meanwhile with spot trading people can just wait until next opportunities even if it took years so long someone can get their money back from the unrealized loss, they're fine, thats the perk with spot trading but definitely not with future, high leverage means you lost your money faster, not to mention that the market keep having price swinging means we are really vulnerable to losing money just within a blink of an eye, but people still favour future since as I've observed many people only allocate 1-3% of their money to future trading only the reckless ones are just going full to the future trading with 25x leverage like above that gonna have miserable end, but also could have really lucky trade if the coin somehow increases.
but overall, is it worth getting that small chance of becoming riching within a night by risking entire wealth in one go? I think not.

this statement holds truth usually when halving happening, people are selling for the sake of following the saying "buy rumour sell the news" so its to be expected, halving honestly just like previous halving not gonna give big impact but usually it gets followed up with series of rally until there's a really big pump happening out of the blue that caught people off guard. but there's no guarantee that things will be the same though I mean the previous bullrun wasn't as fast as this one around where we hitting all time high and surpassing it beyond the trajectory of the predicted price of bitcoin by many analyst. things might be different, the halving might give some impact, because people are so anticipating this event the main reason why people buying bitcoin in bulk is because they know that halving is near. but we will see whether this halving gonna be any impactful towards the price of bitcoin anything can happen, but if the price is dipping i'm already readying some money for the sake of buying the correction. |

we haven't been there yet to estimate its effect towards the earth economy but im expecting that it might create market differences if the cost of transporting and mining and the raw materials it produces far outweight whatever it is in earth, the key term is whether its cost efficient enough to make a profit and whether there are abundant resources out there to mine.
space mining could only work if its cost effective enough, but we haven't invented anything that could support the space mining as for my knowledge.
even transporting interplanetary materials take so much money, sending rover to mars already taking so much money i don't think its viable enough as of now until we finally found new technology that could

Trading is just there; it's up to us if we recognize it positively or negatively. That means, since "Trading" cannot speak, anyone can try it or enter it to do trading activity. You have an interest in learning about trading; of course, you will study it and learn it 100%.
And if you just take a look at trading and realize that you don't really have an interest in learning this lesson but you want to earn from it, it turns out that you are just gambling, thinking that you might get lucky, which is the wrong way.
the thing is that some people just don't have the aptitude to trade, you know some people are hot headed where the other are sound minded or at least calm, that might be fundamental difference that might turn into disastrous trading carreer along the way, hot headed people have that behaviour of just going all in because they are tired of losing streak and want to make up for their losses which in turn might make them broke. if someone have the aptitude to trade, then they gonna be among the calmest person there is, making decision on their trading career based on the data and then make decision according to the result of their analysis. thats why trading might not be for everyone just like how other profession might not be for everyone as well, a surgeon can't be a surgeon if they don't have nimble hand and extensive knowledge that not all people out there can even remember let alone undertstand, so I do agree trading doesn't belong to everyone it just belong to specific, persistence, strong willed, logical people out there that make up probably small amount of the population. |
