I just realized I've been awake for 22 hour, and I've been watching DRK almost the entire time.

I'm having a problem with the wallet (0.10.7.4).
I have downloaded it twice today and after starting both times it didn't connect to the network. I replaced the peers.dat file with one from a thread on darkcointalk.org and I connected and synced both times.
Now I have a different issue (could be related) in that I can't open the wallet. Both times after having the wallet closed for a period of time upon reopening (from the task bar) I get the message "The item 'Darkcoin-qt.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly."
Any idea why this keeps happening?

I just tried to sell into the downtrend, so I could buy back more. The uptrend started almost immediately. Lost a few DRK.
First and only attempt to trade. Back to my old strategy of HOLD.

Anyone know if Cryptsy is wallet updated for the May 14th. hardfork (today)?

THE FACTS ABOUT DARK COIN
1. released without windows QT so that only dev and pals could mine it.

yes that is correct they mined 50% of all the coins available at this time by themselves in the first 24 hours whilst windows users could not mine.
That is the facts.... doesn't matter what else they say... nothing can change what they have done.
Once zero coin, or bytecoin with a decent wallet it released or another darkcoin clone is released.... dark coin will sink like a stone.
Every time they try to spam their coin just post this to remind them of the facts about their coin.
In a few years the distribution will be no more unequal than Bitcoin. If they mined 50% of the coins in the first 24 hours, that's only 2,000,000 coins. It is estimated there will be about 22,000,000 coins will be produced, so it's no real problem. |
