182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Play or Invest : 1% House Edge : Banter++ on: July 02, 2014, 08:53:40 AM
dooglus should start to reduce the amount of users with open demands by deleting all dust accounts.
There are probably players with a balance which doesn´t even cover standard bitcoin transaction fees.
No one would care if he loses 1 mBTC or something like that.

183  Economy / Services / Re: XBTec ASICs. We pay for signature. Weekly payouts on: July 01, 2014, 11:06:24 PM
I appreciate the new changes, thanks for letting us know.

Could you post the google docs list on the front page in the OP ?
I don't control the OP, so I'll have to post the link as we go along, unless the OP is able to do the editing.

I have about 4 people's requests...

Can you give us an ETA for this payment?
All I can say is that give 72-hours after Tuesday. So it WILL arrive by Friday, at the latest.

COME ON YOU GUYS!

I have 12 people's PMs! Where are the other 15? I need your help for this!

I just made 4 posts in the last week. Therefore I didn´t contact you  Wink
I will send you a pm in the next week and combine my posts for the two weeks when I reach the
15 posts minimum threshold.

184  Local / Presse / Re: Bitcoin gefordert: Erpresser drohen Pizza-Lieferanten mit schlechten Bewertungen on: June 30, 2014, 03:37:51 PM

Mai.
War also letztens erst  Wink

house profit = -12.85 %  Huh ?

Some guy managed to win big or is this some kind of glitch/display error?
186  Economy / Services / Re: XBTec ASICs. We pay for signature. Weekly payouts on: June 25, 2014, 01:49:01 PM
Anyone paid by XBTec yet?

<<XBTec paid me 0.0185BTC
thats why am still here  Grin

you are referring to the 1st round of payouts (payouts made one week ago!).
The other posters are referring to the 2nd period of payments (according to Yakamoto payments should arrive in the next 72 hours).

187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Invest in 1% House Edge Dice Game on: June 25, 2014, 12:54:21 PM
what also bothers me -> where is the majority of the just-dice bankroll going?
I assume that the majority of former investors are in BTC for the long run -> therefore I don´t expect many BTCs going to the exchanges.

Has anyone tried to following around some coins moving out of the hot wallet in the blockchain?
Big movements of coins to other dice sites with investment possibility?

Or asked more directly:
where are you taking your funds now  Grin ?

188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Invest in 1% House Edge Dice Game on: June 25, 2014, 12:52:22 PM

Personally, I would use 1.4% as the house edge, since that is the HE of pass line in craps. I think that 1% has to much volatility, and since you can't do better than 1.4% at a casino, just start there.

with game theoretical optimal approach there are several casinos where black jack has a house advantage of only 0.17 %

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackjack#Rule_variations_and_their_consequences_for_the_house_edge

Of course not many real casinos (if any) offer single deck black jack anymore. I guess the standard is six decks at least where I live.
Nevertheless the true house advantage may be a bit higher due to other additional rules (rules for the situation when dealer hits a 17 ...)

189  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anonibet 22BTC World Cup Contest Important Announcement on: June 24, 2014, 06:06:25 PM
I really like to see this player to score / player not to score lines.
But I couldn´t find any information what happens in case the player doesn´t start
the match or is substituted/injured early?

190  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: June 22, 2014, 04:19:22 PM
okcoin start P2P lending system like bitfinex.

now borrow(demand) order is 0.1-0.01%/day, total about $0.29million.
reserve(demand) order is 0.14-0.06%/day, total about $0.87million.
lend(offer) order is 0.1-0.23%/day, total about $3million.

lender/borrower/reserver can take max 360days.
leverrage rate is 1:1-2(due to your account level)

this is partly wrong.
Okcoin offers up to 1:3 leverage.

I really think bitfinex could also start to increase the possible leverage (at least for the more liquid BTC/USD market).
This would really encourage trading volume and also have benefits for the lenders (very likely higher interest rates).

191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: When did Nakowa first show up? on: June 22, 2014, 12:23:56 AM
and and and... and... the list looks endless...

Did you see this list?

The 1300 BTC snafu is the 26th biggest "incident" on the list.

would you handle a similar situation today the same as you did back then retrospectively?
(I´m not sure if rolling back the bets is the right move in this situation  Undecided )

192  Local / Deutsch (German) / Re: Bitcoin ATM in Genf/Geneva on: June 21, 2014, 10:15:19 AM
Echt jetzt? Neuerdings braucht man in der Schweiz für die Dinger eine Genehmigung von der FINMA. Soweit ich weiss hat bislang nur die SBEX eine solche erhalten. Siehe http://www.bitcoinnews.ch/gruenes-licht-fuer-bitcoin-wechselautomaten-in-der-schweiz/

http://www.coindesk.com/swiss-regulators-give-green-light-bitcoin-atm-network/

Situation hat sich stark gebessert  Wink

bzw. der ATM in Genf ist sogar von der SBEX
193  Local / Deutsch (German) / Bitcoin ATM in Genf/Geneva on: June 20, 2014, 06:31:51 PM
war bereits jemand mal dort? Soll sich ja um eine BitAccess Maschine handeln, also theoretisch 2-way fähig.
Wäre sehr gut zu wissen, ob man dort nur BTC erwerben oder eben auch BTC verkaufen kann.

one of my deposits is not showing up (posting for reference, because I already posted in the
german bitcoinlivebets thread).

Thank you in advance for looking into this  Smiley

197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : Invest in 1% House Edge Dice Game on: June 19, 2014, 01:46:20 PM
maybe there is a simple explanation for the decreasing turnover at just-dice.
In the northern hemisphere it´s summer and that means people spend more time away from their computers
and are busy with other stuff.

The same phenomenon also happens in other gambling markets (simply look at the player pools
of the biggest poker networks on pokerscout.com ...).

198  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-03-14] CD: Xapo Raises $20 Million for Ultra-Secure Bitcoin Storage on: June 17, 2014, 05:56:32 PM
anyone actually USING this so-called Xapo card? Or is this just more HYPE and BULLSHIT to raise venture capital funds?

Unlike Xapo, my Bitcoin Debit Card (BITPLASTIC) actually WORKS RIGHT NOW ...

the Xapo cards are still in "pre-order mode" ... according to an official of Xapo they will be available next month.
199  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – Best LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. No Accounts. Instant Payouts. on: June 15, 2014, 01:30:58 PM

Although I wish the betslip showed "Possible Winnings" based on the wager amount and the odds.

this sounds like a very nice idea. Especially when you do 6 or 7 bet parlays this would be a helpful feature in order to
determine the right betsize (many users like to rather win 10 BTC instead of 9.867 BTC  Grin )

I´m also quite sure that this could be programmed without much effort.
200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ** UK & EU Sports Tipping Thread** on: June 13, 2014, 09:30:11 PM
wow 5-1... WTF!

Unbelievable scoreline to be honest - Quite nice to see though Tongue

especially that they came back from behind.
After Spain´s lead I was sure that they would simply manage their lead until the final whistle.

But that the netherlands would score 5 goals afterwards simply blew my mind  Shocked
