I know that you have heard many times about DYOR, but it is really the only way how to realize which project is good and bad. Focus mainly on team previous experiences and on partnerships. Also it is very important to invest only in projects that already have working product. 

I am afraid about the regulations, many ICOs now work only because goverments are not interested in regulating them, but what will happen after they come with regulations? Many projects will be banned due to violations of regulations, like many people were afraid that Ethereum become security.

Welcome to the open market, you can´t control the price. Even you didn´t list your coin, someone will do that on decentralized exchange. So, before you create a token, create also value to it to prevent dump.

There is a problem that DEXs do not have enough trading volume, without trading volume, you don´t have enough profit and without that you will not attract investors and price will collapse.

I rather buy a cryptocurrency that is backed by real business than by another asset, especially american dollar. USD is not backed by anything, so how can you secure that the token will be stable? But if you create real business, that is perspective, then it generates the profit and then you have investors that are interested in buying this coin.  

The most undervalued cryptocurrency is of course Bitcoin. Look how many people heard about Bitcoin and now look at the price.
