Time in the U.S folks? 5.00am here!
182  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 26, 2014, 03:46:22 AM

Yeah, I added him to my "circle" after we talked. I wanted to keep him close just like everyone else. I dont think the guys a scammer. He seems cool and on it. I think all the pictures are legit, and even if the launch is delayed again Ill still think the guy is legit. Its fuckin hard to open an exchange in the US. I definitely think he bit off more than he can chew and I told him that, but it doesnt mean he is trying to scam anyone. And because its such a pain in the ass, I would never get involved in a bitcoin exchange. Its a lot of work, and its puts a big bullseye on you that all the hackers are trying to hit. Not worth it imo

How can you explain why the third person has both guys in his circle and Ryan G both u guys in his circle. You guys are so related to eachother.

Your first post in this thread was "Im buying 10,000 more shares! Amazing Dividends!" while others are complaining about the logo

You my friend are not LEGIT!

And im done with this topic again because its not gonna launch. U both are piece of shit
[/quote]

No im not sure who the 3rd person is...a lot of people are in each other circles in bitcoin. If you both have a gmail account it pretty much automatically adds you. The 10,000 more shares was kind of a joke so the IPO would do well, and the shares I bought would be worth more. Its just hyping your investment. Have you ever seen a bitcoin exchange with a troll box?

Once again, I am not involved in coinpal whatsoever. I wish it the best, but otherwise I dont care. What I could lose is not an amount I would miss. Its cryptostocks for christ sakes, its garbage. A legitimate company would not get funded on cryptostocks or other unregulated sock exchange sites. Legitimate companies actually find reputable investors. Bitcoin companies that get financed thru crowdfunding BS websites are usually garbage. ...check out Neo & Bee
[/quote]

I just want to say, Neo & Bee had representatives + tried to hide the scamming. Ryan G and Coinpal have given me enough evidence they, that anyonr will see he took my money with no intention of paying it back

Unless he proves his identity to me I am disregarding it. Takes 2 seconds to do.

Whats the time state side? 11.20pm here and no coinpal... nothing.

Its still the 25th here...
I am an idiot, thought it launched the 25th. My bad.
185  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 25, 2014, 10:45:27 PM
@RyanMilligan1 since you took to posting on my LinkedIn Group about this - perhaps you could share some more about your holdings in this venture (is it via shares you bought directly from this person?) or via Cryptostocks?

Also you have to remember legal fees to litigate against someone in another country (are you in the UK?) against a private party / private party's relationships' company could be an extremely expensive endeavor. A "legal" agreement for him to provide you with 'ownership' in a company or endeavor via 'Cryptostocks' is far from a legally binding agreement. At least in a US court of law.

I can't discuss in full (instructed by attorney) but he has gone over it all and down to the proof of emails and all other evidence used against the alleged Ryan Gay, it is clearly a viable case. I will email him now and have him answer that.  Either way their would be a case, and it would take several months to go through the process which means he would only owe me more as it's been confirmed due to BTC status, he doesn't owe me a $ value, he owes me a certain quantity of BTC.

Of course I understand legal fees, I have a stateside attorney. 3 of them in different locations.

As its a public company, we should be able to see the books at any given time. So, Ryan G show us where our money has gone.

Every last satoshi.

So two peoplw have received. There must be at least 50-100 eligible investors.

EDIT: Coming from a newly opened account, just like the other one. He told me he sent me 5 a month ago via fedex and it would take 3-5 days....

However, the handwriting is a good touch. Can be compared to Ryan Gays if need be if he wrote it himself. Further proof that it was him behind it all.

Yea I think maybe 50 eligible investors. In ideal situation there would be max. 169, but lots of people have either a couple thousand or less than a thousand. Which was the amount to be eligible.
You yourself have 70k of the shares or something? That takes off 69 of the ideal situation.

What i forgot to mention, I blocked out most of the from/to data, but there is actually an address from where this is sent. Its from florida. If this all goes to shit I'll make sure to post an image which contains the address.

Edit: Indeed, the handwriting is a pretty 'rare' one. Easy to recognize.

Can you confirm your identity for me? Just a webcam snap of your passport/DL, put a line through the photo and the ID number and write 'NOT FOR ID PURPOSES' on it just so I know you are legitimately not him.

I'll even pay you to do so.

Heey,

Registered to tell you guys; my nanofury miner has been received! I'm still not totally sure what's going on with coinpal, but I think it's a good sign that this promise has been kept.

Photo for proof;

Where are our dividends then?Huh??

He's promised lots of things.

Well, hopefully we're so close upon official launch that this weeks payouts belong to "at that time we will vote on how these funds will be used moving forward"

A mining dividend paid each Sunday and Wednesday until official CoinPal launch, at that time we will vote on how these funds will be used moving forward.

Sneaky sneaky, dont pay out the big dividend, keep it for the business. Shareholders will be delighted.

Today is Friday, what time do you launch?
190  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 25, 2014, 11:03:41 AM
something must be done, he cant get away with this. how about we all pitch in and hire debt collectors on him?

My attorney is going to go the dirty way about it and attack the fathers business. He used the network there to do coinpal work sometimes.

His fathers business is quite large, has local T.V ads etc.. It would be terrible for his business to get labelled with the likes of the same sort of stunts that his son is trying to pull. Anyway, he has 24 hours from now (10am UK time) to get my dividends to me + partial payment of my investment (at least 10-15BTC upfront) and discussion of a repayment plan. Or he better have a working exchange + my dividends to me.

I want the I.P.O lifted so we can sell our shares.

If you are reading this Ryan, stop dogging your own grave and give me and the rest of the share holders our investments back + dividends from the mining gear you probably used our money for or else your life is going to be one big mess.

Have fun finding a job after this if you make me file the law suit, who hires a thief? As you will also be charged by the court, my solicitor confirmed that. I showed him all the evidence of you being the owner/creator and our emails along with all the info the guys in the thread found out about you and his words were basically 'if the boy doesn't do as you ask, he's fucked'.

I'm 18 years old, you think I've worked my ass off so you can steal about $25K off me? No. So instead of being a thieving piece of dirt do some actual work.

He promised that it will be ready tomorrow (26th) so please give us a break and stop whining like an 8 year old girl.  Angry

Launch Date & This Weekend's Dividend
Hello all Shareholders,

Due to some current issues we had with graphic/web design elements of our exchange & mining pool we have to push back our launch date to April 26th.  I know you guys are anxious to get trading, and to begin collecting transaction fees although we have a couple issues to work on in the meantime.  We have been working night and day in order to get CoinPal ready in time. So we do want to show you the fruits of our labor, however at the same time we want to have the CoinPal crypto-currency exchange & mining pool be awe inspiring when people log on for the 1st time.  Instead of just another exchange that popped up today. CoinPal's exchange and mining pool functionality has proved to work impeccably well, however it's our site design that needs the improvement.  We will soon release our new logo so you see what you think for yourselves.

The good news is that we received 5 Gridseed Blade Scrypt Miners this morning and they are being setup as I am writing to you.  These will join our other Mining Pool test miners and will greatly add to your dividends starting on Sunday 4/20/2014.

Gridseed Blade =    ~ 5.5 Mh x 5 (units) =  27.5 Mh

Thank you for your patience everyone!

Where are our dividends then?Huh??

i read on an earlier post that ryan "apparently" had 70btc stolen

Oh no, thats not coinpal...thats our investing/marketing extraordinaire Ryan Milligan.

'our' I have a strange feeling you are Ryan Gay, I've had it from when you started posting.

call me a dick if you like but had I not done what I did, you would have all been scammed

I AM scammed as I didnīt see a dime back from my investment.

If I get paid back (which I will) then he is legally going to have to pay back every share holder who asks.

dude, did u invest 70btc into coinpal???

He says he invested like 50 or 60 btc

54 in total roughly + Wednesdays divined he owes

I see, I thought you slipped up and were still referring to me as part of the coinpal team.

I contacted cryptostocks via email days ago, and still no reply. Has anyone heard from them?

I advise for now, everyone keep their shares offline to protect your shares from being stolen and sold.

I have lost about .5 btc too this scam, i am so pissed.

To briing your shares offline, click on Projects>My Shares, and you will see a folder icon next to an arrow, click on the folder icon to bring your shares offline.

From now on im not buying shares unless the business has been verified. I hope MSP are legit.

I just find it wierd that coinpal decided to cut and run so soon before selling out all of their shares first, so maybe they did get hacked i dont know. But at the end of the day, its bloody stupid to keep 70btc in a hot walllet and they should of known better.

Wait, what is this? Coinpal is saying they got hacked and 70 btc stolen?

First I've heard? Regardless I'll get my money eventually anyway. We should have received a huge dividend by now... Yet to even make an announcement. For the sake of Ryan G, his dads business and well.. Ryans criminal record lets hope he pays us back + owed dividends or opens the exchange tomorrow + pays our divs.

The boy bit off more than he could chew and has been caught red handed. You have nowhere to run Ryan, nowhere.
198  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 25, 2014, 01:13:05 AM
Are you 100% it was his son? Not someone using the identity of him?

Yes, I got an email from contact@coinpal.com shortly after saying 'wtf man why are you getting my dad involved?'
Oh, yep, someone using his identity would probably never say that.
Or the only person that knows you've contacted his dad is Frank Gay (and his son)?

And whatever 2 employees I spoke to that work and Frank Gay plumbing
199  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 24, 2014, 10:34:30 PM
If coinpal not come here to explain why there is no dividend or new announcement then Shareholders should keep bombing with emails and phone calls to his dad company. But dont contact his dad. Eventually employees will spread the words out to his dad. So the rabbit will come out of his holl this time?

I dont think he can recover the 28 btc was giving out as dividend, probaly mining gear doesnt even exist and dividend was paid with new shareholders money.

Ryan G, why are u so stupid not make an announcement that u couldnt pay the divs from yesterday? You could atleast lie and say the mining gears are burned out or something. Atleast to give u more time till 26th. Now u got angry shareholders again and we are back to square one

He isnt getting any extra time. With no proof + no dividends + none of my money back, I'll be giving my attorney the go ahead come Saturday.

Then I'll have a nice phone call with his father before my attorney faxes him the papers. Doesnt look good that your own son used your businesses network to steal off people does it?

You would think Ryan G would have SOMETHING to say.
200  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 24, 2014, 06:23:13 PM
I was gonna be quiete but no divs means no silence

Here is coinpal2 on cryptostocks trying to raising our divs but failed so far.

https://cryptostocks.com/securities/121

All the mistakes they have been making on the coinpal project they have been fixed for this new project. There is also no thread for this new project here on [Suspicious link removed]eems they dont want a thread like this to be a wrecked one.

The new smart way to get most dividend back is by holding a 25k angel shares for themselve and pay themselve.

Look at the project, look the writing, look at the way they promote the shares, look at the divs, look at the special bonus coming, look, loook, If that doesnt look familiar with you then i dont know what is wrong with me.....they were registered on 9th april on godaddy. Look at the adres on their website, look like they just use the godaddy adres

Fuck you Ryan G with your fucking coinpail, you fucking scammer

There is enough public info to know that the principal of MSG and CoinPal are distinct and different.
The only similarity is that they are using the same  financing strategy. Which is that of selling interest in anongoing operation to raise BTC for a new operation. Nothing wrong with the approach, so long as the funds go to the project. If you need the public info on the principal of MSG, (Brian Gaer), i can give it to you.

Yeah I had emailed them and they confirmed they are uncoinpal related. Now.. Where is our dividends and where is our money?

He isn't going to have me phone daddy again is he?

EDIT: Remember everyone, if he pays dividends on Friday or something, then he owes us 2 extra days of the mining for the dividends, don't settle for any of his shit.

So you already talked to his dad?
What was the outcome?

Called office, spoke to some manager guy who seemed shocked he said he would pass a message on. Got an email later that day with his office number but I told him I will wait till the 26th and see the outcome. If there is any fucking about then I'll call him and let him know how I will proceed and how his son was stupid enough to use his offices network sometimes.

Are you 100% it was his son? Not someone using the identity of him?

Yes, I got an email from contact@coinpal.com shortly after saying 'wtf man why are you getting my dad involved?'

RYAN TYSON GAY is the guy behind this. It's been proven. I also have emails that expose it as well.

He either pays us back, launches a legit exchange tomorrow (where are the announcements?) or he's fucked.
