181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][OAX] openANX - Real World Application of Decentralized Exchanges on: July 29, 2017, 02:46:37 AM

I have received my signature bounty tokens this morning just as the team promised, thank you for your hard working, and I hope some big exchanges will list this coin.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you invest in ICOs? on: July 27, 2017, 04:20:52 PM

For me, invest in ICO is a long term investment since I think this project has a bright future and after a few years, they can bring me great profit. Also, it is a high risk investment, I will not put too money in it.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I get free waves without spending any money? on: July 27, 2017, 03:57:08 PM
You can not get waves for free anywhere. Faucets gives you very little amonths.
Try to join bounties. Try to get some coins. Wait them to get listed in exchanges. Exchange them to BTC and buy Waves with btc. This is the only way for you to get some waves.

Yes, joining in some bounty campaign such as signature bounty, twitter and blog bounty to do something for some incoming ICO projects and earn the free bounty tokens, when this coins are listed on exchanges, you can sell them and buy some waves. Actually, this is not a free way, you need pay your effort for making advertisement.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO][Bounty]: Official BitClave project bounty campaign thread on: July 27, 2017, 03:51:34 PM

Is it too late to join in the signature bounty campaign? There is only 2 days left before the pre-ICO, but I want to know whether the bounty is still active after the pre-ICO.
I think it's still availaible because if I'm not mistaking the main ico will start on September 15, 2017 - Oktober 15, 2017

Thank you for you kind answer, though I will continue to join in the SpectiveVR signature bounty campaign. And I will keep an eye on this ICO project and do some deep research to make a decision.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new smart contract platform? on: July 27, 2017, 03:47:26 PM
There are already many smart contract platforms aside from Ethereum.

There are more coming and will be more still.

This is only the beginning, we're still going to see many new things develop for a long time to come.

I think the ETH will still be the number one in a long time since its powerful community strength, more and more ICO project use ETH as the smart contract platform.

Hello, signature bounty manager, I have got prompted to senior member and I have updated my signature, I hope you can update my rank and give me the correct stakes in the next post count. Thank you.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Altcoin - Mining only for people on: July 24, 2017, 02:58:00 PM
I think going back to your question.

Is there a need for such a coin?
What do you think?
Thank you

There's no need. As utilizing PC for mining is not that profitable. Consider electricity consumption and the "damage" that your PC will incur during mining. Not that good.

I agree with you, the PC is not so profitable to mine coins since its calculating power is limited, some professional computers can do more with higher efficiency.

189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Spectiv: DECENTRALIZED VIRTUAL REALITY | ATTENTION MARKETS TOKEN 🎥 on: July 24, 2017, 12:22:19 PM
Can you add rewards to signature participants?
Because signatures are too risky, and we can not follow other campaigns, unlike translators, social media, blogpost, they can do it on any project, but we can not do it, and even if the project fails we get nothing, but others can get Gift from another project, I hope you consider this
agree, it seems  the ico has been delayed for too much time, and we get nothing in the sxtra time but have to do 12 posts a week

wow guys you ask much for doing almost nothing ...

What do you mean by doing almost nothing? We will keep making 12 posts very week for more than a month. BTW, I am not asking much more, I just hope this project can be  known by more and more people.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins the new "Penny Stocks" ? on: July 23, 2017, 01:28:02 AM

I have the same feeling just like you, but there are many difference between the stocks and the altcoins market both in technical and market behavior. And I think there is a hard way to achieve this goal.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your biggest regrets in cryptocurrency? on: July 23, 2017, 01:25:29 AM
I have two most regrets in crytocurrency:
1. Selling 250 eth when the price was $60.
2. Buying SONM ICO tokens with 10 ETH, and now the price is only 30% of the ICO price.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO][Bounty]: Official BitClave project bounty campaign thread on: July 23, 2017, 01:20:59 AM

193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to buy Tezos now the ICO is over on: July 22, 2017, 03:13:30 PM

I also thing it is not the right time to buy the tokens since there is no big exchanges list this coins. Besides, it is not the right time to buy on the first time it hits on the exchange. You can wait for a short time to let the price go down and you buy some.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the first sign of a scam project (ico) for you? on: July 22, 2017, 02:56:55 PM
Here are my red flags (no particular order):

-  Anonymous Team  ie.  FuckToken
Is anyone comfortable handing over money to someone they have never met, seen, or heard of before?

-  Inexperienced Teams
I prefer to see teams and developers that have been in their respective industries for years.  Startup and corporate experience are very important here too.

-  Fake Profiles
Integrity is perhaps the most important trait for me personally.  Once that is betrayed, it can't be recovered.

-  No Prototype
Teams with no prototype give me a good indication of a team's ability to execute and gain traction.  It doesn't require much time to develop a proof-of-concept for any demo.  And quite frankly, every team should be required to prove that they can sweat and hustle (in a short period of time) before trying to raise millions on the open market.

-  One Person Companies
Self-explanatory

-  A large number of team members and advisors
This scares me for multiple reasons.  First, I always laugh when a startup has no prototype but displays a large team of employees and advisors.  Additionally, teams can not be efficient at the startup stage with both.  Having a large team increases payroll and operating expense.  If a team doesn't have a product or prototype, a large team is not going to be efficient in the early stages of the company.  The same goes with having a lot of advisors as the leadership team will be pulled in many different directions.

-  Quick ICO Timeline
Everything that is worthwhile in this world takes time.  Companies that drum up an announcement, website, and try to ICO in short period of time are always questionable.

-  Questionable ICO Terms
If a team is raising an large amount of funds despite not having a product or vision to accompany the raise amount, that is always questionable.  Additionally, if the token distribution favors the founders versus the investors.

-  Solution vs. Problem
If a team isn't solving a problem with a large pain point across many people, it is likely to not have a lot of impact and potential.

-  No Clear Roadmap
A team should be able to articulate the results and direction for the company the last six and next six months, respectively.  If not, then they haven't done the necessary diligence to plan and succeed.

Cool, you have listed almost all my red flags for a ICO project scam. I think the team and the idea are the most important factors to be a successful ICO project.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][OAX] openANX - Real World Application of Decentralized Exchanges on: July 22, 2017, 02:39:49 PM
Hello Sir as far we know that OAX reached the max cap.can you tell us when it will be add on exchanger. Thanks for another successful project

OAX will be distributed on July 29.
After that, it should be added on exchanges.

There is only a week left for the tokens distribution. Any latest news about the exchanges that will list the OAX conis? I think official announcement may not revealed, what about non-official news?
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia prepares to legalize ICOs on: July 20, 2017, 03:58:30 PM
Good news for the ICO projects form Russia. BTW, the SONM is also a Russia project but recently the SNM coins dumps a lot. I hope this news will a good new to this project.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][OAX] openANX - Real World Application of Decentralized Exchanges on: July 20, 2017, 03:54:13 PM

I have joined in the signature bounty campaign and get the stakes as shown in the spreadsheet. So I can receive my bounty tokens on 29th July with my wallet ETH address, right?
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][OAX] openANX - Real World Application of Decentralized Exchanges on: July 18, 2017, 11:32:26 AM

Sorry if was already asked/answered - do we know on which exchanges will OAX trade first?
Did the team contacted bittrex, poloniex, bitfinex,...?

Hello, z0n0! There was an AMA with the Dev. Hugh Madden. Here is the answer from Hugh on this question:

User: “What exchanges are involved in OAX token trade?”

Hugh: “we are preparing a roadmap to visit every single exchange on the planet, we want to go sell the virtues of -not holding customer private keys- to every exchange we can talk to. Our corporate finance team is preparing the charter for a working group and we will be asking every exchange to join.”

https://medium.com/@OAX_Foundation/openanx-community-1-bbf2ccecd529

so this coin complete ICO a long time and even can list on any exchange ?

Any latest news about the exchanges? Maybe we should stay tuned to wait until 29th July is coming and some big exchange can list the OAX.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you read news or updates for possible pumping of altcoins? on: July 18, 2017, 11:18:37 AM

Fore me, I will join in the slack and see what they are talking about, if there is some news or updates, there will be hot discussion there and I will see it.

May this project will be raised like bancor, mobilego or at least Patientory? I can't wait for this ico .
You have to wait a little longer, because they have delayed their ICO with very precise reason, I am sure this project will be successful and will be able to enter poloniex

Excuse me, what mean by they have delayed the ICO with very precise reason. I see the ICO date in this thread is still 14th August, so where is the information source?
