181  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone using BTC to buy Silver/Gold on Coinabul? on: April 27, 2012, 09:47:49 AM
Thanks for the info Coinabul. I can't find this information on your website. Although when i submited my order there was 2 options to choose. First was the  insured express delivery the other is without insurance delivery. This is what is on your website:

Coinabul Insured Express service makes it easy for you to get your bullion. We automatically determine the fastest insured shipping method for your items and destination. This is the kind of shipping you will get:

Next Day Express
on domestic orders $1,000 or more

3 day Standard
transit on domestic orders $1,000 or less

2 day Express service
on international orders $1,000 or more

5 day Standard
on international orders $1,000 or less!

Maybe i am checking a wrong link..

Anyways, I am happy with your service. And i am happy to hear you improved on the delivery time too. I am measuring it now Smiley More than happy to give good news on the forum once i got my 2nd package.

I placed an order with Coinablul in March. The delivery was not 5 days that is for sure. When I wrote an e-mail  to him he gave explanation and my delivery arrived in few weeks time.

Now i just placed my 2nd order and i am expecting same delivery time.

Pirate,

I am wondering when you will have the transactions peace up and running on your website.

I just went through the payments what i got from you and i added together the payments what you calculatd on each workers. There is almost 12 BTC difference. I am working on your "pool" since begging of February.

Could you please look into my case?

Thanks

how many btc do you make in a day? i have seen up to 2 days behind in payments but right now for instance i've been overpaid by 0.0003btc lol

Until 2 weeks back i had 5 GH. and i got around 3,1 - 3,7 BTC from GPUmax and from the backup pool. At these days i got arounnd 1,7 - 2,5 BTC from GPUmax and from the backup pools. There were days when i got nothing from this server but it maybe happened because it doesn't have any work.

Once again. I went to my wallet history and summarized what i got from Pirate. Then i went to the GPUmax website and i summarized the payments what my workers did. And the 2 numbers doesn't match. I am wondering where is the problem. And this is why i would like to understand when the payment history will be implemented with a couple of other statistics like how many shares were submitted by workers per day, etc.

I'd bet your difference was passed through to your "offline" pool.

Are you saying the "BTC income" under each worker calculates the offline works too? As i checked it increase only when you lease your work. But Pirate can confirm this. Those summa doesn't mutch with the amount what i received on my wallet.

For now I THINK they require a host PC - which could be something like Raspberry Pi  Grin

Your likely right but it would be awesome to have a device with "internal host" and possibly a web interface for control and monitoring. Smiley

One more question come to my mind.

Are these rigs will have a network connection or we have to connect it to a PC via USB?

Is there any information how the mini rig or the rig bix will look like? I am wondering what will be their phisical dimension, are they going to be expandable, etc.

Inaba,

No thanks, not a big fun of the pony in the server room...

Do you know what is expected life time of these units? I don't understand why are you happy with the 6 month warranty. your device may die before you would see any profit from it...

The rest of the points maybe not important to you but i would like to see
a; improvement on the delivery time
b; thinking of costumers who want to ourder outside of USA.
c; see a modular design

And a pony.  I want a pony, too.

This concept sounds good. I am interested to buy one of these.

Before that i would like to know:
- can we get at least 1 year warranty? The payback time of this is around 6 months (with the current exchange rate)
- can you ship from Europe? Custom would significantly increase the price of this unit.
- do you have a better delivery ETA? 12-15 weeks as it was projected in an e-mail would be too long...

Also, i would like to see a rack mountable design where we could push some extra cards for expansion.

199  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS Sapphire RADEON HD 5850 Xtreme on: February 28, 2012, 06:15:10 PM
i duno, i probably wouldnt have bought something from a guy that registered the day before, posted in newbie hangout section a few times, and asked someone if they were selling 5830 or 5850's before posting about how he had like dozens of 5850's

scratch

I am glad we have Sherlock here.

I still hope the cards will show up. I ordered 6. 2 were paid with btc rest would be paid in cash when it gets deliveried.
