181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Every action, sometimes, doesn't require an opposite reaction. on: September 13, 2024, 05:17:38 PM
If you do not control yourself, you will be controlled, but know that emotion is a weakness, to avoid it, we should always weigh our options/risks before we take them and peradventure we've taken the risk, we should take heart and accept the situation as it is, or else, it will lead to a further problem that will be more problematic than even the initial loss.
You see sometimes, I feel everyone ain't in the same level of thinking... Regardlessly of the fact that we all have a different perspective to how we see things, that isn't a catalyst as to how things work -- cus why TF would a human with a sane brain act up like that in someone's private property?

"Over familiarity breeds contempt" I haven't seen an illustration like this one before, but it has an indepth in knowledge.
There's nothing he would have done in this situation than replace the monitor, but he became a little bit unremorseful.
Gambling industry just want you to play more with their casino and they will not let you to stop[...]
That's not true. I've been told severally to not attend to a particular customer that made his wife looking everywhere for him...
182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What if Gamblers had to go to Gambling school to learn? on: September 13, 2024, 04:55:05 PM
What if there was a legit gambling school that teach responsible gambling for maximum benefit in nearly every country that have gambling citizens, will it help to make gambling a profitable career or investment for potential new and old time gamblers?
What's  actually your aim and purpose of desiring a gambling school?? You wanna ruin someone's business, converting everything to your own self? Do you think if everyone has the exact source code for the algorithm in any casino, that they would survive a single night? They'll quickly send signals and shutdown for as long as those codes are replaced....Well, if only this was possible, I would have rated how greedy you can be.

Quote
Also, will the study or reading of books on gambling theories and strategies help to brush up one's understanding of how games are won, more than videos and podcasts would?
Can it enlighten anyone on how to be more resourceful and less extravagant, yes... Does it help anyone to maneuver, No! I dunno how y'all just think casino owners are out to give free money to anyone that shows up.
183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's the king of crypto jackpots? on: September 13, 2024, 04:39:19 PM
I was saddened by the news that PrimeDice, one of the most famed gambling sites, completely stopped offering a jackpot on their site months ago this year.
I can't really give account for what happened -- if they were mostly affected and pulled to an abrupt stop by some government policies, in subsidiary terms through the casino regulatory bodies but i do know for sure that it has alot to do with an increase in expenditures, therefore creating an imbalance between INTEREST and LOSS..
You can't run a business that isn't profitable to you, regardless of how much or how tough it were for you to begin in the first place!
Quote
Which crypto gambling sites hold jackpots, or ideally a big pot that could be paid out? It'll be interesting to discuss this and get to document which sites continue this tradition I think.
There are alot of crypto sites that still pay jackpots to their lucky customers... I've seen a couple of suggestions above, choose from them... [Why should I be bothered about jackpots in any sense?]
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Drake lost bet again on: September 13, 2024, 03:45:59 PM
I'm sure Drake gets a lot of money for promoting Stake on his social media accounts, so he can afford to lose large sums of money from time to time. For many of us this money could change our lives dramatically, but I think that for him such big bets are not only a way to attract attention to Stake but also to create a buzz around him. Which he's pretty good at.
Even if I were to agree to your statement, what sort of promotional method is that? Do you think stakes would really pay a celebrity to promote their services by losing with huge amounts like that one, and then publicizing it??

Are they not supposed to create some sort of enticing view of rich bonuses and chances of winning huge to get their desired traffic?? Is this supposed to be a "reverse in phycology thing" or what?
So, according to Blockworks, his deal with them is worth $100 Million per year, which I'd speculate probably includes equity in Stake.com: https://blockworks.co/news/crypto-casino-stake-revenue

Someone started a website tracking all his historical sports bets. Although he loses about 2/3 of them, surprisingly, he's actually in profit since his partnership with Stake started: https://thedrakecurse.com/
No matter how you look at it, this is an alleged news and I can rate is just like the truth.... I'm not also gonna sniff the air to see how much information I can get... It is what it is.
185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Presidential Debate Funny Markets:Will Harris say Weird? Will Trump say Bitcoin? on: September 12, 2024, 10:38:53 PM
Bitcoin is very low, despite being associated with crypto for the bet and this being a crypto betting website
I mean, if it has to do with handshakes, I'd totally understand... Ehnn, I don't see anything wrong with the reduction anyway. If you can recall, Trump was really hitting on spot about taking up responsibilities on show casing Bitcoin in the US, improving/ creating a legal terms and all... You was expecting them to increase the odds on that?

Quote
So the markets say 72% chances of no handshake, this....well...it's just sad!
I get it, they are adversaries, and they don't like each other but still, people lost medals at the Olympics for this and this is no real war between them.
wouldn't it be so daft that someone feels these politicians are rivals? Donald and Harris? No matter how contradictory their primary assignments and presentations might be, these people don't even care as much as not shaking themselves in a rally.

How do I normalize this new feature in my head? I still cringe at it, I dunno why
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Gambling vs Sport Betting, Lets Discuss on: September 12, 2024, 10:12:52 PM
Casino Gambling involves Playing games that are base on luck factor and sometimes our skills also work out in this, it does not involve live event.
skills? What do you call skills in casino gambling? Tchh!! We've only got strategies to play the game.. I haven't heard of anything like skills, or better still could you atleast telme one skill?

Quote
And as according to research, you can also see the various opinions given on what the two stands for and their respective examples in which constitute each category.
No matter how constructive your words seem to be, this isn't an informative thread right?? Do you wanna tutor us all that there's a thing like head-to-head and other ways to compare a team's capability? Lol
187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is your gambling preference any different? on: September 12, 2024, 09:56:10 PM
When deciding on the kind of games you want to gamble on in a day, within the week or on a weekend, does your gambling preference between casino games betting and sports betting seem any different within the week and on the weekends, mostly with the consideration of the commencement of a new sports tournament season and or the launch of new casino games?
basically, it doesn't seem to change much for a sport bettor. Weekend games for me, is solely about draws; the normal and advanced fixtures are always out at the beginning of the week and everyone can choose to wager on them whenever they deem fit.

I'm not gonna say I haven't tried wagering on casinos games though.. the pleasure is shortlived and it's only done whenever I feel like having fun and exploring more on new tournaments like you said...
I personally still do the same thing as before especially I also don't really play slot games and or conventional games like dice or cards because I focus more on sportsbooks so I don't have any changes for gambling done.
that's the point! Everyone has realized their algorithm and, since it's unmatchable to anyone's understanding no matter how many years of experience, I don't even bother studying the process
188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2024/2025 on: September 12, 2024, 09:48:52 PM
Change is the constant thing we can't change. Just because a team were dominant in a league doesn't mean they will continue in that pattern because the players get changed and so is there ways of playing. Back then, Chelsea, Manchester United used to be the talk of town, it's either red or blue. I often see even Bike men here used their logo for fancy but because of poor performance from them, that trend doesn't happen here again and this why I said change is constant.
Mhannn, this was part of our lifestyle way back. I remember the good old days - everyone would go around with a huge flag, or a smaller one that served as a Monika for their teams...
I seen alot of ghastly accidents happening around the neighborhood, all for the love and passion for their clubs. I normally saw this practices as an insane one, although, I understood quite well the passion for their teams and everything.
I think the passion is exactly what made casinos thrive throughout these periods to this day.

Quote
if these set of players are been used for some years and eventually sold and Manchester City doesn't get good replacement, then you should expect the worst performance from them[...]
Man City? Hehe... The team has got one of the most formidable teamplay and replacements on board. They've got their first team, second team (team b) and so on.. replacements and other new signings can keep them thriving for as long as the premier league remains competitive.
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can two clubs owned by one person participate in the Champions League? on: September 12, 2024, 06:40:19 PM
Please I need a confirmation on the information I recently received regarding two clubs owned by the same person not allowed to both participate in the UEFA Champions League which means that one club must have to participate and the other club not allowed to. Furthermore, I've heard that Girona FC and Manchester City are both owned by the same person. If this is the case, I'd like to know your thoughts on which club you would support in reference of the above information.
That's gonna be more like an impartial competition, given that the owner stands a chance to either lift the cup with his right nads or his left; They can do a whole lot of things with it.. manipulatively playing against another team with the second team (girona) as a bait to weaken or displace them in group stages. That way, they can't be fixed with their main team, City.. Although, everyone knows city is undiluted and formidable.

Therefore, there's a grand rule - the independence club rule that doesn't permit that... I've also heard rumors that it'll be allowed soon, although I don't seem to accept that fact.
Yeah, that would open the door to the  gambling corruption[...]
I think we can all agree that it goes beyond the unimaginable.
190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: European Sex Championship 😳, Will you Bet? on: September 11, 2024, 09:59:06 PM
It's sad, the modern society is no longer allowing kids to be kids. Life have changed for the growing people, the negative type of news they wake up to and ill activities playing in their environments, disturbs a lot of children emotionally. This sexual sport getting approved will add to it and reduce morality to nothing.
The society that we live in today will criticize anything that has to do with/ is a correctional masterpiece -- they'll start coming after you if should ever say ney to whatever they wanna do. These so-called Gen z baddies ain't putting the growing ones in the right perspective at all... How can a whole televised show approve a thing like that  as a competition? What's the purpose? What passion do people derive from games like that?? It clearly shows all how insane the societal influence has been, over the couple of years gone by already.

Aside the fact that y'all have been deliberating on this issue for over a year now, can anyone confirm that this is happening for real?
I don't even bother about bookies cause they'd create platforms for just anything.
191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Forgot to Use Loyalty Card at a Casino. What would you Do a The Casino Manager? on: September 11, 2024, 09:42:23 PM
If a player who has been loyal spends within $5000 - $10,000 in your casino but forgot to use this loyalty cards, if you were the casino manager will you still give them reward points for the expenses in the casino?
I'm afraid you're not gonna be part of the mass disbursement plan for the week, month or year....(Depending on how it's done)..

It's just the same as wagering on some games in a casino house, and you're given a ticket for the games afterwards. But after several days of expecting the results for a settled bet, you realize that you misplaced the ticket -- unless the boss decides to pay you for the fact that you're a regular gambler, they can deny your payments since there's no prove that you wagered any games in the first place.
Also, in the few casinos I have been able to visit in my lifetime, none of them seemed to care to implement loyalty cards or at least, I did not have the chance to see someone using them.
honestly... I've never seen anything like that. Well, I've only been hearing of free bets etc... anything about cards remains strange to me
192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: September 09, 2024, 04:59:00 PM
The comparison is lame and off limits.... Never should you compare a maestro, a built-in player to a self-taught and oriented Player.

The both legendary players Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, we cannot compare between the two or it would not be justice to one if we say that one is better than the other. Yes, you can have personal preference where some people will like Messi while other will be the fans for Ronaldo.
Mhannn, there shouldn't even be a word like comparison!! Messi isn't any regular player ... How many times do y'all wanna have him prove himself to y'all? The WC was something to glinge on atleast for a few years in the past, but he's PROVED HIMSELF!!
Did you grow up watching players like Pirlo? Zizou? R9 etc?? You'll clearly understand that prime ronaldo don't even match these players, talk more of Messi... Mind you, I'm not heating this up because I hate Ronaldo; in his prime, he had one of best shot powers aside lampard, but 4 ballon d'ors for just that and y'all still claim FIFA tried to rigg everything in favour of messi? That's just lame!

WC 2026 is coming... Who's going home with the trophy? Maybe Ronnie? Lol
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2025 Qualifiers - CAF. on: September 09, 2024, 04:58:04 PM
It was a very boring game, Senegal had difficulty scoring goals and only scored 1 goal thanks to a penalty. Sadio Mané has been very absent in the national team's games and even in Al Nassr's games. It seems to me that he made a big mistake by leaving Liverpool to go play in Saudi Arabia. Today he is no longer the same player that he was in the past, carrying the entire Senegal national team. He may have earned a lot of money by going to play in Saudi Arabia, but he has lost the skills he had in the past and the popularity he had in the past. The Senegal national team is slowly declining. Unfortunately
The Senegalese don't have to depend on one person to play a game worth watching... don't they have a football federation that can control and recruit these players from around? I don't wanna be too inquisitive anyway. I never watched the game!

It's an interesting thing to see these regularities from within, just like it happens in European competitions. Senegal had a bad day and made away with just one goal, a penalty. Whatever happens, a win is  a win!

Edit:
when problem exist between key players and the coach, it affects the performance of the team because every player has team mates who are his friends as such they wouldnt allow the team manager to victomize their friends and this may lead to intentional underperformance of the team which may lead to either the resignation of the manager or his sack by the management
Sometimes, it's not even about the key players. Nobody deserves ill treatment... it's the reason why players revolt, holding unnecessary tantrums and therefore, performing below the expectations.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 U.S. Presidential Election Bets! on: September 09, 2024, 04:54:36 PM
Some of the conditions that's been reported to be adopted in the debate have NEVER been used before in any US presidential debate and that's why I think the organizers of the debate are trying their best to favour Kamala Harris as well as help him win the heart of the American electorates through the debate. The good thing for the Republicans about the whole thing is that Donald Trump is one man that's very vocal to express himself anytime, any day and that's why I'm very confident that he'll still come out top at the end of the debate.
Isn't it better if we just tell ourselves the truth? Donald is against LGBTq,... I mean, if he becomes the president, he could pass whatever law he wants -- just like he did the last time and that's fine. The good thing is how intensional Donald was in his first sitting; let's look at the rate of insurgencies in the US today. Is it comparable to the last 5 years ? What does the chart look like??
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2024/2025 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: September 09, 2024, 04:49:25 PM
I do not understand Chelsea’s transfer strategy because Todd Boehly keeps making surprising moves. At some point, I thought that the club was focusing on improving the first team squad and getting a striker to suport Jackson. Looking at the recruitment so far, Chelsea now records more than 30 first teams players,  many of them are never going to be starters. This makes you wonder what strategy Chelsea are adopting with their transfers whether it is for instant improvement or for future sale and profit.
What leaves me more in awe is the fact that they had a strong formidable team and all of a sudden, an intercontinental war ruined it in a single night. The poor managerial team gave players on lease and use wrong formations in every game... At the time,it was obvious how they had to struggle really hard to draw against a small team like Brentford.

Now, they've got alot of players trippin'... If Jackson isn't the right 9, why not just go for someone else that could replace him ?? He looks more like a central midfielder to me. I've noticed that he's good in laying out passes. Wrong positioning can do alot of damage to a one skilled player.
196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2024/25 Season on: September 09, 2024, 04:41:09 PM
You know, Rodrygo and Federico Valverde are two who could do anything to uphold the them.
What kind of mentality is it?? Shocked I don't know, just Bravo man Cool.
Not only Mbappe and Vini jr. Every player of Los Blancos are so determined to win everything as much as they can.
R.madrid is undoubtedly the best team in football as we speak. If the players have so much confidence in themselves, who am I to look at it the wrong way?... It's obvious that they're never going to back down. Even before the endeavors althrough -- when the transfer windows began, I always knew Madrid would maintain the standard that earned them the back-back-back champions league titles under omw of greatest coach, Zidane.

I'd like to see them meeting up with bigger teams as the competition goes by.
197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2024/25 on: September 09, 2024, 04:26:16 PM
In fact, Real Madrid, which basically brought in great players like Mbappe and several other potential young players, in reality Real Madrid still failed to start this season perfectly. So, if a team like Real Madrid can also fail, especially a team like Atletico whose quality is basically below Real Madrid, then of course Atletico can also fail even though they managed to bring in great players in the last transfer market.
I don't understand what you mean by "Real Madrid still failed "  sorry, but could you please make some specificities on how they failed??

Mbappe got signed to the club and, in just one game to wrap up the competition, they won the European supercup finals already. AFAIK, Real Madrid is one of the best teams in the Spanish league, even in other competitions as well. Do you understand what it means to have Rodrygo, Bellingham and mbappe as a team's standard and forward players?
Quote
But even so, of course Real Madrid and Atletico still have the same chance to be candidate teams for the trophy this season.
La Liga isn't a competitive league.... Not as competitive as the English Leagues. What do you think is the reasons why Nicholas Jackson and the rest had a hard time in the premiership? Again, that's not enough to belittle Madrid!
198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football seasons: how it affects virtual games betting and live match betting. on: September 09, 2024, 04:13:17 PM
Except for the fact that the result is generated the moment the "match" starts and is completely random, basically, you're looking at a replay that will not change no matter what happens, an asteroid could hit the earth and end human life during that time and the match will have the same result  Grin
fuckin' simulations!!! That's how deceptive casino games can be too... I mean, unless I'm spinning that shit in a casino house, everything feels the same to me.

The funniest part is that these games have already been programmed -- could be 5,7 or 10 years ago depending on when the casino adopted the system of virtual gamings, but the results are presented as "freshly squeezed lemonade" ..look at that!
Like you said, I'd be happier if I sat by the streets, predicting what else would drive through and what color I'd bear.
The most fun is when you're able to bet on real teams and watch them perform, sometimes not knowing the outcome until the end of the game.
If whatever I'm wagering on isn't subjective to change for any reason, then that's enough reasons to not even try.
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling : Next Generation Challenges on: September 09, 2024, 03:57:35 PM
Yes, that's true, the casino won't make someone addicted to gambling but it's ones own actions that either make them addicts or not. Those who gamble a lot often end up as addicts and those who gamble in moderate way doesn't get addicted at all. That's why one should learn about gambling responsibility so he/she won't get addicted to it.
In other words, if you don't wanna fall a victim of getting addicted to some mediocre, you better avoid them totally since that's the case?? I'm beginning to see enough reasons to stand with the fact that nothing is in-between these two words -- GOOD or BAD

The day you make up your mind to try, be ready to face the consequences of your actions in future as it may end well, or even more ugly than the stories you've heard so far.
If a country considers gambling an illegal activity, then every citizen must obey the regulation[...]
The governments have no civil jurisdictions against gambling -- they wouldn't include the usual taxations and identification policies. Aside that, does anyone need to coach you on how to spend your money??
200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bonus that accept wager only in slot game is BS on: September 09, 2024, 03:47:18 PM
But there’s always a catch, your wager can only be counted on selected slots which they choose which obviously has low RTP to make it very hard to complete the wagering requirements. They don’t count sports betting and live games, I’m so sad on how the bonuses of some casino turn out to be this BS.
so basically, the whole idea about the bonuses is that they give them to you, but in turns, they build their Ts/Cs around -- in a way that you can't utilize it like the regular fundings... BS!

Aside from trying to make a withdrawal, which shouldn't be considered an option in any casino at all, you should atleast be able to surf around with the so-called bonus. I'm not surprised anyway because every new casino will always come with their own term of service.
It wouldn't be sustainable in the first place for casinos to hand out free money; their business plan is entirely focused on screwing you over; they aren't a fundraising institution. I believe that the majority of gamblers actually end up losing more money in the process than what the bonus is worth.
This is entirely true..... But there's something that has sustained alot of long standing casinos till this day -- they dared not to make it look as though the odds were against you all the time.. This is simply what these new breed casinos are doing.
