I believe it is changed from a guaranteed bonus after by just being active in chat to a random randomly picked active chatter which makes abusers not participate in it anymore given that gaining some bonus is only by chance rather than being guaranteed which make it easy for them. This is exactly my point, once Punt have a lot of active users in chat, there is no other way to reduce spam except having minimum wager no matter to chat or to receive rains. Perhaps there is something like automatic filter that can be implemented in the chatroom to minimize spam, a filter that wont allow users to send short message (1 word only or emoticon only). Yes Punt is currently still small but as I can see they are improving enough, so it is possible if they keep improving their services and offers, they can be one of the biggest competitors to other older sites.

I think i agree with you, in as much it is very cool to keep the chat open and accessible to every user both new and old, i think introducing the wagering requirement is not a bad idea still ,most especially, when we consider that fact that this is not just like any chat out there.

It is more reasonable than you have to own 100-300, of course having 100-300 will make you wager faster but it is not wise to do if the main purpose is just to achieve such low wager amount.
