181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with 'Selling early' regrets? on: January 18, 2021, 04:17:53 AM

Once you expect great profit from the project, you will regret no matter where the price will go. If the price went down, you will regret not selling it earlier because if you did, you could have multiplied the quantity of your tokens.

When price goes up after you sell, its a lot devastating when you are already expecting big.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange to wallet on: January 17, 2021, 07:32:08 PM

Wallet like what is suggested by RapTarx and the likes suchas tokenpocket gives you access to exchanges while your tokens arw still on your personal wallet. Mewconnect is a good wallet that you can use and st the same time you stil have the chance tomtrade using the swapping tool.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I introduced cryptocurrency to my friends by using DOGECOIN on: January 17, 2021, 07:08:28 PM

Most of the newbie sure heard of BTC this is why they mostly focus on it trying to get just a fraction of BTC.

Introducing them to doge will make them react differently and will have more questions after. Eventually you will have to say to them that there are thousands more of cryptocurrencies, its just that BTC is the most famous.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best undervalue projects with not so big cap on: January 16, 2021, 07:00:08 PM

Its easy to spot them on CMC for their data is presented there. Back in 2017 just about any coin will also have a bullrun when BTC experience bullrun. Today, the only coins that is experiencing bullrun are the ones that actually has promising future.

Hi, which are the undervalue projects (with not so big cap) in your opinion .I am asking for good coins not about some shit ones
If you want a quality project with vast use cases, already successful and revenue generating ecosystem with position among the top and the best alts then look at Tron TRX as unlike other alts it has not moved much till now so once it moves it will move big so good opportunity to get in and make gokd profit.

TRX is different because it doesn't really have a usecase beside the staking.
185  Economy / Economics / Re: Usdt and usdc perfect coins for real estate transactions on: January 16, 2021, 06:17:40 PM

Chances is that if they accept the stablecoins, they'd likely want to invest in crypt as well. BTC most probably. Both will negotiate about it anyway, I hope one day there will be a public transaction about a property and a stablecoin, it will be interesting what theyd do to the stablecoin after.

If I accept stablecoin upon selling my house, I'd just be trading after it.
186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why not decentralized exchange..? on: January 16, 2021, 05:19:10 PM

Uniswap had so much volume compare to a regular dex, I think its just the start. Eventually more and more people are going to take arms against centralizization and banking system.  KYC and privacy will push them to move to dex and swapping platform, time will come.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could ether hit 100k? on: January 14, 2021, 06:25:52 PM
This could be way too much of a speculation but yes lets just give it a go after all everything is possible in crypto. 11k for 1 ETH would really make the transaction fee to rise higher.  Its an old problem with Eth even after this Eth2.0  It will also be good to speculated the price of eth killers while this thread is up.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still buying XRP? on: January 14, 2021, 06:16:59 PM
There can be 2 main reasons for people still buying xrp:
1) Hardcore supporters that still have hope that xrp will come back stronger and its SEC issues will be resolved.
2) The traders especially those that trade on technical signals think that xrp price is cheap and at longterm support price so for them this is an attractive entry for them.

Traders somehow always think they are tricked and that the lawsuit is just part of the fud. After all, XRP still is working. Its technology didn't stop all because there is a lawsuit though. I tried using it many times since last wee as well. Withdrawing and cashing out XRP is just the cheapest option and while it looks stable, it should be useful. Many still will use it despite the case and it got alliances too.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paper money vs Digital currency on: January 12, 2021, 05:05:04 PM

The government will eventually adopt digital currencies where we can just use our phones to pay for anything we can buy while we go places. It's already happening. WE still use paypal to pay online transactions, this is just one of the methods that we can still consider digital currency.

That one that is the most awaited that will truly change things is the CBDC where government back digital currency is on our phones.
190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My only BTC regret is this one on: January 12, 2021, 04:34:16 PM
I guess back in 2009 Internet users thinks that double spending will just be too difficult to solve. I was already working online back 2008, sharing my skills to contribute some Linux derivatives but have not tried exploring the blockchain until 2015 when I finally got few BTC that was given to me as a salary for editing the CSS of wordpress theme. I have no idea it worked but just tried storing it on blockchain.info wallet.  If I just knew it would be this big, I probably wouldn't spend BTC, your regrets and also my regrets.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks going in stable coins news its starting now on: January 11, 2021, 05:58:41 PM
Stable coin seems to be very attractive idea in the space and Governments are considering it because of the low risk involved, to me it is a very simple coin to adopt by government if the coin's value can be defended with fiat. It seems to be a very distracting scam idea also and attention is growing to cub atrocities behind the idea. Have not heard any crowdsale for stable coin until recently and are growing to billions of dollars.

And they can still launder money too, they may even avoid auditing for their stablecoin since they are well connected to the government. I wouldn't be surprised one day we are just left seeing banks are accumulating BTC through the stablecoins they create today.

There are many directions where the adoption for cashless, I guess the stablecoin can be part of it too besides the CBDC.
192  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Decentralized social network on: January 10, 2021, 05:41:17 PM
It seems to me that now (in light of the growing repression against the right-wing conservatives) is the time to create or develop a decentralized social network or community.

If you have such a code - write to me here or in telegram (@RobertSands)

What about the voice.com that already is working?  This is almost complete already and developed by Dan Larimer of EOS.

A platform where Donald Trump can do whatever he wants and not end up getting banned like on Twitter and Facebook. I think there is a counterpart of this decentralize social media platform on TRON as well. This I think is what we all need.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The problem on: January 10, 2021, 04:42:10 PM
It's better for a project to start with a price of like $0.01-$0.05 going up at least we have the initial idea that the team did not mean to be very ambitious right from the beginning that will likely turn scam.  Giving their all to make it work and grow the price through the community however is the challenging part for them so the better they could come up to solve whatever problem they wanna solve will bring the price up.

No new concept these days that isn't copied later on though. So if they could come up with something new today, in a few weeks another team will come up with a new version and could be a lot better. The previous team's effort seem to be in vain.
194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh that feeling... when the price goes crazy...after you sold! on: January 10, 2021, 04:11:30 PM

If it's just an altcoin I wouldn't really regret it but if it's BTC, it's going to be another reason to feel bad. I also tried to sell my WAVES as it dropped close to $5 recently and now it's bouncing again. I sold and suddenly the price went up. It feels like the market just waited for me to just fill the orders of those who are buying at such a low price.

The regrets will double if its BTC that I sold but if I were OP I will buy back again the BTC when it dips. No prayers will help earn the money back unless we invest again.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The fate of privacy cryptocurrencies on: January 09, 2021, 10:57:17 PM
In the world of cryptocurrencies, what makes a project specific is different ideas that's quite different from the first mover advantage Bitcoin, as long as terrorist can never fade away in the crypto space, then they can make use of mixers and still perform their fraudulent activities, there is no way you can stop the awful acts by delisting these privacy coins from exchange, instead the government will also ban on coin mixers too as well, because using mixer is same way of using privacy coins to avoid been tracked, if I'm not mistaken.

No government have talked about destroying mixers because they find it easy to steal the country's funds and mixed it regularly, in as much as their transactions aren't traced. The thing is, till date the issue of privacy coins had been addressed but that could let it whiped out from the crypto industry.

They may not be wiped out, after all, there are communities that really use them and there is also DEX where it could be traded if ever they will be delisted on exchanges. I still have my Grin on a DEX where I bought a year ago. If it's wiped out I guess I'd lose money. Mixers I remember had been taken down actually, there had been few I believe. I'm suspicious about mixers though.
196  Economy / Speculation / Re: POLL: What will be the ATH in 2021? on: January 09, 2021, 09:57:27 PM

I would expect the altcoins I hold for years will get the same amount back in the old bullrun before it pops again. $100,000 seem to be the number where articles sites are reporting. It could just be for the FOMO but probably less than $100k but more than 50K as well.

I think in 2021 we can easily reach the price of 300-350 thousand per bitcoin. This may be possible as the Bitcoin distribution model speaks volumes.

I've seen a bullish guy who told us that it would reach that high. Of course we like its price higher.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Very serious Question the New money system on: January 08, 2021, 05:28:13 PM
The governments don't want to give us a new system. They want to keep the old one going as long as they can so they can benefit from it.

Even if they one day make a new one it will be based on total control. They will want something they can use against you if you one day decide you no longer want to be their slave Wink
I do think they may like a new system that it is even more intrusive and it gives them more control, look at the war on cash that is happening all over the world, governments want to know exactly in what you are spending your money and cash gives you too much privacy so they are limiting what you can do with it, there is no doubt they see in centralized cryptocurrencies a way to get even more power but in order for those currencies to work they first need to get rid of bitcoin, something not easy to do at all.

The CBDC will give them control over what will happen. I think most countries will eventually have one for their people China being the first could really take advantage of the situation for them to be the center of trade. The old system will be replaced obviously and the closest that could work for governments is CBDC.

198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Things will be different this time around on: January 08, 2021, 04:19:33 PM
I don't see any huge different, the only thing I notice is bitcoin growing higher than ever which will prolong altcoin season I believe, it's going to take some time before altcoins really start their bullish trends, dominance is high, bitcoin surge over 41k, all this is new and Ethereum will grow over 1500$ too, patience is needy here

The bullrun I think is only for BTC and ETH, there is nothing much for the other altcoins so if it's something that worries you, it's best that you just have to sell what you have for ETH. Many of us have been hoping to see our tokens to spike up but now that BTC reaches $40k, our tokens instead just go under. Tokens that aren't listed yet to any exchanges are the most frustrating to have.
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I miss the good old days on: January 06, 2021, 06:44:46 PM

Hope you recover one day. We all have regrets especially the ones who have been in the bitcoin community long enough.  I find myself in the same situation where I have just to sell what I have held for a long time. Its good that you are back though, starting all over again with your business is not too late. And its a perfect time as well. Remember that crypto industry is still in the very early stage. Good luck
200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trade after all time high on: January 05, 2021, 06:36:16 PM
I think after all time high better waiting few day and wait for bitcoin or altcoin price dump, if you wanna keep entry during all time high very risk for bitcoin and altcoin back to lower price, maybe last day have complicated for correction and now you can buy bitcoin or altcoin before all time high coming again and you miss chance to buy assets on lower price, maybe you need waiting few days again to get back lower price for bitcoin or altcoin.
The plan to invest in ATH is not very wise. do not rush into decisions. If you're asking about bitcoin, it's better to wait for the price to dip. corrections and market cycles are bound to occur, although we don't know when, but the dip time is a very good time to invest, buy dip, hold.

Holding while BTC price hit the ATH is just not making us money, this is why it needs to be sold. Identifying whether it's the all-time high already is not easy. When BTC was about $20K in the last bullrun, there are still people buying and some holding tight their btc while the price is tumbling down to $18K til $15k while they thought it's going to bounce up again to break $20k. When there is bullrun the indicators seem tobe no working well.
