I achieved a new milestone in my push-up this morning. I was able to do 100 push-ups in two sets, and in each of the sets, I did 50 push-ups. It was not easy to achieve. I wanted to stop when I did up to 40 push-ups, but since I had in mind to do 50 push-ups today, I decided to struggle and keep pushing until I hit the 50 push-ups in a set. It was not easy to achieve, but I'm happy I did it.
keeping up with a set number in any form of exercise takes a lot of resilience mostly if you're that person that it's not your regular thing and just starting which means your body system has not gotten accustomed to such push up stress but as you continue repeatedly with days you keeping increasing number on each push, that's the power of consistency. For me due to age and body i have decided to be doing the planking exercise and I am holding-on for a 120 seconds on each set, with a little rest on each set I make sure I do five sets on each of my exercise day before calling it a day. |

Arsenal will pose a big threat against Bayern Munich and if going by the performances of both teams this season, I think Arsenal might just eliminate Bayern Munich It's true that the performance of arsenal of late have gradually persuade the minds of most neutral fan on how that fixture will play out, but to me, this is the champions league, experience is an important player, no matter what, and how good you are, just look at their performance against FC Porto, they struggled which I believe that it was due to lack of experience in the ranks of this arsenal team, and if you look at this Arsenal team, they are not as free flowing in the champions league, as they are in the premier league, which it's quite normal because the quality in the champions league is way more higher than the premier league, so writing a team like Bayern Munich off, is a very big mistake, if they ever did, but I still think the match is very much open to the both sides but Arsenal might be luckier |
