Hi Yes you can receive other currencies too, but it will automatically be converted into the currency that has your card. Yes you will also receive the credentials to operate your account online (works just like a bank account but the difference is, you DO NOT have to register any of your details, this is what makes it anon) PM me if interested. The only possible option i know for this would be that these are Payoneer Mastercards opened with fraudent details. |

From my experience you don't really want to trust any sites related to TOR browsing. Dark web is widely known as den of scams.

What makes you think TOR to be insecure now?  For the clearweb you can use JonDonym or a VPN. And as only option i know you can use NordVPN's VPN+ Tor server for the deepweb. But i would stay with TOR browser if i was you. |
