With all the negative coverage of Libra in recent years, it's not that surprising that they have changed the name. This will certainly impress the regulators.  Well then, carpe diem, or whatever ... I have Bitcoin gold, SXP and XRP in my wallet. I have been holding Bitcoin gold for 2 years. My buy price was $15. Bought $1000. But I did not use any stop loss. This has added to my portfolio. I am still holding to sell at the price at which I bought. But SXP and XRP have given me good profit.
XRP has a pretty high ATH. If I'm not mistaken around $4, and I'm sure xrp still has the chance to hit that price if they have good momentum. I'm not too sure about bitcoin gold, but bitcoin is currently very profitable, despite its very high volatility |

You may have to include 30% ethereum, 60% bitcoin and the remaining 10% tokens which have a low price but potential .. I think it's a good combination, don't put your assets into tokens that don't have high potential yet. the list that the OP cited in my opinion is quite reasonable and also promising. NEO and Link are currently very good and their prices are still affordable when compared to ethereum. but you know for yourself that for profit, maybe bitcoin and ethereum are currently the 2 most profitable cryptos if you buy them at the right price |

You can see the list of altcoins from Coinmarketcap and Coingecko. From there you can invest in Top 10 Altcoin. Also, if you want to invest in a project, you can invest in all those projects which launch their IEO in a big, trusted exchange. If you want to invest in a project, you can invest in the project managed by some reputed bounty managers. Because when they take on a project, they do research about that project.
Investing in the top 100 or top 10 coins is the safest way apart from major exchanges like the Binance launchpad. maybe later there will be a structure that can guarantee that the project that does the IEO is a legit project like through the STO, but I'm not really sure how the sto system and its structure |

This is not good and very risky to those who are planning to use Paypal as their place of exchange. Though this is just a small amount of money, the problem is still here and what more if the victim deposit a huge amount of money. This is why centralized market is too risky, they have the power to freeze your account without having a fair investigation, this will result to a negative impact to Paypal.

BTC Price as well XRP is really showing a chance to have their new record of ATH, if the price will continue to increase after this some recovery happening today. It can lead to new ATH when it starts to move it's price again higher. The market still have lots of chance for progress especially there are events that adding in the trend after the PayPal adoption.
Looking at the current situation, I think it is very possible that XRP will show a very positive trend in the next week, I'm also sure that bitcoin will also start craze again starting next week. early December will also start with ethereum 2.0 which will make everything bullish |

Of the 6 coins mentioned in the opening post I don't agree that Titan Coin and Tether are good coins to invest in 2020.

Binance is really good at acquiring good projects, if inky you can meet up their standard and criteria, SXP on the other hand is a good project giving chance for African and Nigeria especially to trade and venture into the usage if cryptocurrency, I could remember Binance integrating NGN as the first Fiat currency to be implemented on Binance because the people of Nigeria brings more volume than any other country. It will take Binance some exercise to determine if they could actually acquire SXP in the future.
