181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token burning on: May 08, 2020, 03:15:17 AM
Yes, token burning is a method that can prevent token inflation by limiting the supply.
We know that the more token supply the less the price because the availability of the token is still big.
But if the token supply is low, then the price will rising due the demand higher than the supply.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will blockchain able to fight against COVID-19 on: May 08, 2020, 02:49:47 AM
COVID-19 is taking a heavy toll on Europe. The death toll in Italy rose exponentially, with more than 200 deaths being recorded in the past 24 hours and the number of infected cases surpassing 12,000. The charity organization announced to use blockchain technology for funds raising. The chief motive behind the campaign is to reduce stress on hospitals. Hope everything goes according to the plans.

Blockchain won't be used to fight against covid because blockchain is not some kind of vaccine.
But of course, blockchain can be used to collecting money from peoples around the world to donate.
We should careful from charity organizations because most of them are fraud, but it will be good if they are really doing for charity.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to avoid being cheated by altcoin developer on: May 07, 2020, 04:11:59 AM
If I hire a developer to create a fork of Bitcoin with a small premine. How do I make sure I get my premine and that the developer hasn't ripped me off. Is there a way to know for sure that I have received my premine? What would be the steps when launching the network to verify the developer hasn't done anything 'tricky'? Thanks!

I think that will be simple, you hire the developer and let them process the fork and the premine in premine wallet.
Later, you just need to send the premine coin from the premine wallet to your own wallet (you should create your own wallet without the knowledge of your developer), with this way, the premine coin will stay safe in your own wallet.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO SCAM on: May 07, 2020, 03:51:41 AM
Hi, guys, I want to ask how do I avoid ICO scams...

Are there any good ICO's left? or is the market flooded with bullshit coins?

You cannot avoid scam ICO, it is always exist in crypto world.
But you can do your own research before you investing on ICO to leave the scam ICO.
Honestly, i haven't see any good ICO nowadays, just waiting to see some good projects in crypto.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin wallet on: May 06, 2020, 05:42:54 AM
You can define the meaning of 'best' from best wallet depends on your needs.
If you need the best secure wallet, you should using wallet that you can install on your pc like desktop wallet.
On the other hand, if you need the best mobile wallet, you should using 3rd party wallet and install it on your phone like coinomi.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good time to buy some alt? on: May 06, 2020, 02:35:56 AM
We are closing to the bitcoin halving event and the orice has already startes to act to the event as expected. We may now see a significant increase in BTC price as well. Is it a good time to invest some money on some altcoins, obviously on the top altcoins only.

The significant rising in bitcoin price maybe because the bitcoin halving period is gonna happening. Indeed it is the best time to buy some bitcoin.
But if bitcoin price rising after halving, usually the other altcoins price will rising too because btc. If you think it is a good time to buy, then just buy it what you can afford to lose.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: May 05, 2020, 03:10:04 AM
Following airdrops is ok, but dont expect to get much from it. You won't be able to compete with other peoples who has many accounts to join.
If the airdrop system is not good, peoples with bot can get the most airdropped coin/token which is not fair for user who have only 1 account.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: May 05, 2020, 02:56:54 AM
Almost impossible for bounties now to have reward up to $350,000. If you find a bounty that have high reward, they are much likely only scam.
We should choose the real bounty than high reward bounty so we won't wasting our time because they don't pay us at the end of the campaign.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does success mean? on: May 04, 2020, 03:27:47 AM
I think everyone has a different mean about success, but most peoples measure the success with the value of the coin.
If the value of the coin high, then the coin is a successful project. You can call bitcoin is success because the value is very high and used by peoples around the world.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BCNEX | The Ultimate Blockchain Trading Platform on: May 03, 2020, 05:36:22 AM
Hi admin, is there any updates on bcnex exchange for now ? My withdrawal still pending for months!
Your exchange can accept deposit but why not processing our withdrawal ? If this keep happening, your exchange won't get any more users because they cannot withdraw
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will another altcoin rise to overtaken Bitcoin? on: May 03, 2020, 05:30:58 AM
There will be no coin like bitcoin ever, bitcoin value is very high because the coin supply is very limited.
Many bitcoins lost from the owner due lost private key, lost wallet and resulting bitcoin became very valuable. The conclusion is, there won't be any altcoin rise and overtake bitcoin.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers in a top exchanges telegram groups on: May 03, 2020, 04:53:30 AM
We should never trust the private message from admin on telegram because  most of them are scammer.
reading pinned message in telegram group is the best way to know that the admin of the group doesn't pm you first.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Best Exchanges for Your New Token on: May 02, 2020, 04:27:41 AM
No best exchange for new token i think. If you see your new token listed on exchange, that is the best exchange at the moment.
New token usually not listed on exchanges, except on decentralized exchange like forkdelta by creating sell order there.

195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO not forced you to hold their token on: October 29, 2019, 01:46:29 AM
I think you wrong, they don't force the IEO investors to hold their token, but they require peoples to have their token to be eligible to join.
It is because usually there are many peoples who want to join their IEO, but the total coin to sell is not that many.
Binance use their token to run IEO lottery so only the winner can buy IEO coin, after investor buy IEO coin, it will be investor's choice whether they want to sell or hold their BNB token.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Brave Browser Crypto Rewards Program on: October 29, 2019, 01:15:22 AM
I've been using Brave and I thought the only way to earn BAT on it is through their referral program and tipping. I have already enabled the brave ads rewards and I hope that I can make around $5-$10 too by just browsing and viewing their ads.

I'm not quite familiar with that Brave browser, nor is it legitimate and does actually pay off (which I assume is a yes since that payout amount is small),
It's legit and they've actually paid a lot of people from what I've read not only just here in the forum but in other platforms too.

Anyone who has a youtube channel or any website, you can link it to Brave so that you can also receive tips if someone likes your content.

Looks like Brave browser is worth to try if they really paying peoples who use them.
The small reward is reasonable because you normally will getting paid in such amount by viewing ads.
And i think BAT is used for paying peoples who creating some contents too.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to avoid fraudulent projects? on: October 28, 2019, 02:03:54 AM
Fraudulent project is the enemy of all peoples in cryptocurrency such as investors, traders, hunters, etc.
To avoid such project, we need to take some time before take a part. Both investor and supporter of the project must do some series of research, there is no other way. If we lacking time to observe the project, we may lost our money later.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Unrealistic bounty allocations on: October 28, 2019, 01:43:03 AM
What kind of a bounty hunter are you? the one who is always eager to promote new projects? or the one who select the projects that appeared to be worthy? or for example you like projects with million dollars allocation like...

...

LOL, it is good to avoid such bounty campaign at all costs. That is the strategy to lure peoples join bounty.
I bet the fund they raise will be lower than the worth of bounty campaign allocation.
If i was an investor, i would not investing to the project like that, it is too risky of dump due too high reward.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the factors you look into when diversifying your crypto portfolio? on: October 25, 2019, 08:07:32 AM
It is the risk factor, we must diversify our crypto portfolio to reduce the risk.
When we only focusing on 1 coin, we will have big loss if the value of the coin falling.
It is like putting eggs on several baskets so we won't lose all of them at once when something wrong happening.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stupid mistake newbies still do till date on: October 25, 2019, 07:02:16 AM
Quit underestimating wallets and figure out how your wallets works either its ETH erc20 based wallets or multi walllets, you lose your private keys or recovery seeds you lose your coins and tokens,I was in a gathering on message when somebody posted his private key guaranteeing he didn't get an airdrop tokens,I wonder what may have transpired as of now,its like some still don't have the foggiest idea how genuine there wallets recovery seeds and private keys are, quit playing with wallet private keys and take them more serious like you doing with your bank account.

Private key/phrase = the key of the wallet. If we lost the key or other peoples get our key, it means we lost the wallet as well.
That is the basic thing to learn when i entered cryptocurrency world, and it should be known by all peoples who using crypto.
